CJ was the best!!!! We went outside and called on WhatsApp and the operator said CJ was at the airport and coming around. He gave me the van color and the plate number. Jumped in and we were off. We had over an hour drive to the resort. CJ filled us in with some places to try and see. I’ve found my driver and company to go through when staying in Jamaica. A++++ great communication. They even called the day before to confirm.

Wonderful trip from the airport to the Lady Hamilton. Our driver was awesome!! He made great time while keeping our family of 4 safe and sound. Stopped for us on the way to pick up a few items.

Hello, I must say this company was pretty good. The only thing I think I could rate them bad on was the pick-up. When I booked this, I put in my arrival time of the flight. Not knowing that we only had a 1-hour grace period from that arrival time. Normally they would monitor the flight and if it was arriving late, they would adjust to the pick-up. As it was my flight did take off late, so I was a bit nervous the whole flight. Once we landed, we sent a text to them, so they knew not to leave us behind. Luckly, they didn't, and everything was fine from there. They did show up early for our return to the airport but we were ready so that was not a problem. I would use them again but know next time that I must put in the time I will be able to meet them for the pick-up not the time my flight is due to arrive. thanks

I hired this company on 28 December to pick my wife and I up at the Montego Bay airport on 24 January and deliver me to my hotel in Montego Bay round trip for $64.20. The drivers were very prompt on both ends and were personable. However, the company double charged me. I contacted them on 30 December after my credit card company notified me of the suspicious charge. They said they'd resolve it. On 13 January I emailed them to ask what the status was. No response. While in Jamaica I called them and was told the double charge would be expedited. It is now 2 months later and no resolution. It appears they are fraudulently holding on to the double charged $64.20.

Great company! Very prompt and the drivers were very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this private transfer.

My experience with this company was absolutely AWFUL and my perception is that they are dishonest. Do NOT trust this company. I booked them for transportation to a restaurant/venue and I spoke to Camille/Kamille shortly after booking with her and had to cancel the trip. She was kind AT THAT TIME and stated that the cancelled trip would be refunded to me the next day. I waited a few days and eventually emailed them when I noticed that the refund was not being processed as she told me. When no one answered the email, I then called the business and a guy answered and initially stated that Camille/Kamille was on her way in and that she would call me about the refund when she arrived. When she didn’t call, I called back and was then told that she actually WASN'T coming in but she had been given the message. Then the guy called me back and stated that Camille/Kamille asked him to tell me that the refund would take 7-14 days to process (she wasn’t even professional enough to return my calls so that let me know that she was clearly avoiding speaking to me and honoring the refund). Since then, they have totally ignored my emails/calls and I have NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. I sent a message on social media and someone responded asking for more information and when I presented the unanswered emails and reminded them about the refund , they have never responded anymore. I am now in the process of filing formal grievances against the company; this is fraud because they charged me for a service knowing that it was not received (and I have proof that they stated that the cancelled service would be refunded!). The fact that they ignored the inquiries says a lot about their (lack of) integrity. Do NOT support this business unless you want to risk them taking your money and not providing service.

The trip was worth it. I went for my husband's birthday and we had a blast. The food, staff, activities was on point. We had an amazing time.

Our flight got in a little late and we ended up waiting over an hour for our first transfer from the airport to the hotel. It sort of felt like we were shuffled around for a while and when we started talking with another provider our ride appeared. Andy, our driver, was so fabulous and kind. He also brought us back on time and with great local insights to share.

5 star all inclusive with butler service. I had a room with a magnificent ocean view and it was nicely appointed and had plush towels and robes. Toothpaste and toothbrush are provided free of charge if needed. Sun tan lotion is also gratis. The buffet and the themed restaurants were excellent and Jamaican food was readily available. The staff were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. There were plenty of day activities and the nightly entertainment was good. There is even a disco for after hours partying. I am planning on going back in 2025.

We needed a party of 6 transfer to Grand Palladium. The airport is chaotic, but with good communication they were able to pick us up and drop. Departure was also smooth, although it took a little while on Whatsapp to get our driver's arrival time. I would use them again.

Just awful. No email to confirm. No one was there to pick us up! $200 non refundable dollars later. I am shocked and saddened to be robbed before even enjoying Jamaica.

Confusing arrival situation, our name was on a sign, but there was no representative there to meet us, we finally found someone to help us (she was nice) but then waited a very long time for our driver. The van was very nice and clean and the drive to the resort was short, but within a few hours I had a fraudulent charge of almost $5500 on the credit card I used for this booking and had not used for anything else!! Someone involved obviously jacked my information - definitely recommend you book with someone else!

Our driver Tigana L. was very professional and friendly. He arrived at Sandals South Coast on time. Along the way to the airport he made sure we were comfortable and gave us some history of the area. The ride to the airport for those who have traveled it knows that there are many potholes and areas where the road is somewhat washed away. Tigana made the ride as smooth as possible. We were pleased with the service.

The pickup was okay since the driver was nice, although the radio didn’t work in the car. Driver was an hour and fifteen minutes late to pick us up on the way back.. we almost missed our flight.
