We visited Ocho Rios last week on a cruise & did the Blue Hole tour. Our driver was Darren and he was fabulous! Picked us up on time, the van had AC, he was so nice & took care of us for the entire day (even dropping us off at a restaurant for lunch & the beach at the end of the trip). He made sure that we knew where to go & left his number with the locals in case we needed him to pick us up early. He made the day amazing! Now, the Blue Hole was FABULOUS! I climbed Dunn’s River Falls many years ago & felt that it was a little dangerous. We had a 7 year old with us this time so I wanted something a little less strenuous. The people at the Blue Hole were very nice & they had an organized system. They took excellent care of my kiddo, even picking him up at times when he was having trouble crossing in areas. They start you off with small jumps & slowly work your way up to the 15 foot ledge. By the time that we made it to the big falls, my kiddo had worked up his courage & took the big plunge!! The photos were so awesome that we had to get them. They were sent to me the same day! Highly recommend this excursion!!!

Excellent Tour! Tubing was a little bit short but good. Our guide and driver were really nice and knowledgeable. My family enjoyed this tour!

Def an interesting place - jumps - swings into blue waters Tour was about 3.5 hours Jacques driver and our guide were great Travis our guide was genuinely kind and super helpful Water shoes a must Gentle hike for about 25 min Travis loved letting us taste - smell the natural herbs like lemon grass, cloves, and castor oil plants All in all was a good tour Would def recommend

Honestly cant get over the rudeness and pushy attitude for tips. To tell us we booked and the company takes all the money and doesn’t pay them. That’s clearly a lie but that was everyone’s begging m.o

We only wanted to do one excursion during our stay, and I think we chose the perfect one. We had no personal recommendations, so basically just went to TripAdvisor and searched for a company that would pick us up from our resort (Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay). We took a leap of faith with this Jacques Tours combo tour and we were all glad we did. Possibly our best day during our trip to Jamaica! After booking via Tripadvisor/Viator, Jacques Tours immediately reached out via text and email to confirm driver details, pickup location, and time of pickup. Our driver Nigel was right on time to pick us up, and a really great guy and guide for the entire day. Super friendly and talkative, we all had a great time in the car and he helped us learn more about Jamaican culture and more while driving us around. To clarify, this tour just TAKES you to Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hole (Island Gulley Falls) and then passes you off to a tour guide for those places. Your driver will wait while you spend time at those spots, and then take you to a lunch at a nearby place on the way back down from Blue Hole. The lunch was alright, but honestly not as good as what was on the resort, even for local specials, so you're probably fine skipping it if time doesn't allow. Be prepared - both of these spots are pretty physical so you'll need to be in decent shape and well-prepared with a waterproof phone case and good water shoes, but otherwise very accessible. HIGHLY recommend this exact tour with this company - we felt like we had the perfect extra Jamaican experience off our resort. Experience with Jacques Tours was great, and our driver Nigel was incredibly personable and friendly and made our day much better.

Our trip to The Blue Hole was amazing ! We had a wonderful driver, Daron, to pick us up at the port and drive us there. Once there, we had a guide bring us through three pools at The Blue Hole. He literally held our hands across the streams we had to cross, took photos and videos on our phones of our jumps and made sure we kept our place in line in the busiest spots. On the way back to the port, Daron brought us to a great restaurant for jerk chicken, then to a souvenir shop. I highly recommend this tour!!

Really great excursion. Driver was pleasant, Konoko and Blue Hole were beautiful. Guides at the waterfall were wonderful. Took videos of us jumping into falls and Blue Hole. Wish driver had water bottles for us. But highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful time. Jacques Tours was on time, experienced and made it so easy for us. Stopped for some Jamaican Juici Beef Patties and Red Stripe Beer on our way back from Konoko Falls and Blue Hole.

We had two trips during our time in Ocho Rios and both were amazing! The first day we went to Blue Hole and Dunn's River with our driver Wayne. Both were really fun and must-do's when in Ocho Rios. The next day we went to 9miles and luminous lagoon again with Wayne. Wayne was an absolutely amazing driver for us both days and we couldn't ask for more. He was very prompt in picking us up and was very safe throughout the trips. Along the way he gave us great insight into Jamaican culture and history. He was very hospitable and was able to stop for meals or when something caught our eye. We couldn't have had a better experience with Wayne. We also booked a airport transfer from Ocho Rios to the airport in Montego Bay, our driver Rushaun picked us up right on time and got us to the airport safe and sound. During the drive he gave us even more facts about Jamaica and made sure the end of our stay in Jamaica was fun and enjoyable! My family highly recommends booking wiht Jacques Tours for an amazing experience!

We had a second booking with this company due to the wonderful experience we had and the ease in scheduling the activities. Wayne was our driver and really provided us a fantastic experience from start to finish. We decided to go to green grotto but also wanted to delve jnto some of the local spots for history, culture and simply amazing views. We got that plus alot more with Wayne being well versed in all areas. Great day and we highly recommend their services!

We had an awesome experience! It was really nice that it was just the two of us and we were on our own time. Daron even stopped at a local jerk shop on the way back so that we could try some local cuisine. 10/10 recommend!!

We did blue hole,river tubing and kinoko falls combo tour,blue hole is good,not for the faint hearted,I bottles it on the last jump haha,river tubing was so relaxing and kinoko falls was so good and refreshing. Our driver daron brown was absolutely class,telling us about the history of the island as we drove round from one trip to the next,good music played in the car,air conditioning on full wich is absolutely needed and the a quick lunch at scotchies afterwoods on the way home,daron asked if we wanted to stop at a souvenirs but we were absolutely exhausted,but all in all I couldn't recommend Jacques tours enough

From the start the pick up was early and waiting. The driver was first class ( Jaques ) informative and kept the journey interesting for me and my son. The waterfall and parks were breathtaking and once again the guides around the park were full of local knowledge and had all the answers to my questions about the local plants and wildlife. The Waterfalls guide who took us up was really attentive and catered to our skill level and pace during the climb up the waterfalls. The Blue Hole is a must adventure in Jamaica. I was apprehensive about the jump but our guide ( Xavier ) was full of encouragement and I had no hesitation in poleaxing the safety of me and my son in his experienced hands!! Big Up and Well Done
