This entire tour was well organized and well worth the price. Luis was our tour guide and he was very professional, kind, funny, and helpful. We started at the water slide at El Yunque and Luis gave instructions to make us all feel safe. We then went to zip line and the entire group of staff was very friendly and helped anyone who felt nervous. The experience was incredible and breathtaking. We ended at Luquillo beach and had amazing drinks and food at the kiosks. Everyone we met was so kind and made the entire experience comfortable. I would definitely recommend this. We were exhausted by the end but 100% would do again. Some helpful tips as you plan to go: bring a change of clothes and towel, some snacks (there may be some down time between activities), and socks and/or water shoes for the water slide and then closed toed shoes for zip lining. We wore socks on the water slide and had good grip. I also recommend a water pouch for your phone. When zip lining you have to keep your gloves on and so I was too nervous to take my phone, others did and were fine. You can wear a shoulder strap Fanny pack with the harness.

Luis was amazing!! He's very knowledgeable about the area and helped make the water slides easy!!! He also gave us great food recommendations for lunch!🙂 The zipline staff was great! They were encouraging to the people who were terrified of heights that were in our time slot! That helped make the experience memorable for my husband and I!

This tour was the best! It was my first time visiting Puerto Rico and the tour guide Erik provided a wealth of knowledge about the island! I highly recommend this tour if you want to know the history of the island while taking in its beauty! This tour company was easy to work with, professional, and friendly!

LOVED this day trip and highly recommend! Each activity was enjoyable on its own and all together, it made for an incredible day. Luis was our guide -- very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. Everything you'd want in a person introducing you to a new (or repeat!) day of adventures. A few helpful tips: Bring snacks/a light lunch (b/c of timing of activities/stops), bring a couple pairs of socks (b/c they will get wet and dirty at the springs), and if you're traveling from outside of San Juan, you might want to pick Embassy Suites for pick up b/c of on-site parking and amenities.

Erik was a great guide. We learned ed so much about puerto rico and San juan. He spoke great English and could easy answer all our questions. He took us to great spots for pictures and lunch and was very attentive of our needs. He was crystal clear on the drop off and pick up procedures and made sure we knew were aware of where he was in case we needed anything

We had Erik as our tour guide and he was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgable! We got to see many things and take a ton of pictures. More than enough time to eat and look around. Wish we could’ve had more time in Old San Juan just because there is so much to see but I felt we were given a proper amount to get some touring and shopping in. Would definitely use Erik again in the future for when we come back and will request him for any other tour we may do. Worth the money and learning the history of the area was a great touch.

This was a real enjoyable trip for our whole family. Eddie, our tour guide was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We saw a mix of some very Historic sites along with rural locations serving up some incredible cuisine. We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to enjoy an authentic Puerto Rico experience. We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide Erik arrived promptly at the designated time. He drove us around the coast line on our way to San Juan. He dropped us off in San Juan for a while so we could do some shopping. He was extremely knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, would highly recommend this company and Erik!!!

Delivery Uber driver was very courteous and willing to share tips about other things to do in PR. The zip lining crew was well staffed and thorough making sure each person understood the instructions before each zip. They worked like a well oiled machine.

Prior to arriving in Puerto Rico, Ruben advised that his company could not accommodate us for Thursday, which was our only full free day to go on this tour. The only other day they were able to do the tour was on the day we were leaving. Since our flight was at 5pm, Ruben offered to drop us off at the airport instead of taking us back to the hotel since we were already going to be near the airport. The day of the tour, Mr. Jose arrived at 10:15am and he provided a great, informative tour. He took us to the sites we were really interested in seeing. He dropped us off in Old San Juan and gave us time to sightsee and shop for souvenirs. We met up with Mr. Jose around 3:15pm at Plaza Colon and he took us to the airport. We had a great day on our last day in Puerto Rico. We would definitely recommend this touring package to others.

They appear to only do this once a day and that is the charm of it. The group was small and there was no waiting for the ziplines. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

My husband and I booked this tour as part of our honeymoon trip. We were the only ones that day so we had a private tour! We had a great time in Las Playas and the natural waterslide, but I recommend you bring water shoes for that part because you have to go through a lot of mud to get to the river. Our driver had life vests available but we were fine in the water without them. Then, at 1pm, we did the zip lining at Rainforest Zipline Park which was amazing! We must’ve done eight or nine different lines over the forest. Even if you don’t book this tour, you should definitely go to the zip line park! Finally, we were dropped off at Luquillo Beach where we had lunch and hung out on the beach. Having a driver for this part was awesome because there was NOWHERE to park. Some suggestions for improvement: -It would’ve been cool if our driver stuck around the zipline park and took pictures -Our driver was a little late picking us up, due to traffic, but he could’ve communicated to us that he’d be later than he initially expected. -We were pretty hungry after Las Playas, so it might make sense to rearrange the tour to have lunch closer to noon or one.

This full-day tour is a showstopper and a must-do! Our tour guide, Ruben from Pepeko Tours, was great! Our stop at the river waters was exhilarating as we experienced the natural water slides and cliff diving. Our time at the Zipline Park was amazing, and we got an adrenaline rush! There are 8 lines of different heights and lengths. They encourage you to go at your own pace and comfort. AND whatever you do, you have to complete the last two lines! Trust me you will not regret it! The Staff were courteous, professional, and experts in their craft! We plan to go back every time we visit the island! Finishing this tour at Luquillo Beach was perfect as we unwind with delicious food, beach walking, and souvenir shopping.

It was really fun and it was a great activity for beginners! Y’all should definitely give it a try! I had a lot of fun with my friends!

The tour had been amazing Reuven had been a delight and had accommodated me and my family with an experience that I would never forget. He had done an amazing tour of the natural springs and I had a great time ziplinining as my best friend and sister did not want to join me. After the zipline we had gone to Luquillo beach and had a lot of fun relaxing. I definitely recommend booking with Pepeko Tours, they are responsible and very understanding and make the experience a lot of fun!!!
