The round trip was quiet, the view and the landscape on the highway was beautiful, but the most beautiful was when we arrived at the bay to ride the jet skis, the very beautiful port, the jet ski tour was very fun, the view of the town of boca chica was out of the ordinary, and the food was delicious, very good fresh fish, we recommend the tour the fish was amazing......thank you Dix

we was a some friend from saturaday to sunday late in the morning .,we have a very good time,i rcomend thist place when others clouse they still open untill next day is perfect for people that don want to go sleep early jaaaaaaaaa

I was able to schedule shopping tour after the area we were in closed. The transportation co offered alternate shopping choice. The driver they sent was not licensed and unable to enter into our resort. It was scary and unnerving to ride in the vehicle. Thankfully he did take us to shopping in Bavaro. The place was ok. I enjoyed the cigars and found a nice silver necklace. The tour shouldn’t be sold if the facility is closed.

Firstly, the pictures are misleading. We were not on ATV's, we were on dune buggies. Lost a star for that. And almost everyone in our group had to swap buggies with the tour guides at one point. The brakes are a bit finicky and hard to press. You have to pump it to get it to slow down and mine broke down entirely on me. Felt more like bumper cars. This is specifically the reason I wanted ATV's (as they would be easier to control) and chose this company because of the pictures. So imagine my disappointment when we were greeted by two rows of dune buggies. Purchased the option to each drive our own ATV but was told we had to share when we arrived. Took another star away for that. Took about 30mins to get that resolved with owner who wasn't onsite. We showed/texted them the ticket we received upon booking where it clearly stated "1 person per ATV." We refused to accept anything less and almost went back to the hotel but in the end we each got our own. The excursion was fun. Prepare to get muddy and wet and wear a long sleeve shirt or light sweater to protect you from the sun. Don't forget your bandana and sunglasses. I also brought wet shoes which came in very handy. Theres also lots of people trying to sell you stuff IN DOLLARS at each stop. It was a bit annoying, sometimes you just want to enjoy the excursion without being haggled every 3 seconds to buy something but it's understandable

Online booking for a day tour to Saona. Confirmation email with all details received...except no one showed up! After 45 minutes, I called them to hear that there was no tour planned. Avoid them and please do not pay in advance

Not worth the money at all. First we only saw our guide at the first bar after that he sent someone else to drop us at the second venue then told us to walk to all the other places and to text when we are done to be picked up. When we texted we were made to wait for an hour and a bit to be picked up. This is like paying for an overpriced taxi. All the places we went to were free to get into so there really was no need to pay for this. A quick internet search will tell you all the good spots (the places we went to were all within walking distance from each other) and if you can negotiate a good deal the taxi will cost you way less than this would. In conclusion SAVE YOUR MONEY

Never showed up despite receiving a text confirmation of the booking. Tried calling and messaging them 30 mins past the pickup time. No response. Had to book a taxi directly with the hotel otherwise I would have missed my flight. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
