This service went above and beyond for us. We ordered private transportation for 3 days--each day included a tour of Negril, tour of Kingston and tour of Ocho Rios. We did not have to worry about a thing. Our driver, Akeem, showed up everyday to pick us up with a smile on his face. He scouted nice locations for us and did not end his day until he was satisfied that he had shown us a great time. I cannot recommend this service enough. When we arrived at each location, Akeem made sure to tell each service provider to treat us specially--like royalty and they did!

I visited Jamaica for my 50th birthday. I knew that I needed nonstop transportation and I wanted to visit various distant locations around the island. I booked Transportation for 10 people beginning with airport pick up and ending with airport drop off. Demoi was absolutely amazing. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and also stayed with us the whole time. He was very friendly and professional. The transportation was clean and there was air conditioning. I will never book another shuttle while visiting Jamaica as it’s just as cost-effective to hire this transportation company to, satisfy all of your transportation needs and stay with you the whole time.

My sister Rhonda booked a trip to Jamaica for her 55th birthday and asked me and 2 of my cousins to come along. She informed us that we would have a driver for the time we were there. The driver was Delmar, he was very professional, very attentive to our needs, and extremely knowledgeable of Montego Bay and surrounding areas. He was like a breath of fresh air. He really made us feel safe no matter where we traveled. When I come back I am definitely requesting Delmar............a very nice, attentive and humble guy. This company got it right.

Kevin is the man!!! Private driver is the way to go! Went from Montego's Bay to Ocho Rios to Kingston with the same driver. Allowed up to 10 hours of driving a day so if you wanted to see the whole island there is no other way to go. Didn't have to book any excursions in advance, we booked everything while we were already there. Like white water river rafting, the blue hole, bamboo rafting, blue mountain coffee tour etc were all booked after we landed and ended up being cheaper since our guide was able to hook us up on the best spots! As well as taking us to great local restaurants were we got the real taste of Jamaica!

This company is wonderful. We booked and any questions we have were answered very quick. Chris, our driver, picked us up from resort and told us little things about the island. We had mentioned that we wanted to try a sweet Jamaica bun and stopped on way to Negril to grab one. On way back he took us to a restaurant that had the best oxtail and rice. Would definitely will use them again.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We came to Jamaica to do a burial at sea for my late father. We had to get a permit to bring get his ashes through customs. Andrea was prompt and concise with her communication. Chris was waiting for us at the airport, took me to 2 places in town to pay for and obtain a permit. He even went inside with me to make sure I had what I needed. He then took us back to the airport with the permit to retrieve my Dads ashes from customs, and then he took us to our resort. It was so smooth. My husband was not in favor of any of this ahead of time, but it all went off without a hitch. I was uneasy about dealing with a company that I didn’t know was legit. I paid my deposit to a Andrea via Zelle, held my breath and hoped for the best. I can attest they are indeed legit. Professional and kind. I’m very grateful to have had their help with this very special errand.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I asked for a driver to pick me up from the airport at 10am and drive me around until I could check into the hotel at 4 PM. I was quoted $160 which I thought was fair. My flight changed to a later time to 12:30pm but the price didn’t change even though it was less time. The driver, Donovan, was on time and took me to the places I asked but he did not seem like he wanted to be there. He did the bare minimum with a negative attitude. I called the hotel and asked if I could check in early because the driver didn’t seem interested in giving me a tour or showing me anything of interest. I was dripped off around 2pm. I paid $160 to be driven around for less than 2 hours, a complete WASTE OF MONEY!!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!

We were provided a personal tour guide and driver with TAJ Tours, Lopez. We had an amazing TRIP!!! Lopez was truly outstanding during our stay in Jamaica. He was prompt every day to pick us up, toured us around the city, shopping, cultural dining as well as guide d tours and planned activities. We toured the city, we traveled to Negril (Margaritaville), and the Bob Marley Tour was super exciting. He coordinated all our communication, our comings and goings, ensured our comfortability and safety with each event. He kept us safe, looked out for each of us and was extremely accommodating! The tour bus was super clean, super comfortable and he was an excellent driver! This aspect really highlighted the trip for me. When ever I am to return to the island, me, my family and friends will book with TAJ Tours!

This was a 12 out of 10 experience Lopez was are driver for our 4 days in Jamaica. He took us to all the touristy places and the off the beaten track to other great places - nightclubs - restaurants - carry outs- shopping. Couldnt ask for a better time. Great with the baby - plus provided car seat. Took us to places that normally wouldnt allow a toddler. Toddler had great time at all of them!

Travel around Jamaica tours was wonderful! We used them for an airport transfer and our driver Rickie was great. He welcomed us and gave us a bunch of tips of dos and donts. He was waiting when we reached the airport. And going back, they were punctual and got us to the airport in a timely manner. Communication with Andrea was great as well. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions as well. Would highly recommend them!

The service was execllent. I had millions of questions and Andrea answered all of them promptly via email. So I also booked for airport transfer together with a bespoke day trip to Kingston. Lopez was our driver for the day. He gave us a lot of background information all the way from Montego Bay to Kingston. Initially, we planned to visit the Bob Marley Museum, then Tuff Gong Studio and also Trench Town culture yard. We arrived at Bob Marley Museum a little early, so Lopez took us to a local place to get some breakfast which was awesome. Then we went back and did the Bob Marley Museum Tour which was amazing. We found out that they were not doing the Tuff Gong Studio Tour on the day but Lopez took us there anyway to take some pictures outside which was good for us. We also went to Trench Town Culture Yard to see how people lives in Trench Town. It was an eye opener for us to see exactly how the local people lives. Lopez then ask if we went to go anywhere else, so we stopped off at Scotchie for some lunch. They cook the jerk different than what I thought. It has like a very nice and pretty eating area and we really enjoied the food. Then we went to do some shopping before heading back. We thoroughly enjoyed our Kingston day. With my hubbie being a bit Reggea fan, he was very pleased with this day trip. Lopez was amazing. Overall, drivers are knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend and use TAJ again.

I booked a day trip for shopping and lunch in Montego Bay for my boyfriend, one year old son, and myself. Our driver Roslyn was truly the greatest. She made us feel very welcomed and safe. She took some family photos for us and made sure we happy. We had Markland as our driver to the airport, he was also the greatest. He made sure we made it safe and on time for our flight. Overall, if you’re wondering if you should book this company, I’d say YES! Ms. Andrea was very quick with responding to my questions and made everything convenient. We will be using Travel Around Jamaica Tours every time we are in Jamaica!

Hired a private driver to take us to Kingston from Montego Bay to watch a Rugby game and explore a bit of Kingston. First off, communication with Travel Around Jamaica was superb! We were arranging to watch a Rugby game in Kingston and times changed last minute. They were very accommodating and put our needs first. They kept up with all the changes and were so nice about it! I felt so bad but they assured me that it was all going to work out. Our driver Donovan was the nicest man! He got us to Kingston safely and made sure our friend made the Rugby match on time. He was on time with picking us up and made sure we got the best Jerk chicken in Kingston! Overall experience was amazing. I wish we had more time to go around Montego Bay, where Donovan is from, he was ready to show us all over but we didn't have enough time! Would definitely recommend this company 1000%
