          Fun day on the boat
Great half day tour on the water. We wanted to find somewhere outside of San Juan to go to a beach. Adrian and the guys were great hosts! Very fun and friendly. Beach time was great. Food and drinks provided were good too. Would recommend.

          Amazing experience!
Amazing experience! Book it if you haven’t already. I went with my partner but it’s also family friendly. Eli, Anthony, and Marcos (there’s one more but I forgot his name) are great host on the boat and will make the experience worth the purchase! The island was beautiful, lunch was tasty, and the drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) were fire! Highly recommend!

          Best Boat Experience
The view was amazing but the hospitality from the crew was even better. They were very nice and even offered other places for us to visit after our excursion. Drinks were great and they provided lunch.

          just adequate
We have been on many snorkeling excursions like this. This was average to below average compared to others and the price point. The main negatives were the food was quite underwhelming as were the drink options. Another main negative was that it felt like they had oversold the trip by about 6-8 people since some had to stand for the first part of the trip. Lastly, the beach portion of the trip was a bit generic and the snorkeling in terms of fish was poor. The positives were that the crew was friendly and welcoming, but that is to be expected.

          Wonderful keep it up
Our captain was Robert. Our crew was AMAZING. Very attentive, fun, and nice. They made our trip more amazing than it already was. Got to hang out in Icacos and then stoped to snorkel and see the coral reef. The boat was nice and it had shade. I highly recommend Castillo tours.

100% recomendado, la pasamos súper y definitivamente lo volvemos a hacer. The whole trip was amazing, to the service and experience. This was our first trip to Icacos and would recommend this to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. They honestly had the best boat out of all the other tour companies. The tour guides (Tito, Marco, Adrian and Eli) were super knowledgeable and friendly to every one on the boat. They made sure every one was safe and that we all had a good time.

          Catamaran Trip
This activity was by far the best on me and my family’s trip. There was an unlimited open bar and they provided pasta salad, sandwiches, and chips. We went to two different areas. One to swim and chill, the other to actually snorkel. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. It is pretty family friendly and The crew was super attentive and kept asking us if we wanted anything. I would definitely do it again!

Be prepared to spend a lot of time driving around to pick up other travelers. Once in the rainforest there are three stops to see a river, climb a tower and see a waterfall. While the guide shared some information, she did not share much information about the rainforest itself (flora, fauna, etc) and was not very energetic.

Excellent trip. Charles had an incredible knowledge of not only El Yunque but also PR as a whole. The drive into the rainforest was anything but boring — Charles filled the drive with lots of interesting facts and pointed out the different towns and the history of the land.

On this trip you drive into the rainforest, stop at the observation tower, go on a hike, and stop by a river, with Charles actively giving facts along the way. It’s the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. The tours where you go straight to the water holes were not as appealing to us. You get the best of El Yunque on this tour!

Trip was a perfect blend of sight seeing and education about the area, nature, and the people. Ramon was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The tour included a very short easy hike that I would recommend for anyone able to climb a few flights of stairs comfortably. The observation tower is one of the most comfortable ones I’ve been in. Wide stairwells with open air windows to allow for breeze. Again, not difficult at all for anyone able to climb a few flights of stairs on their own. Would recommend!!

The guide was just lovely and very knowledgeable and very passionate about her land. That was very appreciative. But, the trip itself was not notable. We stopped at a little town and went inside a room with lots of pictures with history. But, we just did not get to walk very far into the forest due to the hurricane 2 years ago. She has tried to accommodate as best as possible. Good for a family. Very short hike. The trails are closed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your recent Rainforest Tour. The Tour you choose does not include a Trail walk.We offer 2 options, one for a 1/2 day and the other a 3/4 day with nature walk and swim at the River. Thank you for praising our Guide.

The tour claims to be 5 hours, but we didn't leave until 10 and got back at 1. This included about 30 minutes to stop for lunch (not provided). Only reason to not give 1 star was because our tour guide was amazing and the van was in good condition. Definitely not worth anywhere near 50 or 60 bucks. Wish we could get at least half our money back.

I don't know why you wrote that the Tour started at 10 am. Our 1/2 day Rainforest leaves San Juan at 8:30 am and that is when the Tour starts. If you joined the Tour at the Rainforest, then yes it starts later. But we advise everybody that does not want to come to San Juan , that they will miss part of the Tour. So, you have the option to cancel or come to San Juan. That is up to the Client. It clearly starts on the Web Site that our Tours are from San Juan. I am sorry you feel that you didn't get the full Tour, but that was u to you to make that decision.

Great chance to see the rain forest with minimum walking. To my untrained eyes, the rain forest looked restored from the hurricane two years ago, although our guide, Carlos, did point out some damage. We saw a river, a waterfall, and climbed an observation tower. Carlos was very informative telling us about the history of PR and the rain forest. What is the number 1 industry in PR? You will have to take this tour to find out!

Our guide Ramon was very knowledgeable about the rain forest and the history of Puerto Rico. The highlight is the walk down to the swimming hole. Otherwise the remainder of the tour is just OK. We went to the lookout tower and had a photo opportunity at a waterfall. Overall a very crowded tourist spot.

The tour stopped at a makeshift information center (the one in the park was damaged in the hurricane two years ago and hasn't yet reopened), a tower, a waterfall and a river. That was it. The driver and guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable - we had a great conversation with him and he returned to our hotel with a jacket one of us left in his van. However, what was included in the tour was not very impressive.

I am so sorry we disappointed you, but the stops we do on this Tour are exactly the description we advertise. Maybe you should have chosen our Nature walk Tour which is a 3/4 day, not just a 1/2 day.I am happy to hear that our Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful

Our tour guide Ramon was excellent. We learned so much about the nature and history of P. R. We had been to the visitor center already but it was so much better with a guide to help you understand what you were seeing.

A great way to see Yunque whether young or old.
