I would have given this company 5 stars but had to deduct one due to a little snafu being picked up. Arriving in Jamaica everything worked out fine and the driver was great. On the return trip we were supposed to be picked up at 0800 am for a -2 noon departure and the driver didn’t arrive till almost 0945. I called the company numerous times and was assured the driver was on his way. I have to admit the customer service was good but initially said the driver was 15-20 mins away than he was 30-40 mins away. They did apologize for the mess up and the driver who picked us up was great. Besides the snafu I would use this company again.

Omar and Keron were excellent drivers both providing good info about Jamaica and were really nice. I'll look to rebook transfers on my next trip based on their service

Clean car, on time, respectable price and nice driver. Pickup back to the airport was the same and I would (and will) use Jamaica Transfers Online again. Also contact was very good and even making a small change to pickup time was simple and not a problem.

Wayne from the blue team helped me a lot on my trip and made my experience so much better. If you are staying at this resort I highly recommend you find Wayne for a very good time.

Seen Bob Marley exhibit. The rose house .Was very scarey and gorgeous .Restaurants were good.Beach was gorgeous.

Kevin was my driver who was soo nice! He told me all the historical parts of Jamaica including its history. Very professional!

Great service. The company staff was at the airport and the driver came very fast at our meeting point from the Airport to the hotel. At departure time the driver was before our meeting hour at the hotel, he was waiting from us

I just returned from a week in this resort with my friend. First, I have to comment on the customer service. Every single person went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful! The beach is absolutely gorgeous. And the food is really good :-) I am definitely returning!

We had a great trip to Dunn’s River Falls with Alex! We left from our hotel in Montego Bay and had a very pleasant and educational drive to St. Ann’s parish. On the way back we stopped for food and souvenirs. Alex was very patient with our group and was great with our 1 yr old. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely recommend!

Omg Romario was so nice and professional he went above and beyond to assist us with any and everything we needed! Give this Guy Raise, Medal Etc…. Very professional and respectful he treated us like ROYALTY I couldn’t have asked for better service and treatment! I will definitely be going back I love it there…

went on two excursions. great one to dunes falls. other one was to Lagoon. not so great at all. should have more options.

Booked Jamaica Tours for transfer to and from my hotel. Check in to the front left after immigration and customs at the airport. Driver was waiting outside. Ride was easy and smooth. The day before we left I confirmed with my hotel pick up time. Again, ride was easy and smooth.

From Montego to Negril, to our hotel. Very nice, clean and a micro bus just for ourselves. Also on return, very sharp on time and clean. Nothing to complain

We had a great holiday a fab resort Sensatori lovely friendly staff, food drinks all good, but want to give a big shout out for the Tui Reps, the 2 girls Hannah Downie & Claire Prosser were amazing, we did have a few minor issues initially but with no hesitation these 2 girls resolved our problem almost immediately they were excellent & both very pleasant girls.Thumbs up to Tui!!
