    Nope.
Not worth it. Tour guide rushes you and doesn’t show you any trails. The van is tiny and i got really car sick. Spent too much time on teaching us about the forest than actually being in the forest.

    10/10 EXPERIENCE!
First, my girlfriend and I had 0 plans coming into our 4 day trip to Puerto Rico. We looked at tours online and came across the El Yunque national forest and bio bay package. George, Mitch and Elias are amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely entertaining guides. They’re daredevils so make sure they do the cliff jump and rope swing. You’re fully equipped with a life jacket and helmet. What you will need are proper shoes with grip (don’t wear crocs) because you will get muddy (the trail was more intermediate,) clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or wet, a waterproof phone case (buy it elsewhere because it was $25 at Walgreens,) a towel and a change of clothes (socks if you are wearing them.) El Yunque is a beautiful place with stunning plants and a ton of bamboo. I don’t want to give any of the experience away because you just have to go and see it for yourself. The bioluminescent bay was fun, but would’ve been better if we did it a different day because we were EXHAUSTED after el yunque. It rained pretty hard while we were seeing the bioluminescence (under the tarp.) I probably wouldn’t do it again to be honest but it was pretty cool to see. Just get ready to kayak in the dark lol. Be sure to use their bug spray! 10/10 recommend El Yunque, 7/10 for mosquito bay only because I didn’t expect to see it under tarp and we were extremely tired lol. Let’s just say I’ll come back and do the tour El Yunque next time I come back because that was fun. We’ll definitely be back PUERTO RICOOOOOOO!!!!!

Super fun excursion! Our guide Adrianna was amazing! You can tell she loves her job and nature so much. She’s also very knowledgeable. Just a warning, as I didn’t feel this was stressed enough prior to going- you NEED to be somewhat in shape (and probably young) to complete this excursion. It is an intense workout and a lot of hiking up and down slippery slopes. I wouldn’t wear anything but sneakers or maybe even hiking shoes. Be prepared to get dirty, but you’ll take a nice refreshing rinse in the water!

    Good time
Overall it was a good time. Was tough as a beginner at kayaking. Took some time to get the hang of it. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful.

Read the reviews, take a chance!
My young sons and I were only on the island for a few days and wanted to make the most of our time by limiting travel so I chose this experience over one at a brighter bay. I’m glad I read the reviews and had an idea what to expect or I’d have been disappointed comparing this experience to one I’ve had in Jamaica. The guides had to cover our group in tarps just to see the glow and it was faint. The kayak experience through the narrow canals of the mangroves full of crabs on the way out then in the creepy dark on the way back were better than the bioluminescence part of the experience. The reviews about the smell are accurate.

    MUST DO IN PR!!!
Best adventure hike I've been on! At El Yunque, The main tour guide was fun and energetic! He kept up with everyone and kept everyone safe. He was very informed on our trail. My family had some young and some older people and they were very helpful with all of us. The views and jumps were amazing. The kayaking was also very beautiful watching the sunset at the bay, and then being able to see the bioluminescent plankton in the water. My whole family enjoyed it.

Underwhelming - skip and try something else
The lagoon has a very strong decaying seaweed smell. And it is clear no locals do this (aka tourist trap). It is way too many groups at once and too much light pollution making bioluminescence underwhelming. If you want a night kayaking experience you might be better off with something somewhere else and if you want the bioluminescence a boat experiences at a more secluded/less light polluted bay (maybe Vieques?).

Do not recommend - not accommodating
Extremely unhelpful. I was in contact asking questions if I could go solo, no response, asked about other restrictions and received back very rude responses. Wouldn't let me reschedule or refund my money so I wasted almost 200. Do not book with them.

Great your, for those of us that can't do an extensive workout or hike. We had the opportunity to experience the rain forest and enjoy the beauty of the Yunke.

    Rainforest excursion
Loved the rainforest part. Would not do the kayaking same day. It is a long day and we were very tired so didn’t enjoy the kayaking as we normally would. Loved our guide and had a great time in the rainforest.

    Mom and daughter unforgettable experience
I was recommended Bespoke by my sisters who did a tour last year. So glad I followed their advice. Our tour guides were Jorge, Cristian, and Tarzan (Mitchell). Bus was very clean and picked us up from our hotel. Stopped at a small market on the way for bathroom breaks and a small snack (not included) the fruit is so fresh! This trip can be completed by both swimmers and non swimmers. Safety is very important to them and the guides make sure to give you directions for getting up more difficult parts of the hike. This one includes 2 water slides, rope swing, and cliff jump (low medium or high)-the last 2 are optional. I thought it was really nice how they made sure to pick up garbage they saw left by others on the way out of the forest. You’re going to be wearing a helmet and life preserver the entire time. We were able to do the entire hike wearing bathing suits and water/hiking shoes. Leave your Apple Watch and sunglasses in the bus…the canopy provides enough shade and the water slides are too turbulent to keep your watches on unless you have a VERY secure band. Last stop was for a quick bite before heading back to our hotel. Highly, highly recommend! Super fun staff that gave a little history on Puerto Rico and the rainforest. This was an unforgettable experience I’m glad I got to share with my daughter.

We were trying to book a private tour last minute for $1500 for 4 people, we begged them for an 8 AM pick up over a 7 AM pick up -we are on vacation after all. Lady on the phone was so rude and inflexible. Eventually she told us that they’re not a good fit for us & hung up the phone. Probably the worst customer service we have ever received. For $1500, we should have some say with time of pick up. That woman should be fired. Should not be in hospitality. We even had our terrible concierge at Lachonca hotel try to navigate the local experience on the phone with the lady. After all that work, she still would not take us. We are two couples in town from New York City looking for activities to do, Puerto Rico and this bespoke company are a disappointment.

We are sorry we weren't able to accommodate your last minute request during this Memorial Weekend. As you must have figured, all companies were in high demand and completely sold out. I was present during some of your calls, where two different agents tried to explain this politely. They were on the best disposition to find you a private guide but when they quoted the price of $1,500 you insisted numerous times wanted to pay only $1,000 (an act that can be considered disrespectful to name a price to a professional company). At that moment we still had a chance of re arranging our operations in order to accommodate you, but you refused to pay the selling price. When you called back later and finally agreed to our price it was too late to assign a private guide. When someone reserves a private tour with anticipation we do adjust the pick up time and accommodate other special requests. Future travelers, please understand Puerto Rico has become a very popular destination and even on a regular week many things sell out. Please plan your vacation with anticipation in order to avoid inconveniences like this.

We absolutely loved this tour! When we initially arrived Frankie said it hadn’t rained in a few days and it was dry... well it didn’t stay dry long because within five minutes of entering the dry rainforest it POURED. The site are beautiful, from the natural water slides you’ll go down, to the greenery, the waterfalls all of it is just absolutely stunning. Our tour guide was Frankie and he was working with Chris and both were great. I would definitely suggest wearing water shoes with a thicker sole simply because you definitely get soaked! I would also suggest wearing a bathing suit or something you can swim in and don’t care about if you happen to get extremely muddy. If you bring your phone make sure you have it in a protective water proof case that you can wear around your neck, or hold and wrap around your wrist when you go down the slides and jump in because you’re going to be soaked. Do not wear Apple watches or anything like that as a guy on our tour happened to lose his in the water after jumping in. They are all life guards as well so if you can not swim or you are not a strong swimmer they will place you in a life vest, and they will assist you. You can leave anything on the bus as they do lock it up, I suggest bringing a towel and a change of clothing for after so you don’t have to do the ride all the way back in wet clothing. This trip is definitely worth it!

Tour guides were very polite and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor. Transportation provided right from hotel which was convenient!! Jamie and his crew were great with helping us navigate through the rainforest while teaching us about local vegetation and wildlife in the area. After the tour, we ate at an AMAZING mom & pop Puerto Rican restaurant where we picked fresh mangos off the tree to enjoy before our meal. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Out of all the tours I looked at on here, I think this is by far the best tour I selected! The tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and super attentive to every one in our tour group! The guide made sure to get video and pictures of everyone so you don’t have to feel obligated to take your phone with you since water activities are involved. I would definitely book this activity, especially if you are physically capable of climbing, jumping etc. Lunch was delicious and they stop you by a nearby Walgreens just in case you need anything before the hike which was very helpful. 5 stars!!!!

The tour guides were absolutely amazing. I'm so glad we went with this tour company. We went for my friends bachelorette trip and the bride does not know how to swim. The guides were extremely helpful and helped her feel safe and comfortable enough to do every part of the tour including the natural water slides and jumping into the water off of the cliffs.

From start to finish, this tour was fantastic. Adriana, our tour guide, was charming, competent and made us all feel safe while we navigated the tricky climbs. I'd definitely recommend wearing water shoes that have a good grip.

Where to begin, first, the guides had to be the best I have ever had encountered in any trip. Frankie was so energetic and funny and it really brought the whole group together from the get go. Our driver turned “bodyguard” also accompanied us on the trip and was also so fun. You could tell they had such a passion for what they were doing. They were so prepared and could tell this was at least the hundredth time they had done this. There were opportunities for any comfort level to stay a bit reserved or really live on the edge. They practiced the upmost safety, caution, and explanation. However sometimes accidents happen or people don’t follow directions. When this happened on our trip they were so professional and prepared to take care of it. The food stop on our way back were these phenomenal “Kiosks” that were amazing and probably some of the best food we’ve had on this trip. I cannot recommend this company or this excursion highly enough.

Our guide is a very passionate local who’s proud and knowledgeable about this island. The journey won’t be the same without all his energy which I really appreciate. I had fun jumping into the water too! There was fair amount of climbing up and down but if you’re looking for hiking and hiking only this may not be the one you’re looking for. This tour is for the fun!
