Richard is very friendly and amazing driver from Montego Bay airport he made our trip special and comfortable highly recommended.

Amazing food... very well prepared. Never saw a Bellman during my entire stay, I had to take my bag to my room and return to the lobby myself. Not many staff members to provide guidance nor direction either. The room was very far as well... maybe like 2 miles from the lobby. Room was nice though, not a great view but it had a great shower. Commendations to Zhannia from the dining room... excellent service!'

Pick was on time for arrival & departure. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was very friendly.

Security or lack of when in need! Waring if you are staying at the hotel ! Please do not think that this is scaremongering I just want people to know ( especially if you are staying here alone ) about the security measures or lack of if there is an incident. This evening a person who had had too much to drink and had I accept attempted to enter my room “ by mistake “ this is not the issue the issue I have is that no amount of calling reception, customer services or any number displayed in Rui’s glossy brochure got any attention. Having someone drunk trying the door handle and trying to get into your room for 10 minutes is quite disconcerting. When I reported the matter to the supervisor and duty manager the response was poor, they seemed more concerned with asking me if I knew how to use the telephone in the room when they established that I could operate a telephone to ask for help they were more concerned with saying the receptionists and customer service must have been busy! Again I accept this fact. Luckily the door was locked and coupled with me shouting at the man to go away and shout through the door he had the wrong room I dealt with the matter myself. The duty supervisor did arrange for 2 security guards to come to my room and check the telephone was working and had a dial tone I believe this was done to appease me. Apparently no such think has happened before at the hotel! Just wanted to put it out there to be aware

I don’t know where to start, my experience with the resort was one of the best experiences ever!!! It was my first time outside of the country and I’m So glad we chose this resort!!! The food, the service, the drinks everything!! 10/10 recommended!!!

Outdated property Tv not working, but never told us at check in, all they can say is I’m sorry , it’s disgusting, they don’t know when their TVs will be back on but yet they are charging full price. I want the corporate office, im not letting it slide. The room is suppose to have a working TV just like they don’t have anything to do with the cable company and the tv not working . I don’t have anything to do with why their cable company hasn’t fixed the problem yet. At 300 per day, I feel like the cable should work.

The Japanese restaurant is a must. Ask for Geetha. She was amazing and made my daughter's 50th birthday dinner a blast. Even had my husband get up and help "cook"

I was transferred in a SUV with comfort and a very informative safe driver whose conversation made time seem short to airport

I had emailed the company about 2 months prior for pickup at the airport. I also requested transportation from our resort to another resort. The prices were fair and the drivers were on time. They made it easy to communicate on WhatsApp and were flexible with timing. I found this to be a reliable company and would recommend them in the future. They know the area and were able to make a quick stop along the way since we had private transfers.

We had the pleasure of having Courtney from Viator inclusive Island tours with us for our airport transportation. Out first time in Jamaica and He made us feel very comfortable! We asked him to be our private transportation for our excursions for the remainder of the week. When we come back we will definitely be having Courtney again!

Our airport transfer were fantastic. They were quick to pick up at the airport and right on time for our pickup at the hotel. The drivers were knowledgeable, interesting and kind. It takes some skill to drive in Jamaica and our driver always made us feel safe. When we return we will 100% book this again. Thank you

Our driver was there within minutes of us walking outside the Airport in Montego Bay. Even though we were delayed by 2 hours due to the slow customs line. On the way back they picked us up on time from the resort. Vehicles were very clean and one was a newer model. Cool air conditioning. Drivers were friendly and gave us a tour of the island as we drove. Very nice to be alone and get a private tour vs the free resort shuttle.

Beautiful place not the best service overall. The bar team was good especially the pool bar. Had to be waiting on food cant get room service here cant take food to your room ect. Everything was not listed in the bookings so my expectations werent met thankfully Get on board tours made the experience a lot more enjoyable as i was celebrating my honeymoon. Aqua fitness was great, Lindo was brilliant, very clear instructions and a very friendly coach. Highly recommend taking part if you’re around the around the pool
