Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, we are a bit confused about your facts. Our driver called the office after the 15 minutes grace period has passed on your departure pickup. The front desk called your room without any answer, the agent at the bell desk told us they called your room without an answer. Multiple calls were made to your phone to no avail from our office. You arrived in the lobby 50 minutes after your scheduled departure pickup time and didn't even try to make contact with our office, knowing that your driver was waiting for you. We sent an email 24 hours before your departure in which you confirmed your pickup time. We respect your time and ask that you also respect our other clients' time too. You did not book the vehicle for the day, you paid for a private airport transfer, therefore, showing up 50 minutes later without making contact us our office could have affected other clients' pickup. Our drivers go through rigorous training and know-how to behave in any given situation. So it is shocking to hear the claims that are making, if this was indeed facts the hotel would have reported him to us immediately.
