We heard about Marvyn's Paradise Tours from a You Tube video posted by a cruise ship passenger. We reached out to Marvyn's Paradise Tours and they setup a private van with the driver/tour guide to pick us up at the cruise port as we were arriving on Disney's Fantasy. This port is far from what we consider the highlights of Jamaica. We requested a private van to take our family of 4 adults and 2 children to Dunn's River Falls and The Blue Hole. We specifically asked for Joel as we saw him on the You Tube video. Joel was an awesome guide telling us about the parishes and history of Jamaica as he drove. He played and sang along to music that we enjoyed. At both sites, he directed us where to pick up our tickets and made sure we knew where to start our adventures and where to meet him. As we were being driven back to the cruise port, Marvyn called us personally to thank us for choosing his tour company and to ask us if we enjoyed our day. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company whether you book a specific tour or ask him to customize plans to go where/do what you want to do.

Second time touring with Marvyn’s Paradise Tours. Exceptional service and experience throughout - booking, communication, pick up, comfort of Minivan, driver, actual tours, safety/security, drop off at port on time…everything was perfect. Our guide/driver was superb, he picked us up in Falmouth and took us to Ocho Rios - LOVED Dunns River Falls, Bamboo Rafting was great too, very calming and chilled. IMPORTANT: We toured with this company in June 2019 and Aug 2024 - both times Marvyn himself called to check in with us just after pick up and to welcome us to Jamaica - superb personal / VIP service, excellent tours and an amazing experience…we would definitely recommend and will be booking again when we return. I would just like to take to time to say a massive thank you to Marvyn for his amazing organisation in ensuring there was no wait time for me and my family after travelling for 10hrs coming from United Kingdom, our driving was awaiting our arrival at Montego Bay airport, he was friendly and very accommodating to our families needs ensuring we arrived at our villa promptly and safely, at the end of our family vacation we also used Marvyn’s transports to take us back to the airport and that was also stress free, our driver arrived the allocated time he said he would be and we arrived back at the airport safe and sound, thank you again for the pleasurable service.

My family and I recently went on a tour in Jamaica, and it was incredible! Our guide was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and charismatic. The tour covered Dunn Rivers Falls and a lunch stop. Booked a airport transfer communication was The pick-up went very smoothly. We were a little earlier for the pick-up, got our bags and through security fairly quickly. We contacted the driver and he was there waiting and came to pick us up quickly, He was very helpful with our bags and the trip from the airport to our accommodation was quicker than he predicted. The driver was very friendly offering tips on places to visit for a meal or days out with the kids. We also booked our return trip to the airport and again the diver was on time friendly got us to the airport safe and sound. Absolutely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Marvin’s paradise tours.

We booked a round trip airport pick up and drop off for our family vacation. Both pick ups were on time, smooth and professional. I would highly recommend them! 10/10!!

We had shuttle service from our individual homes to the airport and back. They assisted us with all our heavy luggages. Marvyn's paradise tour was the best! The driving was top notch! There was absolutely no delay. I strongly recommend them!

Sean was amazing! He took us everywhere we needed to go and didn't leave our side until we were hand delivered to our tour guides at Dunn's River Falls as well as the Blue Hole. He made sure we were safe and unable to be taken advantage of as foreigners. Our guides at Dunn's River Falls as well as the Blue Hole were fantastic as well. They took pictures and videos for us using our phones which was so nice. The Falls were beautiful and a bit of a challenge to climb simply because sometimes it was a little slippery. But it was an accomplishment to be proud of! The Blue Hole didn't take very much time, but was a lot of fun! Highly recommend Marvyn's Paradise Tours!! Excellent customer service!

Highlight was Monet and Draymon with singing Bob Marley on the river-tubing. Both awesome and of top quality! Must See!

Water and lunch were not provided. The experience consistent of riding around St. Ann and St. Mary. This was the worst tour experience because it did not match the description.

This trip was a Birthday Bash. We went to Jamaica with 22 of us. What a trip this was. Marvyn and Sunshine two of the most coolest people I've ever meet. So friendly so on point about everything and anything you asked them questions are encouraged. 😂🤣 The Bob Marley tour you have to experience if you are in Jamaica. Long ride with alot of conversation and sight seeing I'm telling you they are like a walking and talking encyclopedia. They own they're stuff. The tour was wondering something to see if you know anything about Bob. The drive there and back what a experience from bathroom breaks conversation and sight seeing what a ride. The return home thanks for stopping us off to shop drink stretch the legs appreciate you two. The Customer service you all gave out was outstanding 20 🌟 stars 🌟. Really appreciate you taking us intown the next day for lunch and shopping. So much I can go on about, just wanna say thanks and we really appreciate the experience from to awesome natives Thanks Mon....
