- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- Wear comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts) and closed toe shoes. No persons will be allowed to participate wearing only bathing suits.
- Pregnant women, persons with back injuries or recent surgeries, persons with vertigo or afraid of heights, or persons with other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour.
- Total estimate duration of 4 hours includes: 2 hours driving time and 1.5 to 2 hours at tour site
- Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.
- Most travelers can participate
- Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or not following instructions the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

I loved the experience, the staff were very professional, helpful and funny. The entire tour was very well organized. We did have so much. I was very nervous at first to do the whole ziplines tour but my hubby and staff and the other adventures made me feel so confident that I ended up going for it; of course skipping like two lines. Lol

Very well organized. They got us through each line quick, safe and professionally. With a total of eight lines one being a little over 220m zipping over the canopy. It was well worth the time. As an added bonus the have a hike and a rock wall to climb. We also got to pick fresh bananas, they were amazing.

If we wish to drive and meet the e group at the zip line starting point, what time and where would we need to be?
If we wish to drive, what time/where would we meet the group to start our adventure!
Is transportation able to pick up from a house rental? or does it only pick up from hotels?

They might pick you from your house rental as long as it’s on their pick up line or close to the main road. When I booked it, I choose one of their pick up location but they called me to confirm my booking and they stated that they will pick me up from the hotel; however, they ended up picking me up a block down the road which to me was okay.
