Delightful full-day experience in the center of the island. Started the day with VIP transportation from the hotel throughout the first stop of our "waterfall hopping adventure". We visited and learned about the beautiful state reserves and cascades like El Chorro de Doña Juana and Las Delicias among others. Thanks to the BucketList Tour crew for mapping the trip and providing fun, safe and accurate guidance every step of the way.

We booked this tour with the concierge at the Ritz-Carlton in Dorado and it surpased all our expectations. We started the tour at 1pm and from 4 hours decieded to extend it because our guide had so much to offer we wanted to get as much of Old San Juan as we could. From the Capitol to the forts, to the monuments and squares to the cathedral and the gate of San Juan, the flow of information and his story telling was masterful. But his knowledge of what was the best cigar lounge to where to have the best local food and even taking us to areas outside Old San Juan we wanted to visit like Fairmont El San Juan and the Vanderbilt where he even gave us a tour of each hotel including each one's history and secrets. After 10 hours we were good to go back to Dorado after having the most splendid discovery tour ever, and me and my husband can't recomend this experience any higher!

Raymond was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about everything and showed us things that we wouldn't have seen without him. I highly recommend this tour to anyone not wanting to walk in the heat and see more than just the typical spots.

Carlos was an amazing guide and took us all around San Juan. We started the day with a text confirming pickup location and time (which was only about 2 miles from where our ship docked). He was extremely knowledgeable with MANY historic stories. Would definitely recommend his services!

Amazing experience! The Bio Bay was such a unique place to visit; it was great to be able to swim in the bay! This tour was on time, comfortable and convenient. Excellent value!!

Our tour guide was super knowledgeable about the tour and Puerto Rico as a whole. The snorkeling was incredible and we were able to see all kinds of cool fish and coral. The bio bay itself was absolutely magical! We ended up doing way more on this tour than we expected going into it. If you're going to PR, this is definitely something you want to add to your agenda!

We are used to do private tours, but the first surprise was to be picked in a black Mercedes SUV. Being in a small Caribbean island we felt it was a prank. But it wasn't. From the "welcome to Puerto Rico" as he opened the doors for us, to his endless knowledge about the history of the island we can say our guide was a well seasoned one, then we learned we were doing the experience with the bissiness owner who also is the creator and curator of this wonderful activity and that explains all the attention to detail and personal level of customer service we got. He even sugested every picture spot and took all group photos and then sent then to us, a nice detail I might say. It was a true discovery experience as we were able to see and learn about more than 30 different landmarks. Our guide was gave us bits of info and even several tales about the main events that happened through the centuries in the island. But we loved the puertorrican woman monument that depicts it as 3 different women: Taino, Spanish and Black in a bold display of proudness on the mixed heritage of puertoricans.

Carlos and David were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the interesting details we learned at each stop.

Awful!!!! Worst tour EVER. No bathrooms, no changing area. Gate was locked when we arrived. Boat that we can see through the gate isn’t even safe. It was an anniversary tour for me, my husband, and our family. Trying to get our money back as I type this. Never even saw the captain.

That’s exactly what my butler at the Ritz Carlton told me and he earned a well deserved tip after we finished our stay. This package is a collection of places that you can't possibly do without knowing the history and geography of the island and is curated in such profesional way we feel is worth much more than what we payed. After 3 days and more than 30hrs discovering the history of Old San Juan and the magical forests, creeks, waterfalls, cays and Bioluminiscent Bay we can only say Bucketlist, thanks for an amazing time in your island!
