I was able to book a transfer from Sangster's to our hotel in Negril the day before we landed with no issues or anything. I should've booked a transfer earlier but got caught up in life ha and luuuuuckily, JCVT was able to accommodate me. I even put the wrong departure time when I initially made the reservation and was able to change it no problem (via email, too!).
Their website is easy to navigate and they have a virtual agent able to assist you :) I have a ton of travel anxiety and JCVT made things waaaay easier.
Def recommend.

We hired Jamaica Customized Vacation and Day Tours to get us from Montego Bay airport to Ocho Rios resort, and then back to the airport on departure day. The driver was ready when we exited the airport and we were quickly loaded and on our way.
On departure day, the driver arrived exactly on time to pick us up.
Both drivers were friendly and helpful with luggage. They also provided a booster seat for a child both times. Highly recommend. Would use again.

Jamaica Customised Vacations and Tours is an excellent company to use for private transfers from the airport to your resort. We have used this company four times now. Our most recent time was this past week. The drivers are so friendly and always on time. We have had Andrew as our driver on the last trip. He is awesome and so friendly. He picked us up 6 months ago on our previous trip and even recognized this time. What a great experience! We also had Andrew's sister pick us up this trip. She is excellent too. Use this company! Their prices are also fair and competitive!

Pick up from MBJ was on time in a pick up truck. Surprise but we did ok. On the return, pick up was 25 mins late. Two days before return pick up, I had confirmed pick up time and place. When no one showed up 5-6 mins past pick up time, my hotel called them and they said someone is on the way. Again, no show up for another ten mins so the hotel called again. After that call, driver showed up 25 mins late at a time when airports are mostly running late with lines after lines. If we had no access to fast security lane (which I paid for), we would have missed the flight.

I booked round trip private car transportation from MBJ to/from Melia Braco Village for myself and my family. On the departure private car service, we waiting 40 minutes (11:55 PM - 12:35 PM) for Jamaica Customized Vacations and Tours to ultimately not show up. Our pick-up time was scheduled for 12:15 PM. We attempted to call this company several times and no answer. I was forced to pay another company's driver to get us to the airport on-time for our departure flight. Horrible company and I would never recommend them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I booked transfers with JCVT to and from Montego Bay Airport for my trip booked for March 20200 unfortunately due to the pandemic we had to cancel.
Called & emailed JCVT several times asking for our refund and they said no worries we are working on it.. Have I received it as of yet "NO"!!!!
Poor service we will be getting in touch with the BBB.

They were a little late picking me up from the airport, but the top there was very friendly and kept me company until my car arrived. The drivers both to the resort and back to the airport were both very friendly and drove safely. I will use them again.

We booked a round-trip private Montego Bay airport to Rose Hall transfer and we were very satisfied. Booking online was a simple process and we liked the option to pay via PayPal. Both drivers arrived on time and were friendly. We had quite a bit of luggage so they sent vans. Both vans were clean with welcome air-conditioning. Their prices are great and we will book with them next time we visit.

We used JCTV for our private transfer to and from MBJ to our resort in Montego Bay. Booking via their website was very easy and I was able to chat online with a representative to answer any questions before booking.
We arrived at the airport and through customs a little early so our driver was not there as yet but a representative from JCTV assured us he would be there shortly. We waited less than 10 minutes and were on our way. Our driver was professional but did not talk much. He got us to the resort and unloaded our bags.
I emailed the day before our departure to confirm the name on our room at the resort was different than my name that our transportation was in, in case they needed to provide to security to get into our resort. They emailed back confirming and thanking me for confirming the reservation.
On our departure day our same driver was there at the scheduled pick up time and ready to go. The same JCTV representative, very friendly, was there as well. We got back to the airport in no time and were on our way home.
