We booked a couple of trips with Island Jamaica Excursions. First off Marcie who managed the booking was incredible. My son had an ear infection, and we needed to move the booking, not only was she super compassionate about how he was, she moved it with no issues. Richard was our tour guide and I cannot praise him enough. His love and passion for his country shone through and made us love everything he showed us even more. He went above and beyond to make our trips informative and fun. The first trip horse riding and Dunns River Falls was so good with him that we booked a second trip. We used another tour company through our hotel that I had booked a trip with in advance which was awful and nothing compared to the time spent with Richard. I just wish we had used him for everything. Thank you to both Marcie and Richard for your kindness, your knowledge and putting the sparkle into Jamaica.

We had such a blast. This was our first trip out of the country with my husband and three young children. I looked at multiple tour companies including the resort we stayed. I really wanted a very specific adventure for my family and I got that and more. The day before traveling to Jamaica, I booked with Island Jamaica Excursions as the price was right and the communication was excellent through email. They were able to personalized our adventures by taking us to the Blue Hole and to Konoko Falls. We also had a tour and lunch. Our driver was absolutely a blessing. His name was Richard. We went in October which was so nice because it was not busy. Richard arrived on time or early and waited patiently for me to wrangle my children. Richard's greeting was warm and I could tell we were in great hands. He was such a gentleman and very friendly. He kept my children entertained, told us jokes and educated us on the Jamaican culture as well as it's rich history. We enjoyed him so much and learned so much. It felt like he was our uncle by the time our day ended. Richard never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. He took us sightseeing and ensured we had a great experience with guided tours from people at both places we were taken. It was nice because he was familiar with the staff and really was thoughtful in suggesting guides for us. Richard also transported us to lunch and showed us the different shopping areas and Excursions in the area. My kids remember him to this day and are always so excited to show their friends and our family members pictures of our friend, Richard. If you are headed to Jamaica, the only transportation and guide I would recommend is Richard! He will make sure you have a good time. Be sure to tip your driver and guides as they depend on tourism to provide for themselves. Richard went above and beyond and we look forward to visiting Jamaica again soon to continue to explore. Now we know which company to trust which can be hard to find especially as tourist. Thank you for the adventure and for making us feel like family!

This excursion was truly amazing!!!! We went to the Blue Hole Island Gully Falls and our guides Romaine and Julian led us through the river and we were able to jump from varying levels of difficulty and swim in beautiful blue water. The guys were fun and entertaining. One of the ladies in our group sprained her ankle and Romaine carried her across rocks and the river and then even into the bus!!This was truly one of the best excursions I've ever been on! Highly recommend it! Thanks Romaine and Julian!

Yaaman is just a fun park for family. The natural scenic backdrop makes the ATV ride more fun. The mud, the water, AMAZING!

Amazing AT experience, I want to do it again. Why not go ahead and do the course everyone. You won't regret it, amazing guides.

This was one of the highlights of my vacation! Last day of vacation and this was so exciting! Add this to your bucket list. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. So much fun! I still can’t believe that I jumped four times after being scared! Thanks to the awesome assistance of Jevi and Damrio!!! They were very professional, kind, and patient. Went there with a team trip and they didnt want to let us in because "we are Jamaicans and not tourist" as they quoted. WRST

I’m a local Jamaican and I was initially turn back because of my black skin and the way I speak, they are prejudice towards their own black Jamaicans!

A piece of gem well hidden in lush green and tranquil setting. A series of falls and whirlpools make a a fun adventure for both families and thrill seekers. Our guide Mike is warm and caring. He makes sure we have a fun and safe experience. Mike took some great pictures and videos of our jumps into water. Those videos make enduring memories of our time in Jamaica. If you self drive, be aware that there are some “knock off” blue holes before the final approach. Folks are over enthusiastic to “direct” you to parking. Don’t get distracted and keep driving till you see the gate with “Island Gully Falls”. Beyond the gate, the parking area is spacious and pleasant.

Amazing visit to this beautiful place. Tour guides (babysitters) were helpful, kind and trusted keeping us safe and amazed at there skills. Well worth a visit and jump in!

We had the best time ever at the blue hole! CJ, the cool Jamaican 😊, was the best guide ever. Not only was it incredibly beautiful but CJ made it fun and took tons of pictures for us. My husband and I had been to Jamaica before but after our last trip we cannot wait to go back. We will visit Island Gully Falls again and request CJ. Make sure to bring water shoes and you don’t need a bag, but if you insist make sure it’s waterproof. They also sell water shoes there for $12.00 US.

This place is amazing and my family and I had a lot of fun here! I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when we first arrived, but that changed after meeting our tour guide, Sam, and seeing the beautiful blue water. Sam was very kind and helpful. He instructed us on what to do for us to have fun and stay safe. Jumping from the platform into the cool crisp water was so much fun! Sam went first and helped my son and wife return to the top. My son and I would have stayed all day if we could have. We really enjoyed it!

Ava did an awesome job taking us to the waterfall and informing us about the country and culture. I recommend wearing water shoes and making sure you are a strong swimmer

Richard, my tour guide, was so very accommodating and knowledgeable! His care and personal attention to my wishes was phenomenal!!! His joy for Jamaica’s beautiful culture is obvious and should be duplicated by all! Thank you, Richard, for all your kindnesses and beautiful energy!! Richard’s service is second-to-none and I would book this travel company everytime I travel here-as long as Richard works there. I am excited to meet you again in the near future! 🙂😃😁

We went in the morning, we greeted with smiling faces, upbeat guides and even a photographer along the way. You get the climb up (just a little, it wasn't too tough), they take a picture of you in a small fall where you can sit on a rock, then you start jumping in! Water was cold initially but you get used to it quickly and its beautiful. On the last jump (about 30 feet), I lost my fitbit ionic (about $250 watch). Its waterproof and never leaves my wrist so I didn't even think to remove it. Javier got all of my info and said he would dive and look for it and let me know if he found it. I thought that was a nice gesture but didn't really believe I would be reunited with me watch. Boy was I wrong! Javier is the best, found it and came to our resort the next morning to get it back to me. Once again so nice, smiling and a wonderful experience. Come check out their tour! Its fun, they take care of you and they really do want you to be happy and enjoy their country! I recommend this several times over.
