Fun, group through waterfalls was large but other the that it was great! Van was clean, driver was great. The waterfalls were amazing.

Highly recommend!! We did this while visiting from a cruise. This company was very professional and we felt safe. The water parts were a lot of fun but be prepared to walk a lot over rocks (partly uphill) and wait in lines so wear decent water shoes. The photo package was extra and worth it. We also tipped 4 guides who did an excellent job and made the day so much fun. We left our belongings on the bus and no one messed with our things. Bring your passport to get back in the cruise area, some didn't and got stopped by the guard. Thank you again for an amazing experience, everyone was so vibrant!

Hike in is moderate. Would recommend water shoes with a descent sole. Ours were thin and we could feel some of the rocks. Waterfalls were fantastic. Of the 7 one was a jump, 2 you walked down stairs/ladder and 4 you slid down the waterfall. Guides and photographers were great. They took great photos of us, cost was $45 USD for the photos. Awesome day would highly recommend this tour!

We could not have asked for a better experience. DSRR tours is incredible. We were picked up in an air-conditioned private bus since we had a group of 10. Elizabeth was so fun! 8 of us were going to the Falls. You must be in good shape for this tour! We had our parents with us who are in their 80s. DSRR took my parents to Monkey land while we did the Danajagua Waterfalls. They kept them safe and happy and met back up with us for lunch after. My mom loved the Monkeys sitting on her head! For the rest of us, we made a good hike up the mountain. About 30 minute hike. We had a Main Tour guide in the National Forest, and we paid for a photographer who really became our personal guide. It was great not to worry about pictures. It cost about $50. The forest was beautuful and the waterfalls gorgeous. Remember to tuck your arms in while sliding down the waterfalls! It was truly an excursion my family will always remember! We had a yummy Dominican lunch afterwards and even stopped at a cigar, jewelry, liquor shop. We can not say enough about DSRR and their wonderful hospitality. We would join them again for sure and the cost was a fraction of the cruise excursion price ! Thanks DSRR for tailoring our trip to our specific needs!

We had a great trip to the Damajagua Falls that we will remember for the rest of our lives!!! I won't repeat all the other comments (they are true), except for three additional details: The D.S.R.R. team is excellent. Don't hesitate to book directly with them (and it's much cheaper than booking through the cruise ship); You can leave your belongings safely on the D.S.R.R. bus; At the falls site, you will be offered to be followed by a personal photographer ($55 USD): take it, it's worth it and you will be free to have fun. You will be given a phenomenal amount of photos and videos of your exploits on a USB key after the excursion. Enjoy!!!

We had a blast at the falls!! Honestly one of the coolest things we have ever done. Also our driver Lilo was awesome. He taught us how to merengue and was open to any questions we had. Getting to the falls early was key because we beat the crowds and had the falls to ourselves. I would highly recommend this adventure to everyone.

Top notch tour. Guide and bus driver and photographer were all very good. Waterfalls were very fun as well. The owner greeted us at lunch to ensure we had a great experience. I would book through this company again.

We had a great time, our tour guys were amazing, super interactive, energetic and monkey and Maura I believe was her name were incredible. Monkey is an amazing photographer and pays attention to every detail and captures the most beautiful small details throughout the excursion his price is absolutely reasonable and at the end of the tour he transfers all the pictures to your phone. The scenery and waterfalls were amazing, easy hike, amazing food at the end of the hike and my family and I had an amazing time, it was probably the highlight on our cruise and we booked an excursion at every port but this one definitely takes the win! Don’t book through the cruise. They keep a big portion so it’s more expensive. Cheaper booking directly through them plus let’s support their economy, cruise lines don’t need more money AND if you book through the cruise lines you are not allowed to jump of of waterfalls. No fun!

Great experience for a half day. Good value too, would recommend if you like waterfalls. Food was good afterwards. Paying $55 for the photos was not worth it. The guy is nice and takes a ton of pics with good angles and what not, but they use an old camera and it makes your eyes red and the resolution isn’t very good. If they just used a go pro it would be all fixed. Just let the tour guide take some pics and tip him/her extra bc they don’t let anyone take their phone with them

Pretty wild excursion! Be ready to go underwater a lot and walk in water that’s waist-deep. You definitely want to be a strong swimmer. You need to wear clothing and shoes that you’re comfortable gettingsoaked. Don’t bring much else with you because you’ll just be leaving it behind in the van. Do bring a change of clothes and shoes for the rest of the tour once the water part is over! After the dunking and jumping and sliding, they take you to lunch and to some other sightseeing/sakes pitches (cigars, coffee). Could’ve done without the upselling. Speaking of - There was a nice guy (Paparazzi) who took a TON of pictures for us and then informed us afterwards that it would cost $50 to get them all uploaded. You kind of have to say yes because for two hours he’s taking pictures of you, mostly posed. His pictures are good - but we weren’t prepared to make 30 people stop and wait while he took our picture more than once. It was awkward. It felt like special treatment we hadn’t asked for. And - he takes your phone for a long while to upload his photos. That felt weird. All in all it’s a lot of fun and adventurous but could’ve done without the pictures and the hard sell of cigars, etc.

Booked through trip advisor instead of the cruise and so glad we did! We had such a fun time with the guides and the snall group we were in. Lunch was great and the waterfalls were fun!

guides were very good explaining everything and helping people through the climb to the waterfalls. they had plenty of water and were very friendly. they took awesome pictures and videos for a very reasonable price. the lunch was fantastic. more than expected. would definitely recommend!!

Sliding down the waterfalls was great fun, the guides and photographer were very fun and helpful. The lunch was excellent. We were able to book this adventure even though we weren't on a cruise ship.
