We (family of 4) were fortunate enough to spend some time in Jamaica recently and what a day we had white water rafting down the Rio Bueno River Rapids. A short mini-bus journey, with our wonderful tour guide Latoyah, brought us to the picturesque Rio Bueno river where we were fitted with appropriate safety wear and assigned our raft, which we shared with another family. We were introduced to our river guide and Captain, the enthusiastic Ayatollah, who provided the safety briefing, explained what to expect and settled us in our raft. From that moment onwards Ayatollah ensured we all had the most fantastic experience. From navigating the Rio Bueno river itself whilst describing the local flora and fauna, leading a moral boosting sing-a-long and offering constant encouragment, especially during that final stretch across the bay to our private beach destination. The day was completed with a glass or two of rum punch, some excellent jerk chicken and rice and a relaxing dip in the Caribbean Sea. A highly recomended experience, especially if you are blessed with the amazing Ayatollah as your guide.

Absolutely excellent day trip. Booking and all correspondence was easy, pick up was on time, lovely safe driver on the bus and only an hour drive from Falmouth. We met the guys at the river, safety run through and then we were off. Had such a fun time going down the river on the tubes. Our guide was fun and interesting, had us laughing the whole way. Had some time and a beer on the beach, never rushed. We then stopped for some lovely jerk chicken and rum punch on the drive home. All of this for a fraction of the price when booked directly as opposed to booking through cruise ship. Highly recommended

We were on vacation in Jamaica with family and friends and 10 of us went on this tubing excursion and had a blast! Our two guides, Elvis and Garth, were entertaining (singing and joking with us) and ensured we were safe as we tubed down the river. We had a a lot of laughs and thoroughly enjoyed the excursion! The views around us (as we swirled down the river) were beautiful. Lots of interesting trees and plants along the river’s banks. The river had a few spots where there was a fun drop, but it wasn’t “rapids” like you’d have in white water rafting. It was pretty easy-going waters. We all had water shoes which definitely helped when getting in and out of the tubes and walking to the spot where you enter the water. We would definitely recommend this tubing excursion if you have a couple of hours free during a trip to Jamaica.

Davian was the best guide! He kept us laughing and shared lots of knowledge. The tour was beautiful! If I fun myself back in Jamaica I will definitely be taking another trip down the river with them!

A group of us went river tubing with Davian as our guide and it was one of the best excursions I have ever been on! Right from the beginning he was kind, approachable and brought a great positive energy. Throughout the whole experience Davian made sure we were safe and had the best time. The river tubing was a fun mix a leisurely floating and a few faster rapids, but overall very safe. I would absolutely recommend this experience for a fun and engaging experience.

Super fun and worth the costs. Water was refreshing! Davion was great and funny with the rapids. Would recommend to anyone, it was a mild ride and not a crazy rapid.

Trip was a tubing trip mostly and not rafting. Guides were nice. Trip down river was 3 miles and 1 1/2 hrs. Plenty of time as a cruise excursion. Pricey for the trip.

We loved this excursion. Shane made it so fun and it was well worth the money. He told us about the vegetation as we traveled down the river and we got to eat natural sugar cane and star fruit. My son, who is in his 40's , is hard to please and he just loved it. High 5 to Shane for the wonderful experience.

We had the best day ever on our first time in Jamaica. The rafting was so fun and our tour guide Davion truly made this the most memorable experience. He was so fun, patient and helpful with my senior parents and happily shared his knowledge about everything Jamaica. We transported from the tubes to the large paddle raft and enjoyed a beautiful row to the beach. Our family will never forget this absolutely amazing experience and I hope we get to return to these healing waters.

This was so fun! Our guide was great and very friendly. The scenery was pretty and we got to jump in the water using a rope swing. Don't forget bug spray :)

The river was really flowing because of rain the previous night so we weren’t able to use a raft down the river which was our original plan. We ended up tubing the majority of the river and it ended up being awesome! Andre was a great guide! Jumping off the bridge was a highlight for everyone in our group. Highly recommend!!

Our morning on the river with Dwayne was fantastic. The Rio Bueno has the best rapids in Jamaica for river tubing. Our pickup at the Ocho Rios Cruise Port was on time and we were returned on time. Our driver Tony took great care of us. We highly recommend this trip if you are in Jamaica!
