This taxi service was excellent! It was our first time to DR and they made the transfer seamless and comfortable. Our flight landed late and they were right outside of baggage claim waiting!

Perfect. Booked transfer from airport to costa Dorada, round trip. Pick ups were perfect. Perfecto was great as a driver. Will definitely book again. Clean vehicles , good prices.

Coco tours provided our Puerto Plata Airport (POP) pick up and return. Upon arrival, our driver was waiting and very easy to find. Driver spoke English (helpful as we don’t yet speak Spanish). Lots of local history on the trip. Return pick up was also right on time. This was a very affordable private transport in a clean modern mini van.

This review is a bit late in coming but I wanted to pass on how pleased we were with Cocotours services-yet again. We travelled early November 2019 and used the transfer service of Cocotours from the POP airport to LHVC-return private transfer. As in the past the service is very prompt and professional. We will be definitely using their service again next time we travel to the Dominican Republic. Thanks so much.

Excellent levels of communication by all means, email, text, phone, etc. During working hours, after hours and weekends. We were a group of 10 who needed roundtrip transportation between the Punta Cana Intl. Airport and the Paradisus Palma Real Resort in Punta Cana. We were picked up at the airport on time and by a very friendly driver with a very comfortable, air-conditioned bus. On our return trip to the airport the driver was at our hotel 15 minutes ahead of time and again was super friendly. At the airport, the driver summoned several bag agents who escorted us right up to security and even completed our immigration forms. Cocotours made these virus threatening times much easier for all of us. I'm 73 years old and this is the best shuttle service I have ever seen.

Prompt arrival. Easy to spot. Safe driving. Communicated very well. My party had the van all to ourselves. That was super nice! Would recommend.

We used Cocotours to transport our party of 7 to a hotel and back to the airport during Christmas week. They were ready for us on time at both locations. When we arrived at the POP airport our driver was there with a sign and he quickly took us to a clean van and delivered us to our hotel. On our return to the airport the driver was again on time and dropped us at the airport. This company also communicated with me via text which was helpful. We would use them again and would recommend!

We stayed at the Tropical this past week and loved it!! We really enjoyed the entertainers Chocolate, Cappuccino, and Mosquito. We also visited the Cofressi pool a couple days where we enjoyed spending time with Justin Bieber, Julio, and Champion! We also met a model named Nicole who gave us a lot of helpful information about all the shows and activities! We loved spending time at the VIP beach. The service was great. Especially one of the bartenders, Jorge!! Overall the trip was great and I can’t wait to go back!!

If I could I would give a higher rating. From my initial contact with Lisette, she was courteous, responsive, and accommodating. She worked with me to tailor a trip to our specific needs. She, Our guide, Jose and driver arrived promptly to pick us up from our hotel. Jose was entertaining and informative throughout the trip. I would highly recommend booking with Cocotours and ask for the same team that we had. Entire group of twenty said that this is the best part of our vacation.

We made airport transfer reservations for 5 people from Santiago Airport to Puerto Plata weeks prior to our arrival. After retrieving our luggage, we proceeded to the ground transportation area of the airport. We looked for our names or the van with CocoTours logo. They were no where to be found. We made serval calls to the agency and no one answered nor returned our calls. We got lucky that the airport information desk was able to find alternate transportation late in the evening. We email the agency and was given a full refund. They said they would investigate what happened. It's been over a week. No phone call or email explaining what happened. I cannot recommend this company. If I could rate a zero I would.

We used Cocotours' airport transfer services. Services were on time and drivers were very professional and nice. They treat customers really well. After airport pickup, We got a flat tire caused by objects flown from other incoming car got into an accident. We were transferred to another vehicle quickly and the driver and Steve contacted us later to make sure if we are okay. Steve apologized for the incident and refunded the fee that we paid although we had not asked for refund because it was just minor incident. I highly recommend this company.

the driver was extremely nice and polite and patient. My son was turning 21 and he was vacationing with his dad, brothers and cousins. they had a great time and the driver explained all the sites as they drove from Santiago to Puerto Plata.
