    Awesome day!
Felix our tour guide was absolutely amazing! He was fun, energetic and made us feel like family. The combined tour made it easy and fun filled day. We ended up staying close in Los Croabas which was awesome because we drove ourselves to the Bio Bay tour, only 4 mins away.

    Fantastic Day in the Rainforest
Fantastic day in the rain forest! Our guide, Adriana, was the best! Beautiful hike, waterfall slide and swimming holes were beautiful. Enjoyed the stop at Luqillo Kiosks and beach. The biobay kayak was amazing!

    Fantastic Tour with Mr. Francisco
Bespoke Lifestyle Management Co provided us with top-notch service! Mr. Francisco was our tour guide and driver; he is very polite and friendly, and shared his expansive knowledge on Puerto Rico's rich history, culture and people. We toured San Juan and Old San Juan, with stops for local snacks (delicious!), photo ops of the beach, castles, statues, umbrella street--anything that we wanted to see or photograph, Mr. Francisco gladly obliged. He helped us find the best mofongo in town for lunch after our tour, and even showed us where we could buy souvenir charms and cups. We will book Bespoke exclusively for tours on future visits.

Super fun but not for the meek!
Did not do kayaking portion bc we were over the weight limit. But they graciously refunded us for that part of the trip. The rainforest tour was fantastic. The guides, Felix, Jason and Elias were enthusiastic and fun, but kept us safe during some of the spots with tricky footing. Be sure to wear good grippy water shoes, no socks, and leave your phone behind. The guides took and shared way better photos and videos than we would have. We really enjoyed the rock slide and cliff jump…I did the five feet jump and my husband did the 15 foot. He also did the rope swing. All in all, this was a must do. We are so glad we went, even though we were popping ibruprofen later that night lol! For reference, I’m 49, husband is 53, both sorta active but not super athletes by any means. Be ready to walk, get muddy, and have fun! Bring a towel!

    Great time.
El Yunque was great and our guide George was more than fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to have a great time while in PR. The Bio Bay kayaking was good if a little hectic trying to paddle in the dark with some inexperienced paddlers, but worth the trip.

    Amazing!
This was such an amazing experience! From start to finish we enjoyed every second. George was our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and kept us safe! I would do this again hands down as long as George is my tour guide. Make sure you are physically able to do this type of tour because it works every muscle in your body. Lots of climbing and balancing. Amazing tour! Amazing!

    Bucket list item done
What a great time overall! The combo tour knocks off two PR bucket list items in one day. George was a great guide for the hike through the rainforest and was pointing out various types of flora in the forest on the hike. The waterfalls, rope swing, and jump were great and definitely left us wanting to come back and explore the other parts of the park. Just make sure you tuck your elbows in on the water slide, my wife bashed her elbow on the rocks and still has a bruise. The nighttime kayaking was excellent even while running into a mangrove tree or five in the kayak (tip: hats help keep branches from unexpectedly poking you in the face). Manolo and crew did a great job keeping everyone together and explaining how the luminescence works. Luckily we went on an overcast night so it was much easier to see. I could definitely understand if you went in the summer how it could be much more difficult.

    Mesmerizing
Despite a 2 hour commute to and from San Juan, we had a great time. Our driver/host George was fun and informative and a safe driver. We got on Captain Hector’s boat and was treated to a once in a lifetime experience. The water of Turtle Bay did not disappoint with sparkling as we dipped our legs and hands in the water. We had a great time.

    Felix
The trip was a home run. They pick you up at your hotel and drive you right to the activity location. We had three guides that were all great but we had one that was amazing. If you can get this trip with Felix you are in for a treat. Everywhere we went he knew everyone. The OTHER tour operators mentioned to me several times how lucky we were to have him. As for the activities, they were great. Body slides, cliff jumping, rope swinging. We even swam behind a waterfall. That swim was very hard and only two people from our group made it.

Our tour guides Frankie and Julian were great! From the beginning they had great communication about what we were going to do and educated us about the forest and PR. We then got to the forest and we felt very safe with helmets and life jackets! I was grateful for the helmet after almost hitting my head on a branch! They were super supportive and high energy making the trek so much fun! My boyfriend and I had such a great time.

To people interested in the trip, you can bring your phone and other stuff on the bus and keep it on there for the hike but I’d recommend not bringing anything with you for the actual hike. We ended up not bringing our phones with water proof cases just in case and it was great not having to worry. 1 person in our group had their waterproof case break and their phone was cracked with water all inside. Another person lost their phone to the bottom of the water after jumping in. Our tour guides took pictures for us anyways so I’d recommend not bringing anything worth money. Also - wear either water shoes or shoes you don’t care about as they will get muddy and wet! Super fun experience though!

I'll probably mess up the names of our guides so apologies but I think they were James and Ponce. At any rate, they were awesome. Sometimes, you book with a tour company and then take it on faith that they'll show up at the designated pick-up location. With Bespoke, they sent several confirmation texts to let us know they were enroute.

We'd briefly considered just doing the hike on our own, sans guides, but that would have been a huge mistake. Not only would we have likely bailed at the first sign of mud, but we would have missed out on the interesting facts shared by our guide. We also probably wouldn't have dared to do any of the cliff jumps.

Just a really great operation and the guides were friendly, helpful, and we never felt that our safety was compromised. Also, as a bonus, the guide (James, I think) took hundreds of photos that he shared at the conclusion. Many tour companies will charge you for photos but he just shared via airdrop with anyone that wanted them.

The tour went great! Felix and Jonathan really took their time on guiding us safely throughout the hiking and the waterfall path, they really went above and beyond, I am super happy that they were assigned to us. The waterfall was amazing and they give you a chance to swim during the tour! Deffinately wear closed toe shoes as you will do a lot of climbing and be passing by muddy areas. This tour was overall amazing and I highly recommend everyone that is coming to PR to do it.

This is an amazing adventure for the price that you pay! Our guides, James and Joe, were absolutely phenomenal. We did a very fun hike, got to go down two natural water slides, jumped off a 40ft and 20ft cliff, did a rope swing, and more! We felt very safe, as the guides explained everything very well and were in the water to help if you needed it. The guides were so friendly and I learned a great deal about the rainforest! We went early so we were the only ones there which is rare since El Yunque gets so busy in the afternoon!! They included transportation in the price which not a lot of tours do, and took pictures of everyone on the tour the entire time so we didn’t have to bring our phones! They took us to an amazing local restaurant after with food and prices you can’t beat! I will never forget this day and I’m so happy I chose this excursion!

This was a very fun and exciting adventure that it’s a must do if you are in PR. The pick up was on time and we were taken to meet with a larger group, but it was very organized and I didn’t feel that time was waisted waiting to drive to the destination.

Our guide, Julian, was very funny and energetic. The drive took about an hour to get to the forest. Like other travelers have said this is not a simple hike, but it involves rock climbing that sometimes can be difficult, but the guides helped along the way especially in hard areas. If you are not up for the challenge or don’t think that you can climb rocks, go through mud, hike, etc this may not be for you. Please take either hiking shoes, water shoes or shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. We wore water shoes with track on our soles from Amazon and it worked well. Be mindful you will jump, go through the slide with the clothes you are wearing, so wear bathing suits. I went with my two kids, 10yo and 15yo and they were fine. I would not recommend this tour for kids younger than 8yo or so because it can be kind of dangerous due to the combing involved.

On our way back we stopped at Luquillo beach for about 1 1/2 hour and the beach was beautiful and well worth it. I only bought a drink, so if you are not that hungry just wait when you are back at your hotel instead of eating there. I thought it was worth enjoying the beach compared to eating.

The way back was smooth and our tour guide provided us with the pictures, however they don’t take as many pictures as I would like. I hesitated about taking my phone even with the water case and I’m glad I didn’t take it. A girl in our group lost her phone in the rock and didn’t even notice it until another girl saw it and pointed it out. It would have been wonderful if I took my own phone to take more pictures, but after the girl lost her phone in the water that proved that it can be dangerous and risky. The good part though was that this was the first tour that I went to that the tour guides didn’t charge for the pictures and sent them for free, which was very nice.

Overall, it was a great experience and a wonderful tour. Julian was great and really funny. I would recommend this company and your to anybody.

We had an amazingly wonderful time with Frankie and Elias! They both made sure that everyone was safe and catered the experience to each person's skill level. Beautiful views and a once in lifetime experience with the waterfalls! It's important to wear the right shoes (sneakers or good water shoes are best, Crocs do not have as much traction and people wearing them on the hike had a harder time). Phones are also not allowed (unless you have a personal water pouch to carry your phone in) but Frankie and Elias take awesome pictures that they share with you on the way back!

I spent 4 days in Puerto Rico and this was by far the highlight of my trip. Our tour guide, Adriana, was amazing. She had great energy and shared a ton of information about the environment we were entering and about her home of Puerto Rico. My tour was the first one of the day and that was a smart choice. It was tough getting up on time to get to the pickup point but getting to the forest early in the morning was ideal. We beat the crowds and spent more time in the pools as a result. As we were leaving the area got super loud and hectic as other groups arrived. I will say that Bespoke was far more safety-conscious than the other groups out there with us. The guides for other groups were letting their folks do far more dangerous things and they weren't wearing any safety equipment. The group I was with was filled with younger and more adventurous types. The trip to the beach at Luquillo seemed like a throwaway part of the trip but ended up being epic. Adriana gave us amazing suggestions for places to eat and drink. Our group bonded over the fun at the beach and a group of us eventually met up in Old San Juan that night for more fun at the bars. Adiana created a shared photo album on our iOS devices so we were all able to share photos she and others took. I made some great friends during this excursion and got to experience some beautiful nature in the process. It was a great day. Side note: You will get muddy and wet. There's literally nothing you can do to avoid it. Plan accordingly and enjoy it.

This tour was absolutely AMAZING. Frankie and Luis were our main tour guides and when they said they treated us like family they meant it. Please read the description of this tour thoroughly as it is intense. We hiked through mud, climbed cliffs, went through tight areas, trekked through a small river, jumped off 30 and 12 foot cliffs, and swung on a rope swing. The shoes you wear are the shoes that will go through everything so make sure they are sturdy. We wore water shoes that were combined with sneakers and had a good grip which worked out really well. While the hike is intense, Frankie, Luis, and Richard were with us every step of the way to help. The tour consisted of physically fit people as well as beginners and nobody was left behind. After the hike, we went to a local beach with multiple restaurants/quick service and we had mini mofongo bowls and 32 ounce mojitos. This was such a highlight of our trip to San Juan and I highly recommend this tour.

Felix the tour guide was the most awesome tour guide i’ve ever met in my life. He made the excursion fun, enjoyable and not scary at all. He was very thorough in explaining the expectation, instruction and the itinerary schedule for the whole tour which is really important. During the hiking, Felix, Chris and Tarzan helped each of us making sure we were always in good shape including guiding and literally giving a hand on each of us on certain difficult path. The excursion also gives us options if we are not sure on doing it. The management company overall is very courteous that we got picked up and dropped off from and to our hotel. In addition, i left my hiking boots off the bus and Felix personally returned it to me. I came home overall felt very satisfied and accomplished!

From the pick up to the drop off, Julian's energy was 100% authentic and rubbed off on the whole group! We acted as if we knew each other for years. The cliff jumps, the rope swinging, water falls, slides, and even the hiking was an one of a kind experience. Julian and his Co host (cannot remember name) were on the same page with everything and helped everyone have a great experience. They also record every jump and slide and send to you so you don't have to worry about having your phone with you every moment. I cannot believe the fun we had. Reading the reviews on here just does not do it justice.
