It was all good. I’ve mentioned before that the “old” method of meeting passengers where the driver held a placard with your name on it was best. But understand the logistical difficulties doing this. So our name was on a list, the attendant looked after us and kept in contact with the driver to see where he was, worked out OK. This company is a complete sham. Absolutely do not buy anything from them unless you have disposable income that you want to throw away on fake services. I spent over $400 on Club Mobay services only to find out that it was a scam. Jamaica Get Away Travel is now refusing to refund my money and continue to lie to me every time I call. All of this ruined my vacation and continues to ruin my taste for the island all together.

I booked arrival and departure with Club Mobay through Get Away. I have been waiting for a partial refund,(i only was able to use deparure service) since May 15 and I still haven't received it.

Kids Club at the Grand Palladium resort was amazing. The kids enjoyed the activities and the opportunity to perform in the performance. The staff was so nice and great with the children!

We took a van from the airport to the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton resort then a week later took it back to the airport. In both cases the vans were in excellent condition, very clean with the air conditioner working great. The drivers, Rajchester and Andeca were both wonderful! Both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and very good drivers so the trip both ways was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this service!!

We had a great experience with this private transfer from MBJ to Sandals Ochi. Cregon was very prompt and provided us a very comfortable and clean car with amazing personality. When we come back down we will request him again as he really is the best of the best.

Wonderful experience! Someone was waiting for us as soon as we walked outside the airport and the check-in process was smooth. Our driver Andeca was great! Very friendly and got us to our resort quickly and safely. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy I was able to acquire the service of this company for our private transportation to and from Montego Bay Airport to Sandals South Coast. Our driver Raj to the resort was personable & friendly, he made the ride into the mountains on the winding roads manageable and before we knew it we were at the resort. Our ride back with Richard was just as manageable, he was cautious and attentive. Overall, great work!

There was no wait once we found out where we needed to go they shuttle service was there and the wait was under 10 minutes. The greeter was awesome and the driver was phenomenal. He educated us and stopped along the way to get something to eat since our flight was long. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They are very unprofessional and they will Charge your bank card twice by mistake then tell you that they did not do it; when it is clear on your bank statement that they have! Just book with your Hotel or stay you are with.

Just love this place, everyonr is kind, great personality and helpful. The 2nd day I had an opportunity to meet Keenio, he was very pleasant and helpful. Made us feel like we were home. I'll be back real soon

Thank you for a great experience and for making our transfer from the airport to the hotel and back so smoothless. Keron was our driver and he was one of the nicest and friendliest guy you will ever meet. He was on time, always smiling, very helpful and made the entire transfer one less thing we had to worry about. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. We were also very impressed how Clean the shuttle was and by far I recommend private shuttle as we beat the bus to the hotel and got our room first and avoided the line up to register. Thank you Keron and 100% recommend and endorse Keron for your next transfer. Safe 100%. We travelled April 17th 2023.

Had such an unforgettable experience at Blue hole! Truly an amazing time with the family. Our driver Kuran went above and beyond getting us there. We booked on a Tuesday, the only issue with that is that Konoko Falls is closed on Tuesdays and only open for cruise ships on Tuesdays. There was nothing on their website to indicate that at all. Really wish we could’ve experienced Konoko falls! :(
