Absolutely fantastic, the history of Rose Hall captured perfectly with Sophia the guide with plenty of thrills and spills along the way! The painting who’s eyes follow you is really eerie, I screamed out loud at least 3 times so maybe don’t take the kids 😂

I really enjoyed this fun and interactive tour. It wasn't too scary but I wouldn't recommend it for young kids. Lots of interesting history and the actors made is a memorable experience. Our tour guide Sophia did a fantastic job.

Arrived with my family last Wednesday for the 6pm tour. Paid on site for 3 adults, 2 teenagers (same price as for adults) and an 8 year old and a 10 year old. The cashier did not question nor warn us that it might be to scary for the younger ones. I paid for all of us via credit card. Once outside one of the tour guides said that they were too young for the tour so my daughter in law stayed behind with the girls and waited for the rest of us . After the tour I went in to ask for a refund and was told that because I paid via credit card they could not reimburse me. After insisting that I should never had been charged for the 2 younger ones and the adults that stayed behind, the cashier took my information and said that her supervisor would contact me and that it would take a few days to reimburse my account. I am still waiting. Very poor customer service. I should never have been charged in the first place since they were obviously too young

We stayed at Sandals at did this through Island Routes on resort. Interesting part of Jamaican history. Interesting property, glad we went. Would have like to have done the haunted tour also, but really wanted to really be able to see it in the daylight. Photography a great photo of us in front.

This is a great fun and very interesting tour. Lots of jumps and scares along the way, but it was great. Would highly recommend!

I don’t know how this isn’t on a TOP 5 LIST of all of Jamaica’s activities. This was one of the highlights of our trip!! A perfect combination of jump scares, spooky storytelling, and historical facts. This was like a Halloween haunted house but REAL. The actors portraying the real life characters were amazing and we were engaged every minute of the tour. BEST TOUR EVER!!! This is a tour for people who think they hate tours. I will definitely come back and do it all over again. That good.

Our travel agent suggested we go see the night tour and it did not disappoint! This had to be one of our favourite experiences in Jamaica. The property was gorgeous, the actors were believable, the jump scares were awesome, and the tour guide Sophia was FANTASTIC! Sophia made the experience so believable, even jumping with the audience during jump scares. Her voice projected well so we heard everything without an issue. She gave us time to observe the rooms yet kept the group together and organized. The Witches Brew drink in the dungeons was also delicious with a great souvenir cup. I cannot thank the folks at the Great Hall enough for the lasting memories they have made for me and my wife.

Get ready for a historical tour of one of the most beautiful houses in Montego Bay. Along with the history is a twist of fun and scare. The staff does a great job maintaining the integrity of the history of the house. We had a ton of laughs and scares. Every corner gives you a new chill. Well done.

The grounds are beautiful, rich in history. Our guide, Sophia, was a fantastic storyteller. We did the 6pm tour, which was perfect, being able to see the gorgeous views, but also experience the ghost tour. Fantastic job, definitely recommend visiting.

The whole experience was fantastic, and Sophia was a great tour guide. It’s a beautiful place with a great deal of history that is certainly worth visiting if given the chance.

Kayla was a great guide! She was very knowledgable about all the stories behind the great house and very entertaining as she told them. I would also plan a tour for the daytime in order to see some of the things hidden by the darkness.

We wanted to tour the Great House in Rose Hall and decided to do the evening tour. I was worried it would be too scary but Sophia was the best tour guide! We were laughing so hard. The story is super creepy and unsettling but she kept it light and comical. One of the best tours ever! Highly recommend!

This trip was amazing! I only wish I had went at a later time. It was still daylight when we started but was dark by the time we made it to the dungeon. Our tour guide was Sophie and she was very nice and funny! She was more afraid than we were and ran and left us at the grave because she heard something! Just be ready for a few scares. They do an excellent job of bringing the house back to life! My tour was 6-22-2024! This is a must see but go after 7:00 pm.

We came to learn more about the history of Rose Hall. Our tour guide, Sophia, was amazing. She was energetic, knew the history, and made the tour engaging and fun. The night tour is the way to go to truly immerse yourself in the full experience. Ask for Sophia! You won’t be disappointed.

Our guide was Sophia and she was great! This was a fun and informative tour that was also hilarious because of the spooky surprises. The house has no AC, so bring some cold water or buy a bottle in their bar.
