We booked this company for 3 round trip transfers for a family vacation. We couldn’t get a confirmation before we arrived in Punta Cana. After two weeks and several emails and chats we canceled our reservation. Our other family members chose to keep their reservation. This company never picked them up or answered their phone when they called for a pick up. The other transportation companies at the airport didn’t seem to know anything about them. Our family members had to find another transportation to and from the airport. We would not recommend anything about this company. Beware.
