      Colorful and Friendly!
Old San Juan was fun! We were there during the largest festival on the island. Celebrating the end of the Holiday season. Great parade! Lots of super people watching and the food was tremendous! People there are very friendly and most speak english but I am looking to learn spanish soon.

      Great experience
Morning walking tour in old San Juan. What a guide, huh! I liked a lot. The history of Puerto Rico, main landmarks, restaurants, details... The tour lasted 2.5 hours but it contained so much information. Don't skip this.

Tour was cancelled about an hour before scheduled start, but we didn't find their email (buried in a junk folder) until start time. No reason given. Beautiful sunny day with 2 huge cruise ships in port: RC Harmony of the Seas and NCL Epic. Also a major street festival was setting up to start in afternoon, so there were plenty of potential tour-goers. We ended up walking a block and found a bus tour of whole island. Had several stops for photo opps. Great tour guide (Tony Tours) $15 a piece, so less than 1st tour's $20. Obviously, the walking tour people don't really care, so don't waste your time. We'll see how long it takes to get refund.

Tour was canceled due to power outage in Old San Juan. Afternoon tour finishes at 730pm. You were informed both by email and text message which was answered by your husband. Security of our customers is first.

The tour was very informative but extremely hot and long. The tour should have involve some type of transportation, cold liquids and better accommodations for the price you pay. I genuinely enjoyed our tour guide but even he was hot and a few people that started our tour with us slowly left within the first 20-30 minutes into the tour due to the heat. I feel with that vast information and area we cover transportation should be offered and not hot water. The tour guide should have a cooler, snacks and a van of some such. I genuinely appreciate the guide and left with so much information on the beautiful city of Old San Juan but please make this minor adjustments for future purposes.

    Thank you

David was very responsive to my questions prior to booking, and his tour delivered a lot of historical information about San Juan. The walk was at comfortable pace and the beautiful old city certainly felt more familiar in just about 3 hrs of our walk. We would love to have heard some more personal stories surrounding historical events and buildings, but all in all we got a really nice overview of the old city. It was a rainy day, and David took a number of breaks to make it easier for us to wait out heavier downpour. He also planned ahead for the souvenirs and water for everyone.

My husband and I agree that this was our favorite activity during our five-day visit to Puerto Rico. David, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We went into numerous beautiful buildings - everything from churches to convents to municipal buildings. He took us to places we would not have been able to enter on our own. I had been to Old San Juan before, but after taking this tour I realized that I'd barely seen anything on my first visit in 2010. I should also add that our hotel was offering a walking tour for $110/person - more than double the cost of this tour; I doubt that the hotel would have provided a tour of this quality. I highly recommend this top quality tour! Later that day and on our next visit into Old San Juan, we visited some of the places that David recommended, and we were very pleased with everything.

The tour guide, David Rodriguez, was excellent! He was very thorough explaining the history of Puerto Rico as well as the significance of buildings and architecture we saw and visited.
The tour involves a lot of walking throughout old San Juan. It's ideal for active adults. Wear comfortable sneakers.

David was friendly and gave lots of historical information about Old San Juan and Puerto Rico. We saw and learned things we would not have on our own and got many ideas for how to spend the rest of our day in the city. He made sure all members of his tour stayed safe while navigating the city's streets. He also added a touch of humor along with the interesting information.

While on a cruise we elected to book a walking tour thru Trip Advisor and were very happy with our choice. David, our guide was knowledgeable and interesting. He also provided water and a small framed picture as a souvenir. The tour lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes — a perfect way to get acquainted with Old San Juan.

This was the perfect tour for our group of first timers to PR. The perfect amount of time at about two hours allowed us to cover a ton of ground. I really enjoyed how our guide integrated the history of the island, the American military presence, as well as battling disease, and world conflict into the history of Old San Juan. Tour included many historical sites, military barracks, City Gate, views of El Morro, the Governors Mansion, churches, and so much more. The guide used a speaker worn on his belt which amplified his voice. He kept a nice pace, answered questions and was just wonderful. The tour ends in the city center where there are a few options for a quick lunch and then I’d encourage you to head back to El Morro and pay the entrance fee for a self guided tour to complete your day. Great tour, great guide- highly recommend.

David was an amazing tour guide! We loved learning about the history of PR and old San Juan. He was wonderful at repeating different parts of the history in new locations to weave the stories together while helping us remember the highlights of the history. We had a very diverse tour group so it was a more relaxed pace which was so enjoyable! David did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable during the tour from a safety standpoint and learning about our trip to Puerto Rico. I recommend anyone who enjoys history and sightseeing take this tour!

I really enjoyed this walking tour! We visited many buildings with historical significance. It was well worth the fee to hear about the history of the island from a native Puerto Rican. Thanks for a great time!
