Orlando was prompt for each pickup. He stayed with us or very near us for every location he took us off resort. I never felt unsafe but this attention added a greater measure of comfort. The ride from the airport was so lit and set the stage for a great trip. On the way back to the airport he offered ideas to improve our experience on our next visit. He even made himself available for questions if we had any while planning our next trip.

Round Trip Transfer from Montego Bay to Sandals Dunn’s River. Driver was Orlando, prompt, courteous, and extremely safe driving. Great communication before pickup and before departure pick up. Very clean, well maintained vehicles. I will definitely use them again on future travels-

My husband, a friend and I recently took a chance on Island Life Tours booking private, round trip transportation from the airport to our Montego Bay hotel. I paid a $20 down payment months before and the balance was to be paid cash on arrival. The morning before our flight I sent an email asking that they confirm and they called me back within half an hour confirming that they would be waiting at the airport, gave me specific directions as to where and assured me that regardless of delays, they would be there for us. When we arrived they were exactly where they said they would be. The suv was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned and our driver was very friendly and courteous. We paid in full and the day before our return flight I received an email suggesting a pick up time and I confirmed and when we were ready to leave our lift was there early. Orlando was everything you could want in a driver and we made it back to the airport in good time. We’ll definitely book with Island Life Tours again in future as

Orlando was incredible! He remained in contact before and during our trip to make sure he was on top of any changes or delayed. Of course he was knowledgeable of the area and he even made a quick pitstop to ensure we experienced some authentic Jamaican cuisine! 10/10 and I will definitely be recommending his services to friends and family!

Orlando was very patient as our flight, immigration, and receiving our bags was a task. Made sure the vehicle was cool & nice upon arrival. Showed us different different locations and even recommended a few spots for authentic foods, which he purchased for us! Overall excellent experience and mad cool like you riding with your family. If you ever get a chance to do an excursion with Orlando, do it! We spent a whole day with him and it was one of the best days we had in Jamaica. He is extremely patient and considerate and made sure we had quality moments from Montego Bay to Negril and back. I highly recommend him for any of your excursions and/or other travel needs!

Highly recommend this tour. Private driver that picks you up at the lobby & drives straight to the River. Big thanks to Olando! He got us there in great timing and we were the first on the river so our cruise down felt very private. He also took some pics of us at different spots along our river ride. Our Raft Captain, Johnson was nice and very experienced. I would come back to this tour, hopefully when the Jerk Stops on the side of the river open back up for operation. I will say bring some bug spray!

Island Life Tours Jamaica put our family at ease with our transportation needs to and from the airport and resort. They promptly answered our emails with loads of information. Their vehicles were clean, modern and spacious. The drivers were very courteous and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I would just like to bow down and thank Olando all the thanks in the world! I don't even know if that would be enough thanks. So there was a delay in the airline schedule that pushed the pickup time at Montego Bay Airport to a later time. I got this notice when I was still in Toronto. I immediately emailed Island Life Tours Jamaica that I would be late arriving. I did this because when you book the tour at the beginning you have to tell them your airline & flight number with the time of arrival at MBJ. An hour after that I got another email from the airline company saying that it would be delayed again and pushed further out. I once again emailed the tour company to notify them. These two times where I emailed the tour company, no one had responded with a reply saying that they acknowledged my emails. I was a bit worried. A third email from the Airline company Westjet was sent to me again, and so I notified Island Life Tours Jamaica. Again, no reply from them. Then I had to go to the airport for my departure. When I was at the airport, I had received yet another email from Westjet saying that there will be another delay. I didn't end up emailing Island Life Tours Jamaica because I didn't want to send them a fourth email without knowing if there might a fifth delay email. Once on the plane, the pilot said it would be an hour later until we actually would take off because of mechanical issues, etc...so by this time, the time difference of the original time landing in Montego Bay to the actually time of arrival would have been a difference of 4 hours. All this time, I am so nervous that Island Lfe Tours Jamaica wouldn't even be there at the airport to pick up me and my family because I hadn't heard from them and plus I don't think that they'd wait 4 hours for a pick up. It would have been like around 10 pm their local time in Jamaica when we would actually land. When I landed, I was expecting to grab a taxi to go to my hotel, which is around 1 and a half hour away, Moon Palace Jamaica in Ocho Rios. But I was super happy when I saw Olando outside in the waiting area with a sign that had my name on it! I was so happy that I was about to jump onto him and give him a kiss and a hug, but I held back as there were still many people around. I told him that I couldn't believe he was still there to pick me up. He told me that he was tracking the flight and new about the multiple delays. Thank you so much Olando!! After we got into the private van with A/C, we just chatted about stuff. This guy is pretty cool....I'm into the car scene and stuff, and what do you know, this guy also is into cars, driving manual, and JDM cars....so sick!! We also talked about Jamaican music and we also had that in common. We both love 90's Dance Hall with the likes of artists such as Beenie Man, Buju Banton, Shabba Ranks, Nadine Sutherland. He even know the Dance Hall artist named Snow who is originally from Toronto!! Oh and one other thing, since I am from Canada, I couldn't pay the tour company through Zelle. So I had to pay by cash. The tour compony wanted me to pay in full upfront when they picked me up from the airport. So again back to the earlier experience of the flight delay, I would have thought that they would have left after waiting an hour since it was a long wait. But Olando still picked me up. I was so happy. The cost of round trip from MBJ to Ocho Rios and back to MBJ airport is a few hundred dollars. Since I paid in full already, the tour company could have just taken my money and run because technically I paid for the trip from the hotel back to the airport already. But on the day of the return trip, Olando was right there nice and early. Props to Olando, my brotha from anotha mother!!
