This your blew my mind. I didn't know it was going to be as exciting and informative with your Guide Sugar. I can't imagine anyone doing better than Sugar from pick up, to on site even all the way back to drop off. SHE WAS so educated, professional and informative for EVERYTHING. I believe she is what made the tour interesting cause I couldn't imagine this rum your being more fascinating. If you book, I promise you, book with Sugar!

Overall we had a fun time! Our tour guides were fun, making the drive smooth. YS Falls was beautiful and a cool experience, but know that it is a touristy place. They take photos for you which is nice, but we would have also liked to just enjoy the beauty of the falls without the photoshoot. I was very much looking forward to Pelican Bar, and the bar itself was fantastic and so unique. However, the people working there were extremely pushy when it came to paying for things, such as carving your name into the wood. It felt like we couldn't just sit and enjoy the experience. As soon as we declined to carve our names, it felt like they were annoyed with us and didn't want us to be there at all. We also ordered food which was delicious, but know that it will take an hour + to get your food. It really was a cool experience and I would still recommend it, just know what to expect when you get there!

Long day but well worth it!! Wish there were more zip lines, but still so fun!! Dunn’s River Falls was beautiful, tour guides were great all around!! ATV and horses, all a blast!! Thank you!!

This was a great way to see Ocho Rios! The falls were amazing and the ziplining and ATV was fun too! A long day but it was worth it! The tour guides and drivers were amazing!

Entertainment team were marvelous. This hotel management had changed and it is gone to the worse of the worse. I’ve wrote to corporate and everyone ignore my email. Cleaning services only work consistently if money presented under the table when they do clean might as well it was not done at all; towels were not enough and washcloth were not often given; there were times I watched clean rooms across from us next to us and our room was not cleaned at times. I had a friend there that was paying the person and she faithfully showed up on time and when she going to be off she put someone there; front desk staff spoke us like we are aliens as if we are not both the same skin complexion however, it’s all about money and skin color for them. Also, based on how you book your tickets it’s how people are treated therefore since we were booked through Expedia we are garbage.

We had a wonderful trip to Dunns river. Our guide was called Pedro Wilson and he was really patient and kind. He got us all to the end of the climb even those who were not sure they could do it. There was another man with Pedro taking photos/videos which we had sent to us. Great experience!

This was a great way to do Dunn's River Falls, but also make a full day of attractions. I've been horseback riding many times, but when they take you into the water with the horses, you couldn't take the smile off our faces. What a fun experience. The guide called them "Jamaican Jet Skis" and I'd have to say that was a great metaphor. If you want to climb the falls, do the complete experience with the rest of the attractions. Well done!!

Lovely, fun and exciting excursion. From our driver, to our tour guide, to our safety instructors on each activity, the staff did a wonderful job. They were friendly, welcoming, patient, enthusiastic, helpful, and a good laugh.

Fabulous time! My husband and I did not realize we would actually be climbing the Dunn's River Falls. It was an awesome experience and I felt so safe the whole time. Oliver made sure we were. The ziplining over the falls was a cool experience and Jason was great. I loved the horse riding and going through the woods and riding through the sea was something I never experienced before. There is a weight limit to ride so be aware. Lastly, the ATV riding was so thrilling. If you are not experienced with four wheelers it could be scary but if you know what you're doing then no problem. You go really fast put that's what makes it so fun. Best part of our trip!

Was a beautiful day at the dunns river.. We did the zip line first.. it's an experience you should never missed. Then we did the falls Was very refreshing and fun..

They told me I was too fat to ride they horses. They had little horses with placenta on their breath. No large horses for large people. Several people (male and female) couldn't ride.

Ice was an awesome driver. Got us to our destinations on time and safely. Showed us a couple spots along the way. He even got us on the earlier boat ⛵. Definitely recommend him for your tour needs.

The trip was amazing. The guide was great. Pick up was on time. The only note would be to carry closed toe water shoes. The excursion communication called out water shoes and did not specify closed toe. When we got there we were told that we could not go on the excursion if we did not have closed toe shoes. We had to purchase them at the site which was very expensive.

Great experience. I didn’t think it’d take the entire day but I’m glad it did. I’d do it again if the opportunity presented itself!

This was my 40th birthday trip!! My Husband made sure I was able to do almost everything 🥰 This excursion is wonderful 4in1 you can’t beat that & your with your group all day so you become friends from across the globe. The staff were so welcoming especially Sophie our guide & Joe our driver. It felt like family. When I come back HOME 🏡 lol I will be sure to book again.
