Absolutely loved it!! All the team were great, especially Tutti Fruity who brought energy all through the glass bottom boat ride! I didn’t suffer with any motion sickness but ultimately you are on a boat and a platform floating on the water so may want to take some medicine with you just in case!! I’m not a good swimmer and a little panicky in water but felt really comfortable as divers with you all the way and you only briefly have to dip your head under to get in and out. The only slight negative was it was a bit of a longer trip than I thought it would be. We were picked up at our hotel at 8:30am and arrived back around 2pm when we only thought we would be out for around 4 hours. Thanks to all the team and we loved every minute of it 👍🏻

It was awesome! The view was gorgeous and we got to see dolphins and sea urchins. I through up, I wish they had medicine.

It was an interesting experience and the photos looked nice. I think I prefer actual scuba diving though

Is was a nice trip getting familiar with historical places and learning about the country's history. The scenery at the cave was lovely. I enjoyed hanging out in Colonial

Beautiful beach and water, absolutely terrible food. Catamaran takes a very long time to arrive so you are at the beach for only two hours.

My family and I booked this excursion through the hotel we were staying at. The representative for this excursion spinned it by saying that we will be speedboating to a natural pool where we could swim for 30 minutes then off to a private island where there would be delicious food and drink. He mentioned that there would be comfortable chairs and even nice beds to lay on. Boy, was that so incorrect. the snacks on the speedboat were fruit skewers with 2 pieces of fruit that would not feed a bird. The pool was a little area with about a dozen other boats there as well dropping off passengers. After 30 minutes we were back on the boat heading for our private island. OMG, it was shared with the Windsong hotel. The buffet was not edible. Two shrimps on a skewer. The pork chops were dry, the chicken was no edible as well. The rice was okay. When I went back for more rice (carb diet), the food was packed up. No salad, fruit, or Caribbean dessert was served as mentioned. They ran out of soda. The beach was packed. The lounges were filthy and there were no comfortable beds in sight. This was very disappointing and being booked through a hotel the price was very expensive. Our mistake, shame on us. I mentioned this to the tour representative. After a couple of emails back and forth, they offered me some money back. They offered me $84. Now, there were 5 adults. I asked me if that was per person. It was not. That's okay. Because we learned a lesson. But, before you book this tour, please get the full facts. We basically spent a lot of money to be away from our beautiful resort (Secrets Cap Cana) to be miserable.

It was great experience. I had alot of fun with the multiple stops. Felt the time was to short each stop.

This was not a good experience because the weather was bad... It was raining and the visibility was not good and there were not that many fish... However, my rating is more about the experience and iteration with the crew... the guys helping with the ScubaDoo tried to do their best under the circumstances, but the guy that we dealt with after we came back was not helpful at all... he was more focused on selling us the pictures than anything else... the trip was supposed to include a ride on a glass bottom boat and we were supposed to get a snack. After the ScubaDoo, we were picked up by a small boat and we went back to shore. When we asked the guy about the snack (cause we were starving) he avoided us... It wasn't until 3 of us went at the same time and asked and the guy told us that because the glass bottom boat didn't not pick us up, we were not getting the snacks. When asked about where was that boat he pointed to the pier which was less than 200 meters away and when asked if he could bring the snacks to us, we walked away and said it was not possible and told the driver to take us back to our hotels...

Great all around excursion with snorkeling and the scubadoo. The employees make the corriente though as they are super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the boys Christopher, Oscar and the rest of the team!

This experience was amazing!!! The tour guides were really helpful and caring. FYI I can't swim and they made sure, to handle me with care in and out of the scubadoo. We also did snorkeling while we wait our turn and it was just awesome. Definitely an experience, the pics aren't expensive. I paid $35 for 40 pics of myself and my boyfriend.

A beautiful island and great fun on the boat. Be prepared for how hot it is though, scorching heat and not much shade! Food was ok, chops and chicken nice but pasta bolognese was cold and very salty, not nice at all… There are lots of biting flies, a bit like horsefly’s which were horrible but these were around the seating areas where the food is, not as many on beach and if you get in the sea no problem…..constantly pestered by sales people on the beach which is tiresome and a photographer in the boat who wants to sell you the photos, barter with them as they try high prices at first… we loved the boat trip , fun and friendly and facilities are great.. journey a long one with several. bUs changes going but coming back was direct for us and fine. On the way we stopped for snorkelling which was well organised and really great as we saw coral reef and lots of fish and starfish.

I have to say I was really excited to try this. It looks very cool, but I ended up being pretty disappointed. I’ll put the points below. 1. The drive to get there was good can’t complain about that. It was a nice air-conditioned vehicle. 2. When we got to the drop off spot, the people were friendly, and they took us out to a long boat to transport us to the other boat and that was fine too. 3. It says you get to tour around in a glass bottom boat on your way out to the platform. We just went out in a regular boat. They never let us go on a glass bottom boat so we didn’t get to see any of the scenery and we weren’t told anything about it. 4. It says that when you get to the platform you get snacks and drinks are included and we were not given anything even though the tour guides and dive guides were very nice they didn’t offer anything. 5. The scuba bikes are very misleading in the pictures they’re not self guided you basically have a guy in scuba gear that’s pushing you around and there’s a bouy attached, so you never go deeper than 3 feet between your head and the surface. The ad says you can go as low as 5 m which is 15 feet which is completely untrue because the float won’t let your head go any lower than 3 feet below the water. 6. We did get to do some snorkelling around the boat, because there was about 10 of us in the group, and only two scuba units so while people were going, everyone else was either sitting and waiting for their turn, or they could go out and do some snorkelling on their own.

Despite the mixed reviews I decided to give it a try and I’m SO glad I did!! Everything was very punctual and barely any waiting around. Hands down the coolest experience I’ve ever had!!

We loved it. Great experience. Great staff. Good pick up and drop off. Ideal tolk0jp8 experience equivalent of scuba diving if your not a good swimmer. Read bad reviews about, not being able to steer or drive the scubadoos, which technically it's very limited so kind of true. Al reviews about not enough time, but to be fair we thought it was ample for the experience. You can top up your water time with snorkerling if you desire. All round fab experience for us. Marked down for the traders that get you at the end of the trip coming to hassle you to buy stuff.
