This was my first time traveling through Puerto Plata and it was my first time going to Rio San Juan, I was a little nervous about the ride and how safe it was but all uncertainty went away as soon as the ride to the hotel started. Carlos was our driver assigned to for our pick up and drop off, he was talkative and very professional we felt safe with him behind the wheel.
