My wife and I travel 3-4 times a year, and have done so for at least 10 years, and I can honestly say this was by far the worst "limo" experience we've ever had. When we got to the airport, unlike all other vendors, they do not have their own booth. They share a booth with another local company, which is fine, but the other company had taken their cardboard sign down at Counter 15 and put up his own sign. Upon arrival, after speaking to 3 other people to find out that this was the case, another guy said the Punta Cana Limo Transfer rep is on a quick break and will be right back. 15 minutes or so later the rep shows up, no apologies, greetings or anything, asks for our name and takes roughly 5 minutes finding our names in the 40 sheets or so of paper he's carrying around. After finding our name, he takes us out of the airport (in the 95 degree heat) and hands us and 4 more groups of people to another rep, who starts the name-asking process again, which takes another 10 minutes. We're then told that the private cars will be here "shortly". After another 15 minutes of standing in the heat, I ask her again, for the third time, and she finally waves down a car labeled "Agape Transport" to take us to the hotel. It ultimately took over 40 minutes of standing around at the airport before the car came, whereas we could have taken a cab for$45, or a private car booked at the airport for only $15 more and been on our way within 5 minutes.
The person we were in contact with, Alexis Marte, only responds to emails selectively, when its to his benefit or choosing. He had given us 2 phone numbers, and another 2 phone numbers on the "Welcome" email, all of which are either disconnected or turned off. On our return trip we emailed Alexis and asked if we can depart a few minutes eariler than our planned time, knowing that they're incompetent and will likely be late. He replied instantly saying "yes that's fine, we'll be there etc." As expected even on the return trip to the airport the driver was 20 minutes late. Literally the worst experience we've ever had. Lesson learned, either use the hotel limo service ($50 more) or book one at the airport. I'd bet with a bit of negotiations you can even get them down to the same price. I'm frankly confused as to how these guys have such high ratings, but our experience was horrible....

We booked a round trip from the airport to our hotel and then from the hotel to the airport on our check out day..we booked it for 10 people and paid $200 with tip. Andy, our guide, gave us his number and after dropping us we never heard from him..we texted him multiple times to confirm and called him as well, he never answered or got back to us..we ended up having to spend another $120 to go back to airport..do not pay up front!!!

Where do I begin?! It started off as a welcoming experience due to how nice the sales guy was. I got off the plane and there was the sales guy waiting for me with the welcome sign as requested. They sold me a private boat party package which I was ok with. After that I no longer felt like a VIP. We got in the vehicle and the driver may have not spoken any English because they did not say a word the entire 30-minute trip to the Hotel. We requested the language to be English so not sure why that would be an issue. We still provided a tip because we are nice people. When it was time to go back to the airport the driver was at the wrong hotel and placed the blame on us. Which did not make any sense at all because they asked us if we are getting picked up from the same Hotel. They were almost an hour late and we almost missed our flight. We called the driver; they did not pick up the phone. We were forced to pay for another means of transportation just so that we would not be inconvenienced and miss our flight. If you would like to get treated like VIP, get a driver from the airport, they are more welcoming than the drivers with this company. Never again will I book through this company. I provided a 1-star review because at least we got to the hotel. Also, when I requested a refund for half since we did not get the ride back of course there was no response. By far the only bad part of my birthday experience. Hopefully I saved you all from having a bad experience as well.

We have used punta cana limo transfers several time, the last time being 9th Oct 22 to Dominicus from Santo Domingo and returning on the 30th, what can l say other than the service we get from Alex and his team is by far the best, when you are about to start a holiday you want to know that the the experience from the airport is giving you the perfect start to your vacation , service with a friendly smile and comfort along the journey with the option of a cold drink if required.
We had to contact them via email prior to the holiday to amend the transfer details due to hurricane damage at Hilton La Romana, details of new resort logged and as usual perfect pick up and drop off.
4 days into the holiday we again had to email them with yet another change, this time the pick up for return to SDQ was from Dreams Dominicus, again a confirmation email received to say their system was update.
on completion of our holiday we were so pleased to see that Alex arrived to transport us back to the airport. This guy is amazing along with his team, thank you for the perfect service that you provide.

As a very very frequent traveller, I appreciate excellence. you are planning a trip here to the DR, you won’t find a higher level of excellence than Punta Cana Limo. Alexis is a gentleman of rare quality, kind, compassionate. After they brought us to the airport for our trip home, our flight was cancelled. The airline bussed us to a hotel an hour away on the other side of the island. At 12:30am Alexis was on the phone with me and sent his best, Jose Scroggins, to rescue us in the morning and bring us back to the airport, all at an incredibly fair rate. As we plan future trips to the DR, Punta Cana Limo will always be part of every trip. A huge thank you to Alexis and his team. (Tip - ask for Jose Scroggins as your driver - wonderful man)

Jose severino was an excellent driver! Car was clean and he was so accomodating! On time, car smelled great, offered water and beer, and asked to play any music selection or song we wanted or silence if preferred! He was a great driver for our aieport transfer! Made having to leave thia beautiful country a little less sad!

We used Punta Cana limo transfer for transfer between the airport and our hotel in La romana. Miguel Vielma was a great driver, knowledgeable in English and Spanish. Overall experience with Miguel was great, safe driver and timely. Booking the actual trip with Punta Cana limo was a bit difficult this time. In the past we have used them and communication through email worked perfectly but this time I had to call each time to get them to answer the email. Frustrating but overall a nice riding car, we did the Chevy Suburban option, definitely the way to go over the van or bus options! Thanks Miguel!

This is great outfit . Alex’s communications were timely and they even arranged a car seat at the last minute. It was easy to find the kiosk . From the woman who helped us at the airport to our driver Ramon who very kind and professional… highly recommended.. will use them over any other service at Punta Cana .

Wilmer was GREAT, he picked us up in his Tahoe and it very spacious, comfortable A/C felt great which is needed for an hour and a half ride to our resort. It was for my husband, myself, Mother and father. Wilmer smiled the same whole time and made sure we felt like family. We would definitely ride with him again.

What a great way to start our vacation. José Severino R. picked us up at the airport and was fantastic the whole trip. He was very friendly, played great bachata music and even serenaded us. He took very good care of us. Highly recommend!

We are looking to book yourself for a transfer in July 2022. There will be 4 adults and 2 small children. My husband will be bringing his foldable motorbility Scooter.
What price are we looking at for a return Fromm the airport to the grand sirenis?
