For families looking for a great experience in Jamaica I recommend using Jaital for world class services. The options and prices for their tours are unmatched, a great way to maximize your dollars while having a great time. My family and I, a group of 20 with an infant and a toddler purchased a day pass for Margaritaville in Ocho Rios. The team at Jaital were remarkable in helping us to make the reservation. Margaritaville Ocho Rios, the entire staff, the entertainers and servers provided exceptional service. We are very thrilled to have visited and are grateful for the wonderful experience we had.

We did Dunn’s River Falls and Rio Nuevo Horseback riding. The Dunn’s River was great. The horseback riding was not. Would not recommend this tour, horses looked underweight and the guide wasn’t very informative and didn’t tell much history. Our driver from Jaital was good.

Took us an hour to leave the cruise terminal. Then another 45 minutes to check in at the hotel for our excursion. Very disorganized and lack of staff! Highly disappointed and honestly pissed off! Not worth $160 per person at all!

We booked the dunn's river falls and river tubing as a cruise excursion. Directions to the meeting point were simple and easy. We were the only 2 in our group. At each activity we were joined with other groups. The falls were beautiful. Totally worth it to pay the $40 for the pictures and video you can get. The river tubing was fun with some mild adventure. My 9 year old granddaughter had a great day!!

We booked the Beach Horseback Ride N Swim in Falmouth, Jamaica as an excursion off of our cruise ship. The private pickup was right on time to take the 4 of us about 30 mins to the private beach for the excursion, which was with Sand n Saddle (recommend them too). The driver waited for us to finish and then took us to a roadside jerk stand, which was excellent. Much better than falling into the tourist trap back in Falmouth. He swung by the store so we could pick up wine to take back to the ship as well. He was very accommodating and friendly. We would book through Jaital again.

I was looking for round trip transportation from the Falmouth port to Rose Hall Great House and booked the group transportation option for $40 per person. I was able to reach someone before the transport date to confirm that it would be for the Great House, and my booking confirmation said the tour would be operated by Jamaica Tours Ltd. However, the morning of the transport, I was unable to find my transport and tried contacting Jaital and was unsuccessful. Ultimately I was able to find a phone number for Jamaica Tours Ltd (not the one that was provided by Jaital) and thankfully they were able to sort out my booking. I would still recommend this as it was by far the cheapest option for round trip transport I could find and ended up being a nice private transport. Next time I might book directly with the tour operator if possible.

Easy to book via the website. Met by tour guide on arrival. We had full attention of tour guides as it was only my immediate family on the tour. Had a fantastic experience, first time for me and my adult children on a horse. Horses appeared healthly in appearance. You will not be disappointed.

Jiatal made sure we had transportation to and from the Dolphin Cove. No worries. The Dolphin Cove is a must do when visiting Jamaica! And Jiatal made our excursion worry free. Thank you!

We did the private catamaran cruise to Rick's Cafe and it was absolutely amazing. The boat was perfect, the staff was amazing and we had the best time. I would do this again in a heartbeat! It was well worth the cost.

One of my fondest memorable trips taken .. Jaital came through with the utmost professionalism in assisting me in planning an after wedding party on water … 3 bus / Pick up was on time... 80 guest had thee absolute time of their life …. first stop snorkeling and then dancing on the seas to dun's river .. on the return back to our docking station... MUSIC WAS TURNED UP .. food and drinks included.. the vessel very clean .. staff was very warm , welcoming and full of energy that made this eventful day even more enjoyable… A BIG THANK U .. jaital team …this was / is an unforgettable!! this was horrible from start to finish. We were told to be at the pick up spot no later than 9:30 and that they would not wait for us if we were late. Yet there was another party that was late and we waited around another 60 minutes. when they still didn't show and everyone was getting upset they finally left. Only to find out that they were making other stops along the way so it took us almost 45 minutes to get to our destination and another 45 minutes back. Then we get to the hotel and knowing I purchased the Luxury Package (as did the driver as he dropped us off on the luxury side) I was told we had the regular package which gives you all the crappy booze that literally will make you sick. Also you need to bring your PASSPORT which was not communicated anywhere and then the hotel was going to keep your passport while there. We didn't bring a passport because of all the cruises we've been on (and it's a lot) we used to bring our passports and we've never needed it outside the ship so we stopped a few years back. Others in our party refused as they were from Canada and that wasn't an option. After another 30 minutes of back and forth we've now lost 2 hours of our time which we only had 4 1/2 hours total. So we spent $89 per person for 2.5 hours of an all inclusive which included nothing but crap rum and warm beer. I reached out to Jaital to make this right, the first time they said they were looking into it. 6 days later and still nothing I pinged them again and no response. I can't say it enough, do NOT book a day pass with this company. Go direct to the hotel!

We are very upset with our first trip to Jamaica and after what happened to us I don't think we will ever go back First the Jaital driver who picked us up did no take us directly to the all-inclusive day pass that we booked in advance since we were coming on a cruise and we had the limited time at no time were we told that they would pick up more people to different places and that took us more time and that was not the worst when we arrived at the LUXURY BAHIA PRINCIPE RESORT ADULTS the attention at the front desk was normal and we went to the beach then to the pool and everything was ok but when we had an hour left to leave because we had to be at a certain time on the Cruise we went to the restaurant that was in the pool area was an open buffet restaurant and they did not allow us to enter because they say that we had to be completely dry to enter, we explained that we had a day pass and that we did not have time to wait that please let us in but he did not let us in After paying $419.96 for 4 people It's not fair that they treated us We went to the Front desk to talk to a Manager but he was busy and we had to leave My experience was horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone They still have to learn a lot of how to treat and have a good customer services Thank you

Jaital provided transportation for us to Dolphin Cove and to Mystic Mountain. Couldn't have asked for a more professional experience either time. Timely on the pickups and dropoffs. Very clean vehicles and courteous and professional drivers. Highly recommended!

Driver tried to rob me telling me i had to pay 200 usd cleaning charge because my shorts were wet pretty sure they get away with it all the time i contacted the office they told me that i lied.

Robert and Captain Colin did a great job! We hooked up on a blue marlin about an hour into our trip. Robert guided us through the entire process and an hour later we were taking pictures with our marlin! These gentlemen work hard for their money and are world class fishermen! Highly recommend this trip for moderately experienced anglers and up!
