My experience was wonderful. I ended up with private ride both ways to ocho Rios directly to my hotel. My drive in was by Garfield great conversations!. My drive back was with Bernard who was also a delight! I will book with them again!

After having the tour cancelled by the operator and told that it could be rescheduled for 2 days later, we waited at the hotel lobby and they never showed up. No email or anything after I had contacted them several times. Hoping that my money will be refunded. Ended up just taking a taxi and paying the entrance fee on our own, was cheaper that the cost through the tour company. Still going to try and get my money back but we’ll see. Stay away from these guys.

Picked up from our hotel lobby by our driver Kevin who was superb. He was very entertaining and informative, telling us all about the parish’s we were passing and also doing a fun quiz. This passed time on long drive to Negril. We arrived at Margaritaville on time and spent just under couple of hours on 7 mile beach which is stunning. There was a lovely beach bar/restaurant which we had lunch at. We then got on the catamaran and this is where the fun started with snorkelling (saw a Ray) and DJ on board with unlimited rum punch etc. We sailed along the coast to Ricks Cafe and we were lucky enough to see a dolphin jump and go under our boat! We taken ashore and braved jumping off the cliffs which was scary but once in a lifetime experience..spent about 1hr and a half there then headed back via catamaran to 7 mile beach to take a taxi back to our hotel..well worth the trip!!

Used them for round trip transport from airport to hotel. My daughter and I were meeting in Jamaica for a girls trip and she missed her connecting flight due to the weather which delayed her arrival a day. Holiday was wonderful about switching her days at no extra cost with just a phone call. I also had an early morning flight out and Lionel was at the hotel on time with a smile!! Will definitely use again!

There isn’t any other way to get through the airport. Good food and great service. Separate line in/out of customs. Less than 20 minutes! I would never go to Montego Bay without using it! Holiday service was our transportation. Andre was the best. Great conversation

Arnell was our tour guide. He got us to and from our resort safely. And he is so patient! I asked so many questions lol and I had a few request like stopping to get a charger and he adhered. Sweet person all the way around. Thank you!

Teetee our hostess and Jack our snorkeling guide were outstanding. We enjoyed them so much we requested them to do signature snorkeling with the same company! It was an amazing experience

The fast track through the line is makes it worth every penny. Just a wonderful experience! Very friendly and welcoming. You can’t pass up the rum punch.

Our driver Jessie was nice, our drive was calm and he gave us good places to eat at around our hotel. I would definitely book with him again.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! The car was not a company car, put a private, unsafe vehicle driven way too fast! The entire process was a sham. Paid for a private VAN transfer, but... after waiting in a mob line at the airport, then lugging luggage by ourselves to the curb to wait over 30 minutes, we were ushered back through the terminal (lugging our luggage on our own) out to the "cab" area to wait further. We were then quickly put in an old, small hatchback car of an employee who later told us he was on the way home. I was very uncomfortable, but before we could object our luggage was thrown in the car and we were literally rushed into this car. The employee advised that they "ran out of cars", so he was lucky enought to leave early and take us on his way home. We had to stop for gas, as he said he was not expected to drive. His car was NOT fit to transfer. It was hot, barely fit our luggage, and we were cramped and felt unsafe -- NO airbags. It was SO bad we feared the return and canceled our return and asked for a refund. The travel agent was appalled at our treatment and reauested the refund of at least the return trip. Most companies would refund the roundtrip, but they refused paying anything. We paid over $300 for a ride in an unfit, small, private car after nearly an hour of unnecessary waiting at the airport. It does not seem like a legitimate business, the service was beyond poor, and management certainly does not care about their customer's safety or satisfaction. There are other choices -- make them!

Our family had a wonderful day on the catamaran. Dex and crew were entertaining while taking good care of everyone on board. We enjoyed the snorkeling and stop at Rick’s Cafe. We got a lot of great photos and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Jamaica. Our bus driver, Kevin, was also great. He was on time, an experienced driver and hilarious. I would recommend this excursion to others.

This was a wonderful experience. Our host was waiting for us when we got off the plane. We bypassed everyone in a separate line. She got all of our immigrations documents for us and escorted us through customs through a special "no waiting" line. She then escorted us to the Mobay lounge, where we were escorted to a table and offered cocktails and appetizers while we waited for the transportation to our resort. Once transportation arrived, she walked us over and handled the final paperwork, and we were on our way. I highly recommend Mobay to any traveler.

Wow!!! We have used club Mobay arrival and departure many times and we have always been happy with the wonderful service. Today we were blown away with the new upgrades. Simply beautiful, just like our server, Alexis.❤️🙏🏼 Thank you! Cant wait to come home again next year.

First time to Jamaica. My wife and I came for our Nephew's wedding at the Sandal's resort. Upon arrival, after debarking the plane, we were greeted by Onessa with a wonderful smile and cheerful greeting. As promised, she escorted us, quickly and efficiently, past the long line of other weary travelers. She helped us scan passports and take photos at Customs, and happily delivered us to the Club Mobay Arrival Lounge. Onessa was amazing! The arrival lounge, not so much, but we were barely there 5 minutes before our bus driver was calling us to board. At least we were able to enjoy our first Jamaican Rum.
