This was our 5th trip to Punta Cana but my 1st time booking with Coco Tours for our family of 4. I booked because of the great reviews buuuttt there was no one waiting there for us. We had to search and research all the signs with names on them while tons of other drivers and companies were relentless trying to get us to use them for a ride. We Finally found our name on a board that was left laying flat on the counter. We waited there until a lady came at least 15 minutes later. She had to call someone several times to confirm our party. Then we walked to the pick up area where we waited another 20 minutes for a car to come pick us up. It was all very frustrating. Every other company that we've used was waiting there with no problems upon our arrival. When they texted me a couple days later to ask if we needed rides to anywhere for excursions, I explained what happened and that's when all communications went cold. No response.

Amazing service. We have used cocotours several times over last few years. Our flight was delayed and we have arrived to Punta Cana after 1 am but the driver was promptly waiting for us. The minute we landed and turned on our phones we have received WhatsApp message with picture of the welcome sign with my name so we knew what to look for. I would highly recommend Cocotours to anyone in need of airport transfer out of PUJ

I am from the US and my boyfriend is from Haiti. I arrived 3 hrs prior to him. The gentleman picking us up was very nice. It was just us in the van, ride is about 30 min from SDQ airport to Emotions Julio Dolio resort. Booking the transportation was fairly easy for the both of us it came up to $44 which I thought fair.

They provided very reliable driving services to us, pick-up was always precisely on time, which we very much appreciated. They seem to be using different local drivers under the company's name, so the quality of the vehicle, driving style and character of the drivers varied widely, ranging from some providing us with wifi and being very safe, polite and laid-back; to a younger man who tried to be a tour-guide including bringing us to some souvenir shops. However, we were able to deny this and he just got us to our destination. Overall, good experience and would book again with them.

We loved using CocoTours. Super easy to book and both times, the drivers were in advance. We felt super safe with our drivers (shout out to Daniel). We highly recommend and we will definitely use them again !

We arrived in Santo Domingo airport at 3am and our driver was ready and waiting for us with a sign. We were exhausted and got into a very clean van that we had all to ourselves (likely due to the early hour). We arrived at our resort in La Romana in record time. On our trip back to Santo Domingo airport our pick up time was 1 am. Our driver was 25 minutes early which was a welcome surprise. We arrived to the airport with time to spare and our driver offered us bottled water as we were getting out of the van, which again was spotless. Very impressed with Cocotours and will absolutely be using them again.

Coco tour have a very excellent communication. The driver Sylvester was very professional and kind to myself and family. Coco tour is very reliable and safe. I would recommend Coco tour to anyone.

We did about three transfer and all were great from SDQ to Cap Cana, Cap cana to Puerto plata and then back to SDQ. Our experience was as easy as it can get. From the booking to the transfer all staff are helpful. Two thumbs up

I have nothing but praise for the service that I recieved from Steve and his team when they looked after my family and I providing our return airport transfers from Punta Cana airport to Our hotel in La Romana. Everything was well organised. Booking was easy and communication to confirm our booking was really quick. The drivers were polite, friendly, punctual and our cold beer on arrival was really welcome. I Will definately use Coco Tours again and would recommend.

Used service to pick up from Punta Cana to Santiago, 4.5 hours later we were in the city.... Great A.C and wi-fi included.

My wife and I traveled to the Dominican Republic in mid-June. We used Cocotours for transport to and from the hotel to the airport. The service was excellent and very affordable... and our driver was on time, friendly and professional. Before and during our stay it was easy to communicate with Cocotours to make changes to our original hotel destination. We will use Cocotours again on our next visit to the Dominican Republic.

Last week I booked this so called company to transport my friends and I to another city in the Dominican Republic they required a deposit ASAP so I paid them but they never showed up to pick us up at the agreed time we waited over 20 minutes and ended up calling another taxi service as we were going to miss our reservation. Extremely unprofessional I have called multiple times to ask for my deposit back and they refuse and ignore my messages! They are scammers liars and thieves save yourself the trouble and book someone else

I've used Coco Tours twice for transportation to/from the airport on 2 separate occasions to get me and my FAMILY safe to our resort for vacation in Dominican Republic. The first trip was on time, professional and courteous. The second time same great service all around however this time, I accidentally left my purse and cell phone in the van after being dropped off to the airport at 4am for a 6am flight! 30 mins into me being at the airport is when i realized i left my purse/phone behind smh...so I acted swiftly and called the 1-800 number in a confirmation email from Coco Tours I just so happened to fwd to my husbands email (that's the admin in me lol) - thank goodness I did. They answered right away, were able to contact the driver...but he was 1-hour away!!! Luckily he turned right around and drove back to my aiport to deliver my belongings literally in the knick of time...he definitely got an extra tip. He SAVE THE DAY!!!!

Our hotel in La Romana offers complimentary transfers from La Romana airport but not from Punta Cana. When we saw the price from Punta Cana with the same company we looked and found Cocotours offered a better price so we booked it with them. After coming through customs, we found their desk with my name in big block letters, gave then the reservation and the walked us to a new, clean van that took us directly to our hotel. Coming back, they sent a confirming email the day before and a few minutes before they said they would pick us up, the van was there. Even though it was private transportation, they picked us up about an hour earlier than it needed to be and there was no way I could change it. So instead of waiting 3 hours at the airport, we got on an earlier flight

We had a great experience with Cocotours. We were able to find the rep at the airport easily. We had a nice transfer to and from the airport. We booked an all-day excursion with Juan Gonzales at our hotel, Oceans El Faro. The tour was very nice. Our tour was led by Mildred and she was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to Saona Island on a catamaran sail. We had a great day. Thanks for the great service. We would recommend Cocotours.
