We payed approx $120 for round-trip private transport for 3 adults to the "sanctuary" from the cruise terminal. In addition, there is a $30 cash only entrance fee for each adult. Now I realize these prices are absolute robbery! Driver was 20 mins late and required multiple phone calls to determine when/where to meet. (Also, he was sneezing/coughing the entire time.) After about a 20 min drive we arrived at the "sanctuary", which appears to be just someone's yard with lots of seating crammed in plus a large side deck/viewing platform. There were about 30 people sitting around, most holding hummingbird feeders. Over the course of about 30 minutes, 5-6 beautiful little hummingbirds zipped in and out, often landing on people's fingers. Not everyone had a chance to feed the hummingbirds, although I guess you could have kept sitting there for pretty much as long as you wanted, and you would eventually get a "hit". Thinking there was more to the "sanctuary", we asked to see the rest of the property and some guy walked us around for about 5 minutes pointing out different types of trees and a few other birds eating fruit/bird seed. After this, we summoned our driver and returned to the cruise terminal. Bottom line....if you feel it's worth $70 per person (more if you add tips) to have the chance of a hummingbird sit on your finger, you will love this tour. Everyone else will feel tremendously disappointed and ripped off. These prices are outrageous for the area and this experience was 1 star due only to the hummingbirds, which were admittedly beautiful. I learned my lesson the hard way so you don't have to!

Excellent resort for families with small children. Amenities are good - pool is a little cold. Food was good. Kacy-Ann and Joyce are amazing in the buffet restaurant. CONS are the sales people in the lobby that swarm you when you check in trying to sell vacation ownership. We were travelling with another couple that had never been on vacation before so when I saw they’d been cornered by these people I went and rescued them. After that the sales lady that was trying to entice them to buy followed me around, kept asking if she could speak to me and had her colleagues all pointing and talking about me which made me and my 7 year old granddaughter very uncomfortable. When we went to our chairs by the pool the woman approached me and was yelling at me about taking my friends away from her when she was just trying to do her job. She was very threatening and at the end of her rant she accused me of being racist. Nothing was said in our conversation to make her say that. After that we had to look over our shoulder the rest of the trip as we felt uncomfortable walking near the lobby where these sales people were. We reported the incident to the customer service staff and security was advised as well. We were told that security would check on us regularly for the rest of our holiday but we didn’t have anybody reach out to us the rest of the week. My granddaughter was scared to walk around the resort the entire trip because of this sales lady. Beware - stay clear of these people (white shirts and tan hats) they are very aggressive and threatening if you tell them you’re not interested in buying what they’re selling.

My driver David was very personable, I will definitely use their service again because of him and how he carried himself while transporting my family. The service and journey to and from my hotel was a good one.

Drivers were very friendly and made my family feel safe. Communication was great to schedule travel. Would recommend again.

Loved this experience. Being able to relax in the trees and feed birds was truly an experience I will never forget. Our guide was very laid back and full of knowledge. I learned so much about various plants, trees, bees, and birds.

This was the best experience myself and my family had on our jamaican holiday. It is an absolute secret , off the grid , wonderful experience. You should not shy away from this if your on holiday around montego bay. It Is worth the money. Feeding the humming birds is an absolutely amazing thing to do. Memories we will never forget. So peaceful and relaxing , we went away feeling so chilled and relaxed. Thank you so much to the owner for letting us be part if this.

Really a treat to have hummingbirds land on your finger and sip sugar-water from a vial that you are holding. One of the highlights of our trip. Nice, cool location above Montego Bay. (This activity is probably best for pre-teens, teens and adults.) Driver was on-time, friendly and explained some of the sights and geography along the way. We weren't rushed at all.

Comfortable, Air Conditioned ride. Driver very engaging, and knowledgeable of Jamaica. Would definitely use again.

Upon arrival I was called and told to meet the driver outside once we were out front we waited about 10 mins for the driver. Our picture was taken for proof of the booking we were never asked to show the receipt to scan. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the entire ride I did not feel safe AT ALL! The driver was speeding and texting and was super hard on the breaks. Blasting music and barely paying attention to the road. I will definitely be booking a bus for my next trip and would not book private from this company again.

Jamaicas best place to visit wild hummingbirds. It’s a beautiful tranquil place high up in the hills of the forest. Feed the birds by hand they will come drink the sugar water directly from a little bottle, get up close and immerse your self in this beautiful experience. The views are spectacular it’s a haven for loads of other birds and mammals. $25 dollar entry worth every penny

Fantastic place. So many birds to see. Could have stayed all day. Hummingbirds were amazing. Must go again sometime and stay longer. And nice coffee and biscuits too.

The food and atmosphere were very good and our customer really enjoyed it, as well. I ate my weight in fish, I think, but it was worth it. Weird that the restaurants at the resort kept running out of Petron. Worth the visit.

The Jamaican food that I ate at several restaurants was very well prepared. i had the Grouper on Pasta today in the Private Lounge and it too was cooked perfect. The most enjoyable meals have been at the Sugar Cane for authentic Jamaican food like Curried Goat and those amazing Ox Tails. Overall a great place and the staff have always gone out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied.

Our driver picked up up at 12:00 from the Hilton hotel in Montigo Bay. We did not arrive to the blue hole until 3:00 when I was told it was only 1 1/2 hr away. The blue hole was nothing special. The pool there was green and I did not get in it. We left then Our driver got into a wreck. We were in the middle of nowhere. Our driver gets out starts yelling at the other driver I have several videos but this site will only let you upload pictures. We were terrified. Our driver then goes over to his friends house. It was a hut with several men out front that look like drug dealers. He then told these men to go get the person he got into an accident with and make her give them money. I have never been so scared this went on for over an hour. Our driver finally gets us to Rick’s at 4:33. I did enjoy Rick’s after many drinks to calm my nerves. I demand a refund for such a unprofessional driver and putting our life in danger
