        Private Catamaran Charter 8:30a-12:30p
This was a great experience! Aaliyah ensured we were well taken care of. She provided constant communication and was very accommodating. The captain and staff on Jus Tango Boat met all of our needs while on the boat. If you are unsure of a reputable charter to book, this is a great company to go with. Ask for Aaliyah!

The crew, Caption Happy, Marita, Elva, Kevin, made out trip the best day in St. Lucia!
We scheduled a private full day tour for our party of 8, family & friends. We were on Jus Tango with the best crew there is! Captain Happy, Elva, Marita, and Kevin, who were warm, friendly, accommodating, and informative of the history of the area. We were so fortunate to see several pods of dolphins AND, at the same time, we saw pilot whales! Many of each. We had a great lunch with more food than we could ever eat, rum punch, Piton beer, water, and soda. We stopped in Sugar Beach to snorkel, and 3 other coves to swim, snorkel and hang out in the water or on the boat. It was a really great day, enhanced by the warm friendliness of the crew. Thank you all!

        A great experience....
A thoroughly nice experience.... From our original booking experience through to pick up, cruise and drop off, this was a really well organised trip - no hanging around and staff all polite and pleasant. Whilst we booked via T/Advisor, we received an immediate confirmation from the tour co' and a prompt follow up confirming hotel pick up time, so pre-trip experience very positive. Pick up was prompt and after a quick checkin at the Marina, we were on board with about 40 guests and underway. The bar was open immediately and we set sail to the sounds of steel drums. The cruise is approx 1hr 45mins - we travelled around tbe marina, a little way up the coast and then headed south - hence the opportunity for photos-a-plenty! There's a light buffet served just before sunset (sandwiches, crudités, chicken wings, fish bites) and the bar remains open. As we headed for home the crew announce a few dedications (birthdays, anniversaries etc) and the steel drums give way to party tunes and its disco time (aka booze cruise) - don't be put off though atmosphere is very party-together!!

        Lovely day trip
The day began with a sail down the west coast of St. Lucia to La Soufriere. There we were divided into two groups. Most passengers opted for the mud bath, but I opted for the historical tour of the volcano. Our guide told us a lot about the volcano and the surrounding area. We visited Toraille Waterfall and La Soufriere Volcano and then had lunch at a former sugar plantation. Back on the catamaran for the northbound sail, we stopped at a lovely bay for snorkeling and swimming. It was a nice way to see the island by both land and sea.

        Perfect private boating day!
Our captain, Freddy, and crew members Elijah and Armani were all incredibly helpful, so knowledgeable and very professional! They were equally as fun and caring with our 11 yr old as with my 85 yr old MIL who uses a cane and was nervous she would fall. Everyone had an amazing time! The water is perfect, great snorkeling and super fun swim spots! Fine snacks on board, and a full variety of sodas and alcohol to make a few fun cocktails too! They even picked us up right at our hotel to minimize travel time and maximize the boating fun. Overall the best experience we’ve had here in St Lucia. Thank you guys!

Wedding half day cruise out of Marigo Bay
We chartered the Jus Tango catamaran for about 40 friends and family in town for a wedding. It was blast, the boat was nice and the crew was fantastic. The whole group really loved it.

Beautiful -- and fun! -- Sunset Cruise with Sea Spray Cruises!!! Don't miss it!!!
We went on a spectacularly beautiful -- and extremely fun -- sunset cruise with Sea Spray Cruises during our stay in St. Lucia. The champagne flowed and people danced to the excellent steel drum music that played throughout the cruise. There was a great vibe throughout. We highly recommend the Champagne Sunset Sail with Sea Spray. Staff were attentive and made sure everyone was safe while having a really good time. We highly recommend taking a Champagne Sunset Sail in St. Lucia with Sea Spray Cruises.

Forget the driving for a day and enjoy the sail and tours!
A wonderful Mother's Day treat from my visiting son! We had a relaxing, yet fun-filled day, cruising to Soufrière, taking in the beautiful views and ocean breezes. Bus transfers and chosen locations were smoothly handled by friendly, efficient staff. Lunch at Coubaril Estate was satisfactory, although the addition of fresh fruit (mangoes/bananas/coconuts) would have been welcomed. The Catamaran crew were helpful, attentative - and fun! A lovely MUST DO tour.

A great way to spend the day
I give it a thumbs up . Been on the Mango Tango many times over 17 years . The family had the best time of all this week when we went . The Capt ( Happy) made the trip so enjoyable for us and all the guests on boat . He chatted with all to make sure everyone had a good time. I would recommend doing the trip . It is a great way to spend the day.

We booked this tour as it was recommended by our hotel however if I was coming to St Lucia again I would book a private tour or small group tour instead as this tour had around 90 people onboard.

Our driver was over 30 minutes late collecting us from our hotel (which is late, even for st Lucian time). The bus was also full so we ended up sat on these small pull out seats which were rather precarious.

The sail from Rodney Bay to the pitons was nice and took just over an hour. On arrival in Soufrière we were told to make a choice between 1) the waterfall and sulphur springs or 2) a historical tour and volcano, we chose option one however had understood that the tour included both options so were disappointed to miss out on the volcano!

We were then ferried onto buses which we would stay with until we returned to the catamaran.

On arrival at the waterfall we were told we had 20 minutes to go for a dip and get back on the bus. We didn’t end up bathing as over 20 other tour buses had arrived at the same time which made it extremely over crowded.

After relocating our bus we drove to the sulphur springs, by which time we’d learnt to head to the front and get in and out before everyone else. This part was less crowded as the tour company seemed to have their own area for the people on our catamaran only. The only negative here was that we felt a bit harangued by some of the local sellers who tried to talk us into buying items to “support the locals”.

We then drove to a plantation where we had a guided tour, which was surprisingly informative and enjoyable, followed by a brief buffet lunch, shop and toilet stop before getting (you guessed it) back on the bus!! We were certainly ready for a sit down by the time we reached the catamaran again.

I was excited to go for a swim and snorkel however when we reached the snorkel site we were told not to touch the kayaks that would be in the water. Little did we know that when we got in the water we would be surrounded by kayaks of men calling out “come here princess, hold onto my rope” to paddle us out to the snorkel site. We politely declined but we’re not left alone so quickly got back onto the boat, where other boats had driven up and were selling their items over the side of the boat. This was the first time my mum and I had sadly felt uncomfortable in St Lucia during our 8 night stay.

The sail back to Rodney Bay was once again lovely and we saw two beautiful full rainbows. The staff onboard the boat were attentive and regularly collected and refilled our cups with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages throughout the day.

Overall, we had a good day and the tour was a great way to see all the local sites however it was too big for our liking leading to over crowding and missed information. We would recommend finding a smaller tour company or asking your hotel about the size of the tour before booking.

      I rate this experience a 7/10.
Firstly we were met by our driver was potential and friendly. We got to the Rodney Bay Marina and boarded our boat “ Mango Tango” . My first reaction right off the bat was that it was going to be a hot ride due to the lack of shade on the boat ( and it was a hot one indeed) we sweated the whole way to Soufriere. The views however was amazing and was a great way to see the island .
After docking and driven into Soufriere it started to rain , which ruined the experience of the tour in my opinion.
Our first stop was the waterfall we basically stood in line to each walk underneath of it and take a picture and head back on the bus.
We then visited the sulfur spring which again was met by heavy rain fall. We tried to make the best of it but it was a bit chaotic. I even overheard a member of a group getting irritated by the tour guide who said we were already wet anyways, implying we shouldn’t make a fuss about the rain .
We then had lunch and the food was great abc we headed back on the boat.
I would rate my overall experience in Soufriere a 4/10 just because it felt very rush and would recommend visiting on your own to get to fully enjoy it .
We then had a beach stop to do some snorkeling and was met my local guys who were selling fruits and souvenir on kayaks . They were very harassing and turn everyone off from snorkeling.
We set sail again and sailed through Marigot Bay and then back to Rodney Bay Marina.
The ride back was good, the drinks were flowing and the music good . That to me saved the day.

I would recommend however do keep these things in mind.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. It is so unfortunate that it rained on the day of your tour. We are so very sorry. The rainy season is upon us and I am so sorry that it ruined your tour experience in Soufriere and that may have caused the rush feeling.

We had a fantastic time with this tour. The guide and captain were very friendly and helped us on and off the boat with a nice refreshing drink. The boat was gentle and not too fast to help those who get sea sick and let everyone see the sights.

We headed past Castries and marigo bay to see all of the celebrities houses and idilllic islands inlay.

The highlight of the trip was driving through beautiful Soufrière town with its colourful buildings and lovely people to go to the mud baths. In this experience you enjoy a warm mountain sulphur spring from the volcano and then cover yourself in different coloured mud to create patterns on your skin. This was very Instagram-able and fun to do.

To wash off, you go next to the waterfall where you can get a photo underneath the waterfall and get some fantastic couple shots. We particularly enjoyed this as it was our honeymoon.

For lunch you stop off al a delightful family owned restaurant, during which we enjoyed local st Lucian cuisine unlike what the hotel resorts can deliver. Lots of yam, plantain and goat… delicious.

Back on the boat for the afternoon to get some snorkelling in. We saw angelfish, trumpet fish as well as some flying fish and starfish in the reef we were taken to, which was amazing. The crew taking the tour were very responsible and anchored the boat far from the reef to avoid damaging it and set very strict rules about touching or going too near to the fish to ensure that the wildlife was kept safe and undamaged.

The way back to Rodney bay had the most fantastic sunsets across the island, which completed by far the best day of our holiday in St Lucia

My low score is not a reflection of the crew, facilities, or experience. It is however so low due to my fellow day trippers deciding that they would incorporate the Wedding/holiday party and have a Stag Do on board. All blame cannot be theirs alone it must also go on the person who booked them on the boat as they must have known.
We were collected off our Hotel beach by the cat and set off south. The crew were welcoming, friendly & helpful. We past Castries on route to the Pitons and Volcano. The Captain spotted the largest pod of dolphins I have ever seen who jumped and swam with our boat for a long while, was magnificent. We landed Soufriere headed up to the Volcano where most of the group used the mud baths, we explored the volcano and admired the bubbling mud. Back to the boat for lunch and unfortunately where the drinking started. Lunch was basic but nice and filling. Then on to snorkeling stop, sea was clear with good variety of fish. We left there heading north with drinking starting to get out of hand too Marigot Bay. The crew appeared to be in 2 camps with 1 sensible member seeing a problem and others encouraging the 'party'. By the time we came to drop the majority of passengers off at their hotel some were drunk and incapable and had to be helped off the Cat and up the beach. I again am not blaming the crew I,m sure this is not their usual clientele and so were between a rock and a hard place how to handle. We know of passengers who went to the top deck to avoid the situation. I remained lower deck as felt if things got out of hand the crew may need assistance. 1 member older member (either groom father or future father-in-law I guess) came to apollogise at the end but as he too was in the same state as everyone else he was incoherent and talking gibberish.
I wish no ill will upon the bride but hope that the Grooms hangover lasted with him for a long time as between him and his friends they spoilt a beutiful day.

What an unfortunate experience to what seemed like an otherwise great day. It is very hard to know what is said between tour reps and the guests that they booked. We try our best to ensure that all enjoy a good time and that everyone feels comfortable. Our crew tries there best to ensure that everyone is safe and gets the best of the tour. Reviews like yours help us to craft better points to tour representatives and to ensure that these experiences don't happen again. Thank you for your review and hope you enjoyed the sites and your tour.

This should have been one of the highlights of our trip but was a huge disappointment. The night before our trip was heavy rain and the forecast for the day was 70 percent rain. I checked in the morning to see if the trip was still on and it was confirmed. The boat was full at 70 plus with no room to sit but on the bow. This was fine except there was not enough cover for all guests once the rain started. We were drenched through then crammed onto buses to get to the volcano. Whole process was chaotic. Mud baths which are usually hot were lukewarm at best. Water was flowing down from the mountain. We had a mediocre lunch and then rain and wind kicked in. Waterfall and snorkeling were not feasible. Ended up finding private van transportation back with five other disappointed couples as the return boat ride was not something we were looking forward to as we were completely cold and wet. The two female workers on the boat (Nicole especially) were nice and helpful at the mud baths with pics etc. That is why I gave two stars instead of one. I understand the weather was unusual but the operators had to know with the heavy rains the promised activities would be comprised. I feel the decision to go ahead with the trip in these conditions was purely money driven not customer driven. I would recommend spending more money for a smaller group experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. It is unfortunate, that your experience with us was not the best due to the weather. The forecast the night before indicated that there would be rain off and on just for a few hours in the morning, which is typical for our tropical climate. Safety is our priority so we definitely wouldn’t operate if it is unsafe. The staff always do their best to ensure guests were comfortable and enjoying the trip. Doing a Private Charter is always an amazing experience and it is something that we do offer as well.

Very enjoyable experience from the start to the finish. Staff were super. There were a lot of attractions packed into the day which was well, organised. The restaurant when asked catered for a gluten free diet, my favourite of the day was the snorkelling which I thought was wonderful.

This a well organised and smoothly run excursion although don’t book if you’re looking for a small private group, there were easily 50 people on our trip.
The boat crew are friendly and knowledgeable without overloading you with information about points of interest. Alcoholic and soft drinks are plentiful but there’s no food until lunch so have a decent breakfast. Depending on your taste, the thumping music on the boat could at times be a bit too much and certainly seemed to bemuse some of the older passengers.
The land based part of the trip was OK but a bit rushed. The mud bath and waterfall were “get in, get out” then off again. Lunch was another quick process with one table still eating when we were being herded back to our buses.
With Souffriere and the Pitons (good photo opportunities) behind us, the return trip was fine with a welcome stop for a swim and a bit of snorkelling.
Take a lot of sunblock and a hat as you are very exposed on the boat with little shade.
All in all this a good way to spend a day out in St Lucia and just about worth the money.

I am writing this review to STOP you from considering booking this excursion, while they take your money promptly they also lie about refunds. I booked an excursion for the 5th of Nov I reached out via email from the 3rd up until the 4th during the evening with NO RESPONSE in reference to a pick up. I requested a refund thereafter not only because the island had serious flooding and rain but also Noone responded. After seeking out a refund I never received a response until I was on my flight headed back home. Poor customer service will NEVER keep businesses afloat.

Apologies for your experience. We have been moving office and with the bad weather and other problems we were not able to access our accounts. We do apologies and will improve on this.

We had a full day with the guys from Sea Spray Cruises with my husband and 7 year old daughter. The staff were amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. On the way to Soufriere they pointed out all the places and information along the way. We then got a short bus to the waterfall where the staff took photos of families on our own phones. Then onto the volcano and the sulphur mud baths. Lisa was amazing, the water was too hot for our daughter so she splashed water on her and helped her put mud on. Then when the smell became too much for our daughter Lisa took her and rinsed the mud off and made sure she was OK. Then came lunch which was lovely before back to the boat. On the boat drinks were free flowing as they were on the way out and music playing. We stopped in a bay on the way back to Snorkel, it was beautiful and water was lovely and warm. Then back on the boat via margot Bay. Staff were so friendly, helpful and entertaining. I cannot thank Lisa in particular enough for being amazing and looking after our daughter, would definitely recommend.

I can't fault any part of this day tour, great commentary throughout on the boat and we really felt welcome and looked after. At each stop the staff were always on hand for any questions and we got just enough time at each stop and didn't feel rushed.
The lunch was a bit poor in my opinion.
We saw dolphins on the way back and the captain turned the boat around about 4 times so we could all have a good look, and the snorkelling was brilliant with life jackets available for those who wanted them.
Music and dancing on the way back which looked great fun, but you are not pressured to join in and can just sit upstairs if you don't want to be involved. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I give you 5 stars
