This was it culture full experience for me and my friends. The guides were so much fun. They didn’t just show us around. They got involved in the activities. This is a must do tour if you’re in Jamaica.

The driver was 30 minutes late. Did not call to notify customer. Also, there was no sign on the van, nor did he have a sign with customer’s name. When customer tried to verify his was their driver, he had a bad attitude. Glee Tours does not answer their phone or respond back to voicemail messages.

This is a good hotel nice grounds nice rooms clean, excellent food, the room we had was on the third floor with side view of the sea, be aware no lifts at this place and 40 steps up to third floor and 40 steps down, up and down 5 or six times means can be up to 480 steps a day, but it was good exercise, apart from that no problem with the hotel, I did notice it’s a very tip orientated hotel, and you felt obliged after every drink brought or food ect that a tip is in order most of the time, we stayed here for a week then went to a week in the Riu palace Montego Bay and nobody seemed bother about tips and was completely different, although I really liked the hotel and the food I was disappointed with the beach, I also went on a glass bottom boat which took us all down the negril beach ut wasn’t impressed with the look of that either, I have been to lots of carrabean countries with much nicer beaches, but on the whole enjoyed our holiday there and good hotel

Amazing tour and guide. I do recommend wearing a swimsuit because you will get tempted to take a dip. Overall amazing experience 10/10.

The guys on the rafts were excellent however the other staff are rude and do not care Ran out of food and beer in the bar area and didn’t attempt to rectify it Transfer their good but coming back appalling over crowded on bus Wouldn’t go again

This place was amazing from beginning to end , from the welcoming guides at the door to the complimentary drinks right when you get there . You cant get this experience nowhere at all . From the lush vegetation to the amazing scenery to the welcoming villagers everything . Support the locals as they have opened their home for us to visit , the jerk chicken and the rum punch was the best i had while staying in jamaica 5 stars my family and I loved it.

Am still in resort 2 days left I’ve stayed in riu all over world this in my top 3 hotel is spotless clean location great staff r friendly always greet u with a smile drinks r top brands entertainment fab not over the top during day blossom is great always makes everyone feel so welcome works so hard as do all of the team food has bin highlight of trip great selection something for everyone got to mention kimmarie the waitress round pool and beach works hard to make sure ur never without drinks always with a smile if ur looking for a relaxing holl with great service come here we already booked for next year 👍😎

Nice to be greeted at the airport by someone holding a sign with your name on it. Having a private transfer was great.

This comes highly recommended. It was amazing too bad the entire group didn’t do it. It was fun and authentic.

Was skeptical about booking because of the review but then I realized they didn't operate the activity. The transfer was smooth, vehicle was clean and driver was friendly. Very amazing!

Fun driver, well maintained vehicle and air condition was perfect. We even got to stop and get a bite to eat before arriving at the hotel

When we were picked up to go to the hotel there were People at the back of the coach smoking weed!!? When we went to go to Duns Falls the driver was moonlighting picking up others for a shopping trip? Nice start
