Highly recommend the airport transfer service! We had 7 people in our party and had a great experience both to and from the airport. Our hotel destination was the Jewel Grande which was about 15 minutes drive. Our pickup was on time and our driver was very friendly. We had plenty of room in the vehicle which was very clean and comfortable. Our return service was equally as nice and timely. Cost was actually less than several other companies!

I can't speak highly enough about Island Transfer. I've been to Jamaica before and I can say without hesitation, that this company is the BEST one to go with for transfers to and from locations from the airport. They are prompt (in fact early for pickup), the drivers are friendly and the vans are very comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We used this company for round trip airport transfer. They were very professional and quickly got us in a vehicle when we exited the airport. They had someone waiting outside the arrivals area with a sign so they’re easy to find. I needed car seats for both ways and they made sure to have them available. Our return driver arrived early and waited patiently while we checked out. Both drivers were professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again when I return to Jamaica.

The drivers we had both ways were excellent! On the way to the resort the driver had a quiz on Jamaica and gave interesting history of the island!

Perfect service! The process was easy, I just followed the details instructions in the email. Arrival and departure were on time and seamless (even though our flight was almost 2 hours late). I would definitely recommend and would use again!

Our family of six took this tour and had a wonderful time. The tour operator, Island Transfer and Tours, agreed to pick us up at our Montego Bay hotel instead of the cruise port. We had an excellent driver, who gave us a lot of interesting and colorful information about the north shore during our drive to Ocho Rios. Both sites - Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls- were fun and exciting. The Blue Hole was not what I expected - it was much better! It involves a very scenic and interesting hike along the river with two different places to jump in. The walk up Dunn's River Falls is amazing. All of us had a great time, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a full day adventure.

We used private transportation both ways and both drivers we had were just awesome. We had Glen on the way there and Antony on the way back. Both were very professional and chatted with us the entire way telling us about the island. I would use this service for sure when I return and I encourage others too as well!

I loved this trip to Negril the views and the experience of Jamaica was amazing Loved the 7mile beach and our driver was a star he had so much knowledge and was keeping us up to date all the time with everything around us. he looked after us all the time.
