Just returned from a week at the RUI Reggae and had a great time. The staff is great always smiling and asking if your having a good time or if they can help. Rooms are clean and well kept, maid service is daily. Food at the buffet is very good with many options. The themed restaurants, at least the Italian and steak house we tried, were disappointing never tried the others. Grounds were clean and well kept. Pool and beach areas again were clean and well kept as well as the bars where staff did they're best to keep you in drinks. Only bad thing, you had to fly Sunwing.....never again.....

Cj and Romaine (like the lettuce 😂) were great, funny, and exciting in this zip lining experience, next we have water rafting and then horseback riding. So far excellent experience for our family vacation in Jamaica. 🇯🇲 ya man

This was advertised as a private tour at double the price of other companies. I was picked up by a taxi driver and dropped off at the group tour, same as everyone else. When I went back to review the listing they had changed it to avoid having to issue a refund. This company is scamming people out of their money. Buyer be warned.

The rooms are great, my safe was shut when I first got the room, took 24 hours for them to open it…after that great time. Food 24 seven, easy to get into town and back with cabs from the hotel. Much love the staff was the greatest.

Outstanding hotel , third time using it , staff friendly & understand customer service , it’s more expensive than others but well worth the difference for me. Rooms excellent , cleanliness. Very good . Large choice of food to suit all . Branded alcohol available .. Enjoy staying in the Rui

Really enjoyed the horseback riding. We own horses back home, but riding in the ocean was incredibly fun! Michael, Anthony, and the rest of the guides were fun and knowledgeable. Safe for both experienced riders and first timers . Lenny and Smiley ran the zipline and they were also fun and professional. You zip across the falls 3 times. Finished the excursion with a hike from the ocean up the Dunns River Falls. D. Henry was our guide. He did a great job leading us up a safe route. It was hot so the water was refreshing. Scenery was beautiful. Falls are a lot more impressive in person than in the photos. All the guides were fantastic. Took photos for us, very friendly, and fun. My only disappointments were... the lunch at Margaritaville was the worst food of our entire 6 day stay and there was no drink included. A bottle of water was $8 (US). At the horseback riding base camp, a small locker was $10.

We did the zipline/horseback ride & swim combo and it was our first time ever on a zip line and on horseback, our guide for the zip lines were amazing and very knowledgeable we felt safe in the gear and with their guidance. Our horses were named "ramadan" and "benjamin" the horses seemed overworked and a bit tired which should be addressed, other than that we had a great experience and are planning to return sometime in the near future.

What a beautiful place of Bob Marley’s home, we got to experience how he meditated, lived and where he was laid to rest. Demarly our driver was very kind and fun! We also got to go to the blue hole and jump in the fresh water. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

Most amazing authentic tour! We were able to take turns to drive the ATV, Bailey our amazing driver gave us the almost authentic experience of Jamaica. He is so knowledgeable and fun! The tour itself was phenomenal as they give you a nice vegan lunch. Thank you Bailey and Rastafarian staff for an amazing experience

BOMB.COM….. Let me start by saying I had a wonderful time. The food in the buffet was actually incredible , the specialty restaurants not so much, especially Italian could use some work steakhouse was OK. The Jamaican cuisine in the buffet was incredible. The staff very friendly there were a few exceptions. I won’t call them out by name, but I will call out ,the ones that made my trip shantelle , at the front desk was amazing. She treated me like her mom. Her auntie ,Winston at my favorite bar was the most polite and respectful young man I have ever met, we enjoyed sitting with Dr. Phil that was his name on his tag every morning for breakfast and lunch. It was exciting and he made us feel like family but the activity crew thumbs up to them they were the bomb.com. They kept it going made it exciting and fun. I enjoyed them to the fullest and please forgive me. The young lady that cleaned our room so well every day God bless you I met the general manager, Alba, delightful young lady. I told her there were some small changes that needed to have been made like the room service menu needs to be increased and my favorite bar over near the pool snack bar needs an upgrade. and please forgive me. The snack bar needs a upgrade on their menu as well , but most importantly, I think the palace needs an upgrade. It was not pleasing to the eye. It looked really rundown in the quarters in the rooms were kind of outdated, but everything else was fabulous. I really had fun. I recommend it if you’re 60+ stay at the palace and visit Montego Bay and reggae. The parties never stopped there and it was exciting to see but just too much for me. Enjoy..

If you are looking for non-stop High Energy Adult Entertainment, Amazing personal service from Staff & Beautiful clean accommodations/grounds, THIS is your dream come true. A 5 minute drive from the airport is just the icing on the cake. Food & Drinks are deliciously plentiful but the Staff interaction was extraordinary. All of our group would go back in a hot minute. Thank you Sylvia, Dimples, Usain, Crystal, Amanda…and so many more for helping us create awesome memories. By the way, our group is on the senior side age wise & the noise didn’t bother us a bit.

I've been to Jamaica many times. I've done many tours there, but this is the WORST tour ever. The promo video shows fast moving tubing down some rapids. NOT SO. Our guide pulled us through most of the river. A lot of the time we had to lift our butts so as not drag along the bottom. Apparently, it's only high water a few months of the year...In May & June. He was also the guide from Hell. He thinks he's witty, but he's just annoying. He freaked me out coming at me with this spider, when I absolutely let him know I am afraid of them. I didn't find it funny and he thought he'd "get me over the fear" if I touched it. No means no! So, all in all, not a fun ride. He tells me all the guides are just like him. Stupid jokes and teasing. Even if the guide had been amazing, the tube adventure was pathetic.

We had Carlos as a tour guide, who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, kind and entertaining. The experience takes you through some amazing areas. We ate fresh star fruit, waded in a crystal clear river and were treated to some amazing culture and stories. Highly recommend.

Great Quickie tour! History is amazing, Anique collection is awesome, and restoration and property are stunning! Well worth the short time to enjoy this great historical story.
