Definitely had an amazing experience with the real best tours! The drivers were all very friendly and made us feel safe. They would educate my family and I throughout our drives which made the rides more interesting. Would highly recommend anyone who plans to go to Jamaica to consider looking into real best tours. I was greeted with a warm smile from Andray our driver at the airport. I got my cold red stripe beer. While on my way to my resort I stop at local shop to drink coconuts and eat sugar cane. I also got a chance to meet the some very nice locals. I will be definitely using this tour company again!! One love mon!!!

Vincent was our driver. He was very courteous and cautious. Always drove the speed limit or less. Never drove like it was an emergency. We were also looking for a special sauce only found in Jamaica and he was patient and would make sure we were safe and never let us out of our sight. He even stopped to let us get this picture.

We had booked a trip including transfers to swim with the dolphins today 04/03/2020. Our transfer was delayed so we were left waiting at our hotel. We did our research on ground transportation service from Mo Bay to Ochi and picked Real Best Tours for price and service. We hit the jackpot! This company has the best prices and great service. Winston, our driver, was always early and waiting for us. He had cold beverages which is very welcome after doing the airport hussell. The vehicle was new SUV that was clean and spotless. Winston is an amazing driver with stories and facts to share along the way. A virtual Wikipedia on Jamaica. There were slight problems with our check in and Winston insisted on staying with us to make sure we were okay. Real Best does tours as well which we were going to pursue but once we hit the beach,we didn't go anywhere else. I'm sure their tours are great and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Real Best Tours. Andray is a amazing to deal with. He responds to you often within minutes. He's friendly, keeps you up-to-date, sends out reminders and has a great sense of humor. I was disembarking from cruise vessel in Ocho Rios to catch my flight in Kingston. I sent an email to ask quotation for this trasportation. I received reply in few minutes and we made a deal. Before I get into the port driver sent me a message just to ask me if everything is okay and told that the car will we waiting at port. Once I get out from the ship driver was waiting outside with a sign. The car was clean and new van, driver spoke good english and was very professional and co-operative. Complimentary cold drinks were served and as a summaru the journey was very comfortable. We get into the airport in time with no any hesitation. Price was as it was promised and included all road tolls etc. I would higly recommend Real best tours Jamaica for you if you appreciate a good service and reliability, no doubts. Especially if you are having Ocho Rios as a one port of your cruise it will be good option to book a tour or excursion directly from them.

We recently visited Jamaica last month in December around the holiday season. We were very pleased with the service that we received and the car was very nice, clean and comfortable. The driver was very personable and went out of his way to show us extra sites around Ocho Rios. We will definitely use them again the next time we are in Jamaica.
