Unfortunately the Ritz is no longer there. That was close to 20 years ago. We have been back to Jamaica several times and finally had a chance to reconnect with Navar and use his service to bring us to and from Negril. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received and the professionalism of his drivers. Navar himself was kind enough to pick us up in Negril to bring us to the airport and it was great seeing him again. When we (myself, husband and 2 kids-14&7) booked our cruise with a stop in Jamaica, we had no idea what we were going to do, but one thing we enjoy traveling is riding through the town/country and seeing historical spots, supporting local businesses, eating local food etc. We stumbled upon Navar and his company while watching a YouTube video one of his previous tours had captured and he provided exactly what I mentioned above, so we booked and requested Navar! It was a smooth process finding him once our boat docked, he provided detailed instructions and greeted us with a big smile and a bubbly personality. We started the tour by heading to the bamboo rafting but it was SO busy! Navar suggested we head to Montego Bay Area so we could go through the town, try some food and most importantly, stop at the local market where you could buy fresh fruits and vegetables! Navar took us into the market, exchanged our USD for Jamaican currency and helped us with our transactions! We had fresh pineapple, drank the juice out of a jelly coconut and tried the jelly, tried sugar cane and a banana nut smoothie sold by Jamaican locals and natives. Everyone had a smile on and was so welcoming! Navar took us to a restaurant called Peppa’s where we tried oxtail, jerk chicken and curried lobster! Everyone enjoyed! During our tour of the town, Navar educated us on the town and its history and was a great host! We then headed back to the river for bamboo floating and guess what? We were the only 2 rafts floating down the peaceful blue river! It was awesome, our boat captains also provided history /facts along the way! Navar was waiting for us at the end of the river and got us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare! 10/10 recommend supporting this family business. We truly feel like we have a friend for life and can’t wait to go tour more of Jamaica with Navar in the future! We had the best time! From Kevin, Victoria, Kevin jr and Lexi

This was an incredible experience. We went with my husband. It was a 1-hour ride in the bamboo raft. I loved that you can stop at different "stations" buying drinks (coconut water), snacks. If you go please ask for Captain Williams #120, he sang Bob Marley songs to us, we had great conversations and made the experience joyful.

My husband and I went to Jamaica for memorial weekend 2024 for our “baby moon”. I didn’t plan to do many excursions because I’m almost 7 months pregnant. But the ultimate excursion staff advised me Martha Brae rafting was pregnancy safe so we went . It was great . Our pick up was smooth and our driver was very knowledgeable , friendly , and even took us to get local fruit since I complained of the resort fruit . The rest was so relaxing and we really enjoyed being off the resort. 10/10 would recommend.

I used Ultimate Excursions for Airport pickup, Lethe rafting, shopping, and a local Jamaican restaurant. Our driver was awesome, on time, and she took great care of us.
We had to cancel a couple excursions due to weather, and they understood, I will definitely be back and will use Ultimate Excursions again.

We booked 2 days of excisions and Damion was our driver/tour guide. He was excellent, patient, kind, and a ton of fun. He took really good care of us. I really recommend booking with Navar/Ultimate Excursions Tours & Taxi Service Jamaica!

I traveled to Jamaica recently for a solo trip, booking with Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxis service was the best decision I made!! I missed my flight on Thursday, but Navar still made sure I was picked up from the airport on Friday, so accommodating!!!!. As I arrived Morris was waiting for me as soon as I got out of the airport, super friendly and happy. Each time I was with Navar and staff I felt as if I was visiting family. I had a wonderful experience, if you are planning to visit Jamaica, you must book with Ultimate Excursions Tours a & Taxi service you won’t regret it.

We hired this company twice while on our trip in Montego Bay. First their taxi service took us around the city shopping and to have lunch/drinks at Margaritaville. Howard was our amazing driver. Their rates were far better than taking a regular taxi around town. The second time we took the Martha Brae raft tour. Howard again picked us up, made sure we got on the raft safely and met us at the end to pick us up. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again in the future and refer all my friends and family!! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Navar was amazing! He picked us up for our excursion right on time & got us safely to the excursion. We booked the bamboo rafting excursion & it was amazing! The great thing about booking this with Navar, is that the operator of the bamboo rafting is native to the area and can teach you so much about Jamaica in a short timeframe. On our excursion, we got to enjoy a great bamboo raft ride, purchased jerk chicken & fresh fruits from locals as well as rum punch. We enjoyed an amazing limestone foot massage from our bamboo raft driver Keemar. He taught us so much. We enjoyed our time. Afterwards, Navar was waiting to pick us up & took us shopping, treated us to Jamaican patties & took us to eat a real Jamaican meal with oxtails. I never once felt rushed or unsafe. Next tkme, I know to skip out on Amstar and book Navar for all transport needs. Once again, an amazing time that we are so grateful for! Thank you Navar & Kemar!

I came to ocho rios on a cruise, I didn’t want to book an excursion through the cruise line and be packed on a bus with a bunch of other people and be at the mercy of everyone else on timing. A private excursion is the way to go!! It was just my husband and I, and we Went to blue hole and bamboo blu beach. Navar was a wonderful tour guide and Mitzie was wonderful to help me plan before we got there. She answered all my questions and was very patient. I had forgotten a charger for my iPhone and I messaged them before I got there to ask if there would be somewhere that I could buy one that way I would be able to keep in touch to home for the rest of my trip, so Navar also took me to purchase a charger while we were between excursions. Navar recommended trying juci Pattis before we went to the beach and they were delicious! Do not hesitate to book through this company! They will go out of their way to make sure you have the best time possible!

Navar was excellent! He showed up on time, picked me up at the airport, dropped me off at the hotel after the experience, and was overall very friendly, informative, and welcoming. He remained in touch throughout my trip to ensure I had everything I needed. I’d recommend his services to anyone!
