About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- kezfleetwood0 contributionsFabulous tour! Our tour guide Copely was just fabulous! Sharing lots of facts along the way and non stop smiling! Secret falls and the blue hole are beautiful. Dunns river falls is huge .. wish we had some time at the base on the beach … the waterfall is poweful bring water shoes .. there are points you can exit the climb 😅Written February 13, 2025
- RuthVal0 contributionsThey have my money but canceled the excursion!Reserved this excursion for 2 people. My credit card was immediately charged. The trip was cancelled the day before. Two days later and I have had no response from the tour company and my card has not been credited.Written February 12, 2025

- Jamie B0 contributionsMust doMy husband and I were looking for something fun to do while in Jamaica and decided to book this tour. We were staying in Montego Bay so it is quite the drive. Thanks to our wonderful driver Copely, the time went fairly quickly with all the history and culture facts he was sharing. The blue hole and secret falls were very pretty. I’m a bit scared of heights but my husband enjoyed jumping in and using the rope swings. The guides here were helpful and encouraging. Lunch at Linda’s was good. We got and recommend the oxtail. Dunns river falls was the highlight in my opinion. It was a fun and new experience for us and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely bring your own water shoes or purchase some at the store you stop at. It would be very cumbersome trying to climb in flip flops, crocs or any other rubber type shoe. There is plenty of opportunity to support the locals by tipping the guides, driver and purchasing goods along the way. 10/10 would recommend this tour. The price is worth the experience and transportation!Written February 7, 2025
- subeditor20200 contributionsFantastic trip with lots of great photo opportunitiesBrilliant trip . The guides are superb. Go early in the morning when it's less busy. Definitely need beach shoes and a waterproof phone case.Written February 4, 2025
- OanaNikulin0 contributionsWould do it again! You. Must. Do. Marlon and his assistant D were amazing. They’re so organized, thoughtful and hilarious, it’s worth it. We started at the Blue Hole where my husband and I enjoyed our terrible tandem jump (more, don’t try to hold hands jumping 🤣), and swinging from ropes, to a break for lunch. They took our orders ahead of time so everyone got to eat at the same time. From there we went to Dunn’s River Falls. Is it touristy for a reason? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. Would we do it stain? For sure!Written January 30, 2025
- toddn70 contributionsDunn River Falls is awesome!Overall good trip. It’s a fairly long ride from Montego Bay to the Blue Hole…about 2 hours with traffic one way. Blue hole was fun but not as exciting as I hoped. Dunn River was a blast. Walking up the falls was super cool, never done that before. I would recommend the tour just because of Dunn Rivers. All the guides at the major stops were all good. Clive was a good driver/guide, we enjoyed learning about Jamaica from him.Written January 28, 2025
- Patti M0 contributionsFabulous day!!!The day was very well planned out. Our driver Copelai was awesome and looked after everyone. He handed us over to the tour guides and was there ready to pick us up.Written January 24, 2025
- karenmensah180 contributionsThis is a must, it’s 90 minutes from Montego BayThe tour was not quite what I expected, it was a walking tour of Bob Marley’s family home where he was born and laid to rest with the rest of his family. Inside the home there are performers singing Bob Marley tunes, you see where he wrote Is this Love was written and you also get to see his shrine or tomb where he is resting, along with his mum and other family members. Truly amazing, although I would say that as you walk through the tour, there are so many gift shops, purchasing a candle to lay at his tomb and others, that buy the time the tour ends, you’ve run out of cash to tip the tour guide 😂Written January 23, 2025
- Ruth0160 contributionsThrills and tranquility! This excursion is a must-do adventure! Our driver was Clive, and he ensured that we had a great experience throughout the trip. His knowledge added an extra layer of depth to the experience. He was attentive and engage, and always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. The Blue Hole was a breathtaking oasis, with its crystal clear waters and stunning natural beauty. Dunn's River Falls was the highlight. Climbing the cascading falls was such a exhilarating experience. This one is not to be missed for anyone travelling to Jamaica!Written January 11, 2025
- iluvoc0 contributionsA Few Things to KnowIf you are on a Viking cruise it’s a 2 hour drive from the port. If you have any ankle or hand issues this is not for you. It may look easy but this is strenuous. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Your guide climbs most of the falls with you and assists those in need. WATER SHOES are a must. Great experience just be careful.Written January 11, 2025
- argreisen0 contributionsWorth the driveWe have 6 teenagers and they all agree the excursion was worth the 2-hour drive from our Negril resort. We hadn't expected the drive to be that long that day, but it was a good way to see more of Jamaica. The falls were beautiful and our family enjoyed swinging and jumping in. The only hiccup was that we didn't bring water shoes which may have been recommended in the info but we didn't catch that detail if it was. All 8 of us had to purchase the $10 water shoes (which could have been worse) at the gift shop before going in. We could have elected not to, but we were glad we did in the end because of the rocks. As an FYI (because I like to know these things), there's a gift shop, restaurant, and convenience snacks and drinks at YS Falls if needed. There's also a changing area and restrooms of course. The second half of the excursion was the Black River safari starting with lunch. Our kids really liked the food. The boat safari was wonderful. There were several huge crocodiles, one of which was 75 years old and 18 feet long. It was massive. I just wanted to denote that because we've been on other crocodile excursions in the states and we were disappointed by only seeing a few really small ones. The driver was nice and the shuttle was comfortable. All in all I would recommend this trip, but be prepared for a long day that's half driving. We left at 8am and were back to our Negril resort at 4:30pm.Written January 9, 2025
- Viviana W0 contributionsAmazing experience and staff very attentive and caring the whole excursion!Everything from the beginning was wonderful. Guides in the falls were amazing and very attentive. Great experience, definitely highly recommended.Written January 4, 2025
- Christopher B0 contributionsGreat day trip for two families with four kids ranging from 8-14 years old.The YS Falls were beautiful. We enjoyed the rope swings and the tour guides did a great job of making sure we had pictures of our memories. It wasn’t too busy on the Tuesday we went. The lunch at the Black River restaurant was delicious. We grabbed some ice cream for the boat ride and enjoyed the beautiful views. We saw several crocodiles and the tour guide was funny and informative. The tour guide that drove the bus was amazing. He gave us a great history of Jamaica and was very enjoyable to be around. Overall a great trip.Written January 4, 2025
- 122laf0 contributionsFantasticWe stayed alive with Clive!! An absolute legend. Navigated the journey safely with the patience of a saint (I don’t think I’d want to drive these roads). Built a great rapport with and among the group. Very knowledgeable on the outbound journey and let us all chill with a movie (had to be cool runnings) and Bob Marly documentary and latest movie coming back. I will be back to survive with Clive again. One LoveWritten January 3, 2025
