The booking process was very easy and all aspects of our trip were explained in detail. Michael Daley was our tour guide, he was very polite and went above and beyond to help make our trip very memorable. During a pleasant car journey Michael spoke about Jamaican culture and he gave us some interesting facts about the island, stopping on the way to show us a couple of landmarks. Dunns River Falls was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend this trip with Holiday Services to anyone.

Andre was amazing! Great ride back to the airport to fly home from our vacation. Vibe was great. Good music, light conversation and air conditioning. Make sure you ask for Andre if you need any private transportation!

The cruise was amazing. Good vibe and good entertainment. The crew members go beyond what excepted. It was a wonderful experience.

In 20 years of active travel and organizing tours all over the World for others too, this was the worst service and attitude from any company we experienced by mile. Holiday Services Jamaica not only mixed their bookings and didn't greet our group of 32 tourists from Caribbean cruise, leading to clients waiting for 1,5 hours in the heat and missing one of the only two sights on excursion and Jamaica visit, they as well tried to take advantage of their own mistake and overcharge charging full price for shorter tour without guide, although we paid for longer, guided tour (with 2 guides). Only after protest of overcharging they unwillingly made symbolic discount, still leaving us with damaged reputation and large losses, because we just had to made full refund to clients to save our face for such a bad tour without guides, packed like sardines in small coach, 1,5 h standing in heat, missing Green Grotto (one of two sight visiting Jamaica) and doing just 3,5 hours tour instead of 5,5 h excursion that was paid. This was the first and definitely the last group we operate with them, because for this company there is no clue what the word responsibility means. P.S. When tour leader arriving at Falmouth port finally reached them on phone asking where they are, they didn't had any clue about our booking (they even needed time to locate it and understand who is calling), which was confirmed by them few times and fully paid from our side. After tour they started to say something about voucher, that we need some voucher, but we exchanged at least 25 emails discussing cooperation and itinerary of the tour, I asked them to confirm the booking and tour, which they did, then before arrival asked to send all final documentation and contacts, and they sent itinerary file, we made full payment after receiving invoice and sent payment copy, but never anything about voucher was said, even after asking for final documents and receiving itinerary document with timings and details from them. I would understand some communication error can happen between different transport and tour companies, but they are selling their own transport services, then how they didn't had any clue of our booking after all these emails, confirmation and payment is mystery.

MBJ transfer to our hotel, our driver Andre was awesome. He was friendly, engaging, pointed out local areas of interest. He was safe and got us to our hotel expeditiously.

Really disappointed in the Negril Catamaran and Rick Café trip. Having done catamaran tours on other islands, which were fantastic days out, this one was not value for money and very disappointing. The advertisement does not reflect the experience. We were staying in Montego Bay and assumed that we would be getting on the catamaran there and then sailing to Negril. Not so. A mini bus picked us up and 9am and after all the other pick ups drove to Negril. 3.5hours on a bus with no water, snacks, anything! Once in Negril Bay, the bus stopped at a gift shop for 30mins which no one was interested in, but was just relief to stretch the legs! Then took us next door to a bar/restaurant - Margaritaville for another 1.5hours. At this point we realised that no lunch was being provided by this tour. At over £400 for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) we expected lunch to be included!!! At Margaritaville, you could get 10% off their massively overinflated prices for burger/chips etc. So now 5.5hours into the catamaran day trip and still have not set foot on a catamaran! We just felt shuttled from one business to another to spend more money over and above the £400+ we already paid for the day out. After finally getting on the catamaran, at 2:40pm, things got a lot better. The Cruise Director and all the crew were great fun and the snorkelling was really lovely. Drinks are provided, but the only food is crisps. We stopped at Rick’s Café (also in Negril, so not far!) for about another 1.5hours. It’s not really a place for families with kids – more an 18-30 party vibe, but it was an experience and you do get some lovely views and can watch the fearless cliff divers. Then back on the catamaran for the fairly short trip back to Margaritaville to catch your 3+hr bus ride back to Montego Bay :( So for over £100 per ticket you get: 1) Nearly 7 hours drive in a mini bus - not guided and no water/snacks/anything. 2) Chance to spend more money at a Negril gift shop. 3) No lunch - buy your own lunch at Margaritaville at massively overinflated prices. 4) Spend a total of about 2.5-3hrs only on the catamaran (including snorkelling and the trip from Margaritaville to Rick’s Café and back) Not value for money and I would not recommend.

The apartment we were guests of for 2 weeks in Northampton Mass was not a good visit even thought the hosts are listed as super hosts. The property is in very bad shape, entire home has peeling paint and decks peeling wood and not clean. Rear yard mostly dirt and had broken glass and some garbage. Furniture very dirty outside, unusable. Inside gas oven pilot not lit, took host while to take part and light it. A/C not adequate, apartment is very outdated, kitchen chairs and one mattress could use updating. BR and Kitchen screens torn, flies around that side of home as business food store has dumpsters not far from there. Smoke detector not working, needed replacing. Upstair renters mostly quiet with a few exceptions. They need to fix some issues in their indoor space. There are better choices that are spotless and very pleasant furnishing in and out of their rentals. Next time I'll take better look at the photos.

Booked a tour with Tui to go to Ricks cafe in Negril. Brilliant day out and worth the money. Picked up at 11am stopped on the way for photos at the Negril sign. Went to a beach stop called Jamwest (company they use for the catamaran)lovely beach and bar. We had over 2hrs here. This is why it lost one mark. We only got an hour at Ricks cafe. Would prefer longer there than the beach. The staff and captain that took us were fabulous. We did snorkelling in caves on the way. Brilliant!! And they helped non swimmers and looked after them. This is a great day out. Highly recommend. Ricks cafe is lively and serves good food and drinks. Watched the people diving off the cliffs.

The catamaran was awesome! The water was beautiful. The overall experience was amazing. The crew was top tier. We had so much fun.

Wonderful trip, catamaran crew is very interactive and fun. Catamaran is clean and safe. Stops at iconic margaritaville and Ricks Cafe are icing on the cake. Our only was the pick up time, which was a TripAdvisor error not the Holiday team.

We will definitely be using Mobay on future trips to Jamaica. We had a large group and got them customs with ease. The drinks and food were a bonus. The customer service at the lounges was excellent.

The Catamaran tour was amazing, the tour guide was very helpful and nice, the Captain was funny and knew how to through a party.

Had a lot of fun. The staff was on time to pick us up and made sure that we were having fun. I will definitely book this trip again if I came back to Jamaica

Great trip out to Negril ! Kids had the time of their lives and everyone we encountered was amazing! Fun trip that occupies your entire day!
