They did everything they said they would. Their communication was excellent. They were on time. There were no hidden costs. The drivers were friendly. The vans they used were in good condition. I could not have asked for anything better. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, the same driver happened to pick me up from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. Was helpful with opening up the car doors, getting luggage. Was seamless and professional.

The instructions were very easy to follow to locate our driver and the vehicle was nice! They were still welcoming even though our flight was delayed 40 mins : )

When booking a horse back riding trip I looked for 2 things… galloping and to make sure the horses are in good condition. Not only was I able to gallop, the horses were in great shape and health. They looked very well taken care of and they were so calm and well behaved. My horse was a little sassy but all horses have personality- and it adds to the fun and speed! The guides were so great and lots of good energy. I felt safe and had an amazing time. The beach was beautiful and some people complained about the photo time but I thought it was great. They are super organized. I would 10/10 go again! Thank you! 🐎 🤩

When first arriving to Punta Cana in the airport it can be very overwhelming, with locals offering transportation, especially if you don't speak the language. This service was the best choice we could have made. Safe, reliable, clear communication was my experience hiring this company. The vehicle was modern, clean, with air conditioning, music was playing and driver was polite. Top tier service great start and ending to our vacation.

So, let me start by saying the pick up from the airport was FABULOUS! I received prompt messages from the company where they gave us detailed instructions on where to find our driver from the airport. Our first driver, Chris, was FANTASTIC! Very conversational and almost felt like we were talking with family (he was bilingual and lived in the states, very similar to my father!) Then things got…tricky. The day before our departure, I figured I would spontaneously book a parasailing trip with the company. I booked via text message with the company and paid through Cashapp. Now, I do admit, I should have asked more questions prior to booking. I did not know we would be picking up people from other hotels, nor did I know WHERE we were going for parasailing. Additionally, our driver, who I’m sure is a nice guy deep down, made my sister feel VERY uncomfortable as he became frustrated when the security at the Majestic wouldn’t let him in to pick up the other passengers. We waited there for nearly 20 minutes, very confused and stressed, until they finally let him in the resort. Additionally, his van was not the nicest. He tried connecting his audio to bluetooth, but the audio kept getting disconnected, and he would curse each time this happened. He would have to reach ACROSS MY SISTER to reconnect the audio, which made her even more uncomfortable and rather frightened. Finally, we arrive at the beach, and our group is confused as to where to go. With very little direction given, we just ended up following our entire group onto a boat. As the boat pulled out, I came to realize, this boat was actually a party cruise, not parasailing. FORTUNATELY, upon contacting the company and informing the staff on the boat, we were able to be transferred onto the correct boat for parasailing. I was still bummed that we weren’t parasailing with a group, it was just me and my sister, so we sailed in the air for 10 minutes, and then it was all over. The whole ordeal had us pretty rattled, so I probably won’t be booking again, at least for excursions… The drop-off to the airport was not bad at all! Although, the directions we were given were confusing. We were told to wait in the Luxury Ambar lobby, but didn’t know that pickup was actually at Aquamarine. Thankfully we were able to get to Aquamarine quickly and meet our driver. He was very professional and his van was immaculate. All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY use them again for transfers to and from the airport, but will probably look elsewhere for tours.

Drivers were on time and even early, friendly, safe. Overall tremendous transportation service and will 100% book again. Felt very welcomed and safe. SUVs were very nice and have zero complaints. Best private SUV transportation in Punta Cana!

There isn’t enough space to leave an accurate description of the day. They absolutely over promise and under deliver. They try to up-sale folks when the experience is the same. Don’t fall for it!! You are there with about 500 other people. It was an 8 hour trip that turned into 11. Food was mediocre at best. The bathrooms were deplorable, no toilet seats, didn’t flush, no running water or hand sanitizer and the chairs was broken. The boat to boat transfers were dangerous and not the least bit stable. In addition the service team was beyond rude. They want your money but do not provide the basics of customer service. You could tell the difference in how English speaking customers were treated verses Spanish speaking customers. Bottom line, don’t book it. Waste of time and money!

Excellent communication!!!! They kept in contact the day before service, during trip, and day before return service. On-time. No pressure to purchase other tours. A/C van offering water. English by all was great. Definitely will recommend for singles or groups.
