He was a lot of fun, cracked some dad jokes that my 12 year old thought were funny and was interactive! My kids enjoyed getting to see some under the sea creatures and I was thankful he was attentive to them and would check in if they needed a break! My husband and I had a spectacular time!!! My husband doesn’t know how to swim but he loved his experience and felt totally safe. We had life jackets the whole time and our friendly guide Jorge did a wonderful job explaining everything. He made sure all our gear fit well and we were comfortable the whole time, and did a great job pointing out the sea life and taking photos and videos of our experience (which we got for free)! The snorkeling is in a more shallow area so it’s great for beginners. They even offered to switch our time to an earlier slot when they had an opening because the waves would be calmer and the sea life would be more active, which we took advantage of. I highly, HIGHLY recommend his experience for anyone wanting to explore the ocean a little bit in a very comfortable way!

We are so very glad we had this uniquely wonderful experience today!
For under $60, my husband and I went snorkeling with about four other adult swimmers to observe sea turtles in their natural habitat just off the seashore of a beautiful beach on the Northeast coast of San Juan, birthplace of both our parents and capital of the island of Puerto Rico. Abdiel, is the name of the young man, also a native of the island, who ably served as our tour guide. He gently but enthusiastically guided us through the warm, turquoise Atlantic waters in search of sea turtles. Abdiel, fluent in both English and Spanish, first helped each of us with the correct use of snorkeling equipment provided then he successfully found several young sea turtles and guided us to the spots where we would observe them for a full 90 minutes. While we swam with the sea turtles just a short distance from the shore, Abdiel also videotaped the elusive creatures and shared eleven excellent videos with us at the end of the excursion, via "whatsapp". This
was a dream come true for me after years of searching out these beautiful creatures in several parts of the world where they are known to nest and swim. I am now even more committed to help raise awareness about the effects of ocean pollution and the damage it does to these and other magnificent sea creatures.

I had the absolute best time of my life, this is my fifth time snorkeling in Puerto Rico and only my first time being able to see turtles… And not one turtle we saw six different turtles, one of which I was able to swim with for about 15 minutes. If you are even thinking about this, do it. I went on this tour by myself and I had no problem interjected myself right in the group, the tour guide was absolutely amazing so knowledgeable and so helpful. He took The most stunning pictures and videos for us, which he provided us at the end of the tour
This is such a great price for what I experienced and I will definitely do it again. Next time I am in the area. The only thing I wish is that they had earlier times I know 9 o'clock is early for a lot of people, but I would like to get in the water with a guide at sunrise !!!

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – No Turtles, Late Start, and Terrible Photos
If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked this snorkeling tour specifically because the guide promised we’d see sea turtles—guess what? Not a single one. The tour started late because of other people, cutting into our time in the water. When we finally got in, the visibility was awful, and our guide didn’t seem too concerned about actually finding anything.
To make matters worse, the photos they took were absolutely terrible—blurry, off-center, and barely usable. And to top it all off, the instructor had the audacity to send us videos of sea turtles from January 15, 2025, as if that somehow made up for us not seeing any. Were we supposed to pretend that was our experience?
We mentioned beforehand that it was my younger sibling’s 18th birthday and their first time in Puerto Rico, and management acted like they wanted to accommodate us. Instead, we got a huge disappointment.
This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had since arriving. A complete waste of time and money. Don’t book this tour unless you enjoy false promises and frustration.

We went on a day that happened to be windy, we were told in an email that we could not reschedule without being charged a fee. We went to our appointment on time and the entire experience was very disappointing. We didn’t see a single thing in the water and the equipment continuously failed us I felt like I was drowning with the life vest I had and one set of goggles broke on us halfway through. The equipment wouldn’t have been the end of the world if we had at least seen something in the water but it was very very foggy due to the winds and weather conditions. The waves were also very intense making swimming almost impossible. Overall not worth the $120 we spent and when asked for a refund we were denied.

Anthony was an exceptional snorkeling instructor! His personable and cheerful demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. He provided helpful recommendations and ensured the group was well-prepared and informed about safety precautions. His attentiveness to the needs of each person in the group was impressive and made us all feel comfortable and supported. We had a fantastic time snorkeling thanks to Anthony's expertise and positive attitude. We were able to see turtles, lobsters, squids and many fishes! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great snorkeling experience in San Juan!

I did this snorkeling tour with my 8 and 10 year old boys, it was their first time snorkeling and we didn't want to dedicate a few hours to do a whole boat tour. We were the only ones in our group that day with Grant, our tour guide, so it was like a private tour which was pretty great! We had such an awesome time! Grant was amazing and patient with my boys, he gave them instructions and helped with their gear. He was very knowledgeable about all of the sea creatures that we saw and he made sure we didn't miss anything at all. He also answered my kids' 100s of questions and laughed with them throughout the tour. He took great videos for us and sent them to us right after. We saw many fish, 2 turtles and some other cool things on the ocean floor. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to snorkel for a little over an hour right off of the beach without having to get on a boat. Ask for Grant!

Areli was great. She took her time, teaching us how to scuba dive and had a laugh and blast while doing so, we were in great hands and felt very safe doing the activity with her and she made us feel like pros! She is the only female scuba diver, and has been doing it for four years. She really sets the tone for the guys and I’m glad I had her! Would highly recommend asking for Areli when scuba diving she makes it a fun engaging memorable experience!!! 10/10! Highly recommend!!! (There boss is great too! He let us change our reservation from snorkeling to scuba diving an I’m glad we did scuba diving is where it’s at!!!!)

The entire process was professional and enjoyable. It was very well organized and you can tell the people who work there love what they are doing. I was put in a group with two other people and Our guide Alex so nice and fun and took great care of us. I had been snorkeling before but wanted a “no thinking” outing and that’s what I got. Alex led us around the bay pointing out fish, squid, and amazing sea turtles. It’s not the best snorkeling in the world (no reef, murky-ish water) but it was well worth it for a couple of hours. Could not have been any better!

Tour was great, We saw turtles, fish, urchins. Our tour guide Sofi was wonderful and so accommodating when one member of our party got sick. We recommend the first morning tour while the water is perfect and the ocean life abundant.

The El Yunque rainforest is on the opposite end of the island 🏝 in Condado. Atleast 30-60min drive depending on the time of day. I suggest GPS the location & see your best options

Not walkable, but short and cheap Uber ride, maybe 5-8 dollars depending on time you go. Try to go early vs later, water calmer than in afternoon.

You don’t really need to know swimming. Vest ensures you don’t sink, if you are comfortable laying flat in floatation mode I believe you should be all set. They gave us some basic instructions for it we could do it.
