Raymond is the best and a lot of fun..we stopped for local food and photos...it was perfect for the ride to and from the airport to Negril.

Professional friendly staff. They go out of their way to provide excellent services. Someone left their medication and they ensured the gentleman that his medication would be at the airport before his flight!

They did an outstanding job with our private transfer from Montego Bay to the Luxury Bahia Príncipe Runaway Bay. I was in charge of booking round trip transfer for a group of 12. Originally we were all on the same flights, but we ended up on 3 different plans and leaving on 3 different days. I communicated with Morrel each of the changes and it was absolutely flawless. We had zero problems! Everything was on time, transfers were comfortable, and I would highly recommend! On our arrival trip, I requested there to be beer, champagne, and water for everyone and he wrote it into my quote and it was perfect! If I return to Jamaica, I will definitely be calling Morrel and Jamaica Exquisite Tours for our transfer!

I wanted to book a transfer from MBJ to Runaway Bay Hotel and it was very easy. On their website, you can chat with a live agent who answered all my questions and concerns. I booked the transfer right from the website and confirmed everything through the chat. It was our first time to Jamaica, with young kids (they provided car seat also). Booked a private car. The car was there on time didn't have to wait long, the driver (Philip) was very friendly and great. took us to the resort safely. To go back to the airport on the day of departure the car was there right on time and ready to take us back. Again the driver was great. I was extremely happy with their service, and great price also. Would definitely recommend it.

I really trust this brand and felt so comfortable, safe, and attended to when I was traveling solo for my bday trip. My driver Richard B was fantastic and he even gave brief history of some landmarks as he dropped me off to my hotel. We arranged a private transfer to a nearby hotel. Traveling with a young child (1 year), we wanted to make sure all our ducks were in a row before arriving at Montego Bay. Richard, our driver, was the height of professionalism and took the time to get to know us and share some trivia as we made our way to and from the resort. Vehicle was clean and roomy with strong air conditioning that we could adjust ourselves. Arrival and departure times were punctual, and the dispatcher showed us great kindness and flexibility when our plans changed more than once. We would recommend Jamaica Exquisite to anybody!

This is the best transfer service I have ever used in Jamaica. I had reached out to Exquisite to let them know that my flight was delayed by 4 hrs. I was very nervous that my transfer wouldnt be there. Upon leaving MBJ Airport I saw Adina with a smile on her face with a sign with my name on it. She was so kind and nice. She showed me to my transfer that appeared in 60 seconds. Richard exited the car and greeted my family. Told us don't worry about the bags you're on vacation. Absolutely wonderful man. He pointed out places and landmarks along our ride. Then I had the pleasure of having him for my transfer back to the airport. He was never late! This will be the only transfer service I will ever use again in Jamaica!
