Khrisann was an amazing guide! She gave us great history of Jamaica and gave recommendations on what we should see including the luminous lagoon. It was a great experience!

This tour was awesome! The guides are so friendly and humorous (We had Captain Jack, Spider-Man the life guard and paparazzi Marios). This was one of the highlights of our trips.

We had an amazing time visiting Blue Hole and floating down the White River on this day trip with Coopa Tours. Our driver Desmund was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our day with him. We made a mistake with the date in our initial booking, but the folks at Coopa were quick to get us rescheduled and were even able to pick us up directly from our AirBnB. Blue Hole was crowded, but we still had an amazing time jumping and swinging from the waterfalls. The river tubing was quiet and peaceful. Both locations were absolutely beautiful, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jamaica. Next time we visit, Coopa Tours will be the first place we call!

Communication with this company is super great. My family used as a taxi service to get to dolphin cove. We booked before arriving. Emails were answered promptly. The driver was amazing. Funny. Great with kids. Kind. He waited with us at dolphin cove until we got in. Great company would recommend and for sure use again.

We started from the bottom of the fall where it enters the ocean to somwhere top of the fall. We formed a human chain and its actually a hike against the fall. I just loved that everyone helped each other out leaving no one behind since the hike is on the rocks against the fall. The guide was friendly and helpful. This is a very unique and wonderful experience. The rocks are not slippery at all and the guides help you along. You will be amazed by the amount of water that gushes through. Deviyaan was our driver to the activity. He was very friendly. He picked us up from our hotel on time and dropped us back. Carry your towels you will be wet when you travel back!. I suggest contacting the tour guide immediately if you get a wrong link to the video if you purchase one so that they can email the correct link within a day!

Our Driver Deviyaan picked our family up from our hotel and was very friendly and informative. We did talk about lot of things to do in Jamaica, culture and its people. The Blue hole was incredible. The experience of jumping from a height into the water fall was very memorable. We did get great shots of our family and our kids loved the adventure. Both the swing and the jump was too good. Guide and the photographer were very helpful and guided us and helped us in our activity. We got great shots of ourselves. I highly recommend taking pictures from the official guide. He got shots of our kids during the fall and it looks like our kids are levitating with the backdrop of water fall . Highly recommend the tour and activity.

When I 1st contacted Coopa Tours I had a soft itinerary for our family 8-day trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica for Spring Break. I talked with Mr. Cooper and asked if he would mind reviewing the itinerary and shuffling things around as well as make any recommendations on tours that he felt would be ideal. He fully honored my request and adjusted our itinerary for the best drive, tours and scheduling times as well as reserved our tours. Everyday was set with full tours of the most proclaimed parks, attractions and activities in and around Ocho Rios. Our driver, Desmond is now a part of our family. We just love him. He was so attentive to our needs and left such a fatherly impression with my 9 yr. old daughter. Mr. Desmond is more than a driver. He is a solid tour guide and ensured with every stop that we were fully settled into our respective tours. He patiently waited for our tour completion and with every transport provided detailed history lessons about the beautiful culture within Jamaica. My daughter completed a school powerpoint presentation of our trip and used so much info provided by Mr. Desmond. My husband is still raving about Mr. Desmond and claims him as our brother. Mr. Desmond is very focused on the safety and comfort of the folks he is hosting. Any stop we made he was right by our side to ensure we felt comfortable (i.e. ATM stops, pharmacy, grocery, tours, meals) no mater the request. Mr. Cooper checked in every evening to confirm the next days schedule and pickup times. The entire process was so seamless and professional and that makes such a difference for any traveler especially when you have little ones. If you want to ensure you get the entire effect of Jamaica do not hesitate to book with Coopa Tours. We do a lot of traveling and the way this entire trip went and is certainly one for the books. Coopa Tours was amazing, Ainsley was communicative throughout the whole process. The drivers were very on time and very cordial, friendly and really made the 1 hour and a half drive from MBJ to Ocho Rios fun and entertaining, giving us little historical tidbits about each town we went through. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Just got back from our cruise and on the Ocho Rios port stop we used Coopa Tours to take us to all our favorite spots over in Runaway Bay and to the BEST lunch spot. Mello was our tour guide and he quickly became like family. We shared stories and he made sure to take care of us at each stop and during shopping near the port. Price was great, tour even better. Booking the tour was easy and communication prior to and day of was great. Will most definitely be using them again our next trip!

We have used Coopa Tours for transportation and excursions during multiple visits to Jamaica. Ainsley and Desmond are fantastic, and all drivers we've encountered are friendly, professional, funny, and above all, safe. They always arrive early and have gone over above when circumstances are beyond control, such as late flight arrivals. A group of 30 people attended our destination wedding, arriving and departing on various days, and the Coopa Tours group made it all seamless and easy, not to mention fun. Highly recommended!

We used Coopa Tours for our transportation for our girls trip. We were nervous because of the recent violence in Jamaica on the news. Our driver Desmond was beyond amazing. He was early for all of our excursions. He took us shopping and even held our bags. He acted as a body guard for us at the clubs and the atms. We grew such a love for him that we all cried leaving him. We will definitely come back just to check on our driver Desmond and to work with Ainsley again. The customer service was beyond what I expected. I love this company.

My friend and I the best time, our guide Captain Pappi was the best music flowing entertain from beginning to end we curse across the river for around hour. There was food, authentic Jamaican craft on the banks of the river. Then we had a lime stone massage this was optional and an additional cost for this. Would I go again... Hell yeah!

We had Desmond provide us transportation from Beaches Ocho Rios to and from Dolphin Cove. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with information about the island along the way. He was on time and was extremely polite. We will definitely use Coopa Tours again when we return in a year.
