To start a vacation with frustration is unacceptable!! There was no rep at counter and driver never showed up. They refused a partial refund. There are too many other companies to choose from. There is no need to make the mistake we made when we PRE PAID our reservation with this company!

Dane was a fantastic driver! Lots of great information and fun to have as a driver! Very safe. Gave us some great suggestions to do while in Jamaica! Had him to and from airport.

We booked a round trip from Montego Bay to RIU Ocho Rios and had a good experience on both trips. I now know to have Whatsapp up and running in addition activating my international cell plan immediately. It makes life so much easier. Lorint Watson picked us up once we made contact at the transfer desk. He made it possible for us to get a lovely late lunch of steamed snapper with okra and carrots with peas and rice along the way. He was professional and very efficient. Wayne had a vehicle problem on the way to pick us up but was very quick to let us know. We had built plenty of time into our plans so there was no anxiety or problems. His communication and grace before and when he arrived for our pickup was very professional and impressive. We talked the whole way from St. Ann’s parish back to Sangster Airport and it made the trip feel short and pleasant. I’ll be cooking some of his recipes for my coworkers at the fire department in some of the coming months and will request him for future trips.

We booked round-trip from Montego airport to the 7 mile beach area. Drivers were on time, professional, and friendly. Wayne went out of his way to make the trip, enjoyable by sharing interesting information about Jamaica and even his families jerk chicken recipe! Would highly recommend.

Terrible service! 1st our driver was not there to pick us up then we had to get gas. We got in late and want to get to resort. Never pick us up to go back to airport as they had us schedule 10am pick up from resort, we had a 2hr drive to airport so we would have got there at 12 and out flight left at 1. No way we would have got checked in and thru security in time. We asked for refund and they said no due to there policies

This was the worst company I ever used! When I arrived at the airport they were not there and when they did arrive the driver ran every red light! Then for the pick up I called them for the return they didn’t show up and the operator even hung up on me!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NOT ARE THEY ONLY A SCAM THEIR DRIVING IS UNSAFE!

I booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel in Ocho Rios firstly through booking.com, and then directly with Elegant Jam Tours for the return transfer. The price for the journeys was very competitive and it is obvious the company place a lot of priority and care for these critical journeys. Overall I would recommend them to everyone visiting Jamaica.

Great service! Easy to book and easy to find them at the airport. Flecher, our driver, was exceptionally friendly and just pure joy to be around. He took the time to talk us through the areas as we drove by. What a wonderful start to our trip he was! We enjoyed it so much we booked our return trip to Ochi with them. Highly recommended for the efficient communications, punctuality and waste of booking various trips. Great value for money too!

We got off the plane and customs took a while to clear so we missed the original pick up time but madame Sher really made us feel welcomed and taken care of! She was able to arrange another car to send us to the hotel and her energy was just so wholesome. The service was horrible tho (the taxi service not Sher), they never picked us up when we were leaving for the airport and I was still charged. Regardless, Sher is the only reason why I’m putting in a review because she is fantastic! Thank you Sher :)

Thank You so much for taking care of our family upon arrival to Jamaica. Sherine was absolutely amazing! She was very kind to us and our daughter , she helped with our bags. She waited with us until our driver Mike came. Mike answered questions my husband asked him with no problem. The experience was very nice especially traveling to a different country with a toddler for the first time. Thank you!

Really don’t know what happened to my original transfer company Jamaica. Whom never contacted me. Therefore, I’m in a strange country stuck at the airport for hours. Until Sherine saw me and asked if I needed help. She provided me with a car immediately. The driver took me to the resort and transferred me back to the airport after my stay.

We booked last minute roundtrip transportation from the airport in Montego Bay to Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay. Our party of five was picked up promptly and taken to our resort. Our driver going to Runaway Bay was Malcolm, and he was very kind and patient. Our driver coming back to the airport was Dane...I think that's what he said. At any rate, he was entertaining and gave us a mini tour en route to the airport. We got to the airport in plenty of time to check in, go through security and stop and get snacks. I will always recommend them to anyone going to Jamaica!

I needed a transfer from MBJ to Sunkissed villa that we rented on VRBO. It was difficult to find a company willing to take me since it is not one of the usual hotel. These people were amazing from the start. I sent them a message and heard back immediately. They were extremely accommodating, responsive, reasonable and reliable. Our driver to the villa, Jerry, was the best. Knowledgeable and kind. A wonderful way to start vacation. I highly recommend this company!

Arrival experience was great I was a little ify about booking but it works out great highly recommend
