We had several transfers booked through Cocotours, we would receive a message on the day of travel to confirm the details, they were always there promptly and the vehicle was in good condition and the driver drove well, they also accommodated a couple of changes without issue. Recommended and will definitely use again

Coco tours was extremely accommodating. We were traveling from Monte Cristi to Punta Rucia in the morning then back in the evening. Despite how long this ride was, they were able to find us a driver at a very reasonable price for the round trip. Our driver, Alfredo, was a great driver and very friendly person. I highly recommend the service.

Driver picked us up from the airport and then from hotel to return to airport. Both times communication was clear and timely via Whats app. Driver was always there earlier than the time we had scheduled. Safe driving. First vehicle was a bit older condition than the 2nd and hot/low AC but 2nd was much better.

We booked Cocotours to transport us to/from our resort in Puerto Plata from the Santiago airport, since we had a large group. They were very timely, and the cost was quite reasonable for a transport of 8 people. The drivers were very accommodating. I have used them several times, and they are always reliable, reasonable and get us safely to our destination!

My wife and I used this service to transfer from PC airport to a local resort and return. In both cases the drivers were prompt and professional. They were good and careful drivers (you have to be in the DR!!), and the price was reasonable, especially compared to what others were asking. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
