Elvin was great! He asked what kind of music we wanted at the beginning of the ride and also would point out a few spots throughout the ride. Very helpful, respectful and kind.

Fendy was our driver and he definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of from stopping at gas station for energy drink to once he heard of our love for authentic empanadas he stopped by local market to get me one which also was so tasty he wanted to make sure we were comfortable and we definitely were happy with his service ❤️

The transfer was not there when we arrived. There was nobody there holding a sign with our name on it which is what our confirmation email said would happen. We found someone who made some calls and connected us with a man with Diamond Tours on his shirt. This man was very nice and made calls to get somebody to the airport to pick us up. About an hour later somebody arrived and took us to our hotel. The driver was very nice, and we appreciate the ride. We will not use Diamond Tours again however due to the mismanagement of our reservation.

I am so glad I had this shuttle! I was solo travelling and the driver really helped me a lot. My driver Alexander was so helpful, the hotel was closed because I was arriving late in the night and he was helping me to go to the ATM and find a new hotel. He didn't let me go until he knew I was safe and he even offered me to call in case I need anything. I don't want to imagine how this night would have turned out if he had just let me out on the street, THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!

Visiting the Dominican Republic with family from Canada. The service was very professional. Excellent communication and on time. Sebastian was awesome and made sure we were taken care of at every step. Our Spanish isn’t great but everyone spoke English which was very helpful. 100% recommend this service and would definitely use them for a future visit.
