This was our second year using Punta Cana Transfer and I'll tell you, hands down the best service, vehicles and drivers in Punta Cana. This year we had Super Mike take us to the hotel. Cold drinks at the ready he talked to us about our vacation and the DR. Helped with all the luggage and made sure we were well taken care of. On the way back Super Christopher, equally as enjoyable. Very clean and new SUV's and fleet. Haven't done any excursions yet BUT if I was to I'd be calling Jorge and the team at Punta Cana Transfer. Reliable, communicative, friendly and amazing. Also, extremely affordable and the best part, you'll beat the tour bus that has to drop off people at resorts along the way. You'll arrive anywhere from 30-90 minutes ahead and start your vacation early. On the way back get to enjoy more time at the resort as there's no one else to pick up, quick ride and boom, your at the airport. As Nike says, JUST DO IT!

This is one of the best car services we’ve booked on our trips. The driver was on time and he took us to the van where he blasted the A/C. Punta Cana is so hot that we were dying by the time we got to the van. We appreciate the driver having cold water for us. On the way back, he was on time as well. On the way to and from the airport we talked about the country and things we could do and see. We’re very happy with the service and recommend it 100%!

I booked this service last minute yesterday as I couldn’t get in contact with my original pick up company. I trusted that my partner and I would be safe because I know the steps Viator takes to ensure their safety and satisfaction for their customers. Julio texted me right away to establish the pickup time, the driver and things to expect. The driver was Alex and he was great. He held a sign of my name to let me know he was the driver and also took a picture of me right next to the sign after we got settled in the car so the company knows that I was there and safe. Overall great experience, definitely took my worries away as I stated previously, I couldn’t get a hold of my original pickup driver/company. 10/10.
