It’s was about a 10 minute experience on the scubadoo. It was a good first experience for my husband and I to see if we could go under water. There was a dedicated diver that took photos to sell. Unfortunately it was all or nothing so if you wanted the pictures, many of them were not worth buying. The cost for one persons was $30 and for two $45 USD. It was definitely not worth it.

I wouldve gave 5 stars of they werent late picking me up. But the experience was great. I got picked up from my hotel we had a meet point where we all got on the speed boat to get to the scuba boat. you only get about 5-10mins in the water because its sooo many other people with you which kinda sucks. They give you a water proof bag for your phone so you can take pics and videos.

We had a wonderful family dinner at Scuzzi's! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for all ages. The food was absolutely delicious-everyone at the table found something they loved. The portions were generous, and the service was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. It's the perfect place for a nice family meal with great Italian food. We'll definitely be back!

It was a great experience, we really enjoyed it . I've heard other people say it was a photo op but by them taking pictures they were getting the fish to swim close to you. I had an underwater camera so I took some of my own also. Once you were done , you could snorkel while everyone else took their turn.

They canceled my activity and just told me to contact the provider, but I have been trying to contact someone from this platform, and no one can help me with my refund. I hope someone answers my review.

Perfect trip! a pleasant cruise on an interesting boat with a glass bottom and a very unconventional but all the more magical style of diving. The Caribbean has a wonderful underwater world that you will enjoy with this trip with the greatest satisfaction

Nicely done. Organisers were very attentive. No-one was left behind. This is ideal for adults, but children can enjoy the day swimming in beautiful waters.

Problem with hotel security, they did not allow bus to enter resort. Great customer service, they rescheduled us for next day, we will stand close to security this time :- )

Long wait before we headed to the boat, we took a smaller boat to reach the glass bottom one and it was more than packed. The glass bottom boat has nothing spectacular and there is no windows or view of the outside which made people sick. Too much people at time and long wait in the platform for a 10min dive in the scuba doo. Divers and staff were super nice during the dive but again, waisting almost 5h of your vacations for a 10min dive … I wish there was a way to do it in smaller group.

Great day out with Nacho our guide and driver Freddie, Nacho was very informative and funny, great knowledge. The transport could be a bit better as open to the elements! You do get to see life away from the tourist spots. Overall would recommend.

This was such a fun excursion, I was 1 of 9 people, ( a family group of 6, all adults & a mum & daughter). Pick up from Melia Punta Cana beach was seamless. A bit of waiting, we were given a life belt ring to put on, could buy a clear pouch for a mobile phone to film if we wanted & some instructions, then onto a for rig to transfer us to a larger boat & then onto another to take us to the floating platform for the main event. I am only 4 feet 11 inches so always a little worried about boat transfers but the staff are excellent! More instructions on the platform & then we took it in turns. They had 4 scuba doos and divers in the water to guide you round, take pictures & check on your welfare. 1 of the divers handed me some food to feed the fish with & boy did they like the food 😂. Plenty of soft drinks & you could snorkel from the platform for more fish sightseeing. The return journey to shore was on the glass bottom boat, saw some fish but mostly just the sandy sea bed. 3 of my fellow guests got sea sick, the rest of us were fine, but I would suggest taking a sea sickness tablet as the platform does rock! Again, the staff were kind & attentive. Back on dry land, there were toilets & you could buy the pictures taken by the divers. Mine cost £27.50 and I received them on my smart phone before we left. Smooth transfer back to my hotel. I 100% recommend this excursion, it was such fun!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. They never showed up to our hotel, no updates, WILL NOT REFUND. Six other people at the same hotel we stayed at were waiting on this same tour. I'm still fighting with my bank to get a refund for a service I NEVER received.

Very friendly staff, they picked us from airbnb which was not listed. But they kept open communication entire time. The experience very satisfying.

Definitely worth it. Its not too crowded and they give you enough freedom, the fishes and the marine life u see are limited though
