A1 rated! Maxee’s personable and easy going demeanour made our family of four (with two young kids) feel safe and comfortable the whole way. Competitive pricing and always clean vehicles added to the experience. Highly recommend!

All services were top notch. From private transfers to excursions. Travelled with my 2 young daughters. Maxee and his team always professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We used transportation services from MBJ to Grand Palladium and Top Caribbean Tours superseded our expectations! The drivers were courteous, professional, and knew the best routes to use. They got us to where we needed to be in a safe and timely manner despite all of the holiday traffic. I would recommend and use their transportation and tour services again!

I am adding to my previous review. I will clarify again a few things for pending guests. If you stay at Beaches, you cannot use the Suites facilities at all. No pool, lazy river, restaurants or their jacuzzi/steam/wet spa. It’s extremely misleading. You have to upgrade 60USD per day to upgrade to use the suites facilities however you do also move rooms to that hotel as well. So you may as well compare the cost to booking Suites in the first place. The staff have been fantastic, so has the food. The Japanese is the best, however it is the same food every visit. Music can get loud around the pool. Not much for teenagers, shies if any are 9.30pm start a bit late for some. We bet some lovely people, mainly from the US. Not many English kids fit ours to meet up with. We would not visit this hotel again due to the above. We would stay in Ochio Rios plus look for a Waterpark or more for teenagers.

I did the Chukka Boat. This was the BEST experience ive ever had on a boat. The staff was amazing! I highly recommend Ricky, Stack Boss and Alex for fun! They kept us entertained and treated us amazing! I will definitely be back when i return to Jamaica.

We took a girl's trip to Montego Bay Jamacia from Feb 18-22, 2022. This was a trip of a lifetime. We stayed at the Hilton Hotel Rose Hall Resort & Spa and it was fabulous. We also had tours booked through Top Caribbean Tours with Prince Maxee and that took everything over the top. Price Maxee is very professional and accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable about Jamaican history as well as everyplace that we went too. I felt very comfortable touring outside of the Resort with Prince Maxxee. He made us feel just Jamacia is our home. Thank you once again Prince Maxxee for who you are and all that you do!!

We stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall (MBJ) which was fabulous! We experience many different attractions, and we had the wonderful pleasure of working with Maxwell Erharuyi aka Prince Maxx, as our tour guide and driver who was very informative and knowledgeable everywhere we visited. The Luminous Lagoon was the experience of a lifetime. Yes, the water is everything that was told to us but because I can't swim and especially at light that didn't take away from the excitement nor the enjoyment.

We had the fortunate pleasure of staying at the Hilton Rose Hall in MBJ and visiting The Rose Hall mansion followed by the Luminous Lagoon. Our tour guide and driver was Maxwell Erharuyi (AKA Prince Maxee)! He was not only kind and caring, but he was so full of knowledge along the way. He also stayed with us as we braved the dark waters under the night sky of the beautiful luminous lagoon. Our entire trip was filled with food, fun and laughter. Thanks to our safe and observant driving guide, Prince Maxee and Top Caribbean Tours, we learned a lot and plan to return with others in the near future. I encourage everyone heading to Jamaica to use his services. Tell him the STL Crew referred you! You’ll be glad you did.

I went to JAMAICA for my bday w my 15 yr old son n 19 yr nephew. I booked the BLUE HOLE tour n I’m so grateful that I did. MAXEE IS AWESOME! Super professional, friendly, entertaining n AN AMAZING DRIVER W THE BUS IN TINY STEEP MOUNTAIN ROADS! We got very lucky and were the only ones in the bus. Maxee made sure to share information as we drove through towns to educate us. My son n nephew thought he was awesome as well, he engaged with the boys wonderfully. I felt safe driving through Jamaica with him and if you haven’t been there yet, get ready the locals drive very aggressively. I booked the rest of my tours with him and he was very fair with the pricing. Duns Falls, around Ocho Rios, Rose hall , luminous lagoon and Negril. I 100% percent recommend him. He will definitely make your trip to Jamaica a success and will not rip you off like other tour companies. His driving skills are also top notch, I did close my eyes sometimes but cuz of other drivers and Maxee maneuvered the bus skillfully. With Maxee you will enjoy your tour of Jamaica and will feel safe!

Top Caribbean Tours is a relatively new company ( found out from our tour guides) AND is probably the best way to book any activities, tours/excursions and transportation!!! Basically, an all in one, stop shop and save. I booked the Glistening Waters Tour, for Tues.Dec.11th ; we had a blast!! And we booked the Dolphin Cove Swim Adventure Tour, for Thurs.Dec.13th ; also had a blast!! We absolutely loved Prince Maxee and Andre, our transportation and tour guides!! Andre is such a sweetheart!!! He offered to turn around after I had realized I had left my phone on the stand that I was leaning on, back at our Resort…this is definitely something a larger tour company probably will not do for you ( I did this in Punta Cana…smh). He didn’t seem the least bit irritated or annoyed by my being absentminded. Andre practiced Patois with us during our ride and pointed out locations, while giving some history about Jamaica and the culture! He answered so many of my questions, even the silly ones (Can we stop to try to lure a goat in the van? Answer: This is not wise, the owners are always nearby and watching for one another and may be armed). I loved all his answers and demeanor. And I was amazed that many natives haven’t had apples in years..since they don’t grow there! I had offered Andre an apple since I had packed many from our Resort and he was very appreciative. (From that point on...I tipped every driver with US dollars & apples). Prince Maxee is obviously a man with a unique vision. Anything you want to do that is not advertised; he can plan it for you…just ask. He was very kind and all communication with him for this trip was super smooth. I wished I had booked our Dunns Fall Tour through Top Caribbean Tours as well, since Viator was not reachable to confirm our paid reservations, and gave no advance warning to cancellation, other than just not picking us up! Honestly, as I have begun to notice as I plan trips out of the USA…it is more beneficial to book through smaller companies, such as this one. Someone always contacts YOU prior to the date of activity, supplying specifics on pickup and more. Prince Maxee offers more AUTHENTIC experiences of Jamaica and all it has to offer. Boats are smaller than the bigger commercialized tour companies which in my opinion is better…more individualized attention ( especially at night in the middle of dark waters)…thank goodness! And the transportation vehicles, with all the working luxuries (air and spacious seating with working seatbelts and knowledgeable people that basically give insight into the areas you will pass through… We learned so much from these 2 Tours, more than we thought we were paying for  I have sat on tours where no one speaks; uncomfortable. With a smaller company, I feel as though you get a safer ride and throughout the entire experience, you get to interact with more empathetic individuals! I couldn’t believe that this startup company confirmed the Water tour and came to pick us up, even though it was just us that had scheduled for that time slot! Viator just didn’t show up And Prince Maxee picked us up himself, in a medium size van (idk, like 12 -14 seats), all to ourselves. He explained that he will still run tours regardless of the amount of people booked since it would be unfair to cancel, since some people plan their trips just to do certain tours. This is the service, we appreciate. It just seemed that all the men we met were genuine and just trying to be fair. We felt completely safe with all of them…like they would even protect us, if necessary. Captain Desmond, from the Glistening Waters Tour, provided accurate scientific facts while on the boat..I know this because I researched before booking ( Math teacher LOVE facts). He was very familiar of the waters, since he was a native to that area. Every person we encountered with affiliation to this company; were beyond what we anticipated. We plan on going back to Jamaica…so we can actually go to Dunns Falls. When I did the planning for our trip; I had planned that tour, before finding this company We will be booking this tour with Top Caribbean Tours. Especially since they also offer tours that you basically can make up yourself, like combining a couple places, all in one day. Very accommodating to your requests. And if you forget to plan or decide you want to take a tour, once already there…you just email, call or use WhatsApp to get in touch and possibly can receive a discounted price when paying with cash. I don’t know about this part…that’s why I put possibly. Anyhow, I am strongly recommending TOP CARIBBEAN TOURS…most bang for your buck. You won’t be disappointed; I am certain of this!

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to max for going above and beyond in order to making the experience for me and my family excellent. Max is a very friendly, bubbly, polite, helpful guy. Myself and my three children felt very safe and relaxed around Max. During my holiday at Jamaica there was no electric for a couple of hours, the management for accommodation was no help, however Max stepped in and kindly ensured that me and my children were safe. He was able to take us safely everywhere we went and never left our side. He was also able to recommend activities that we could do on a daily basis. My children left jamaica with a wide range of experience like the lagoon, beach, Martha Brae and many more. He also recommended places to eat out and was happy to take us. Max was also available to take us back to the airport and to the stores to buy gifts to bring back to family and friends. I will definitely be using Max when I return for another vacation and highly recommend Max any day. I could go on and on about how great Max was. Once again Max thank you so much. My husband and I visited Jamaica for our Honeymoon. We used Top Caribbean Tours for the Montego Bay Hightlight tour. The driver Dwight arrived before time and was very professional.To our surprise it was a private tour. On the ride to Montego Bay from Negril he explained that it was our day and he was there to make sure we had fun and enjoyed our time. On the way he pointed out the different trees and plants, as well as stopping at a fruit stand for us to try different fruits. He asked what we would like to see as well as recommending the historic sites. Dwight took pictures of my Husband and I helping capturing the moments we had. Dwight was very professional and patient the whole time. By the end of the excursion we felt like we had made a friend. We decided to use Top Caribbean Tours again to go to Mayfield Falls. We requested Dwight for this excursion as he made us so comfortable. Again on this trip Dwight showed us different things, stopping along the way for us to smell the different leaves that would be used for teas and spices.He also explained different things about the Jamacian culture. On the way back to Negril he also pointed things out and was again very patient. We never felt rushed on either trip. We highly recommend this company as they are professionals. They offer fair prices compared to the companies in Jamacia that will have you in a van or bus with others. The manager even called to check on us thanking us for using the company. In the future when visiting this will be the only company we use.
