DON'T BOOK WITH BLUE MARINE PUNTA CANA! I can't believe the service that me and my group received from Blue Marine Punta Cana! I was in Punta Cana celebrating my retirement from the Cook County Sheriff's Department after 30 years. I had a group of 30 people with me. I thought it would be nice for some of us to go on excursions. I researched and saw your website and thought this would be perfect. I asked my travel agent to book us with the Blue Marine because this looks classy and we would have an enjoyable time. On December 12, 2024 I had a group of 10 go on an excursion through Viator which included a carribean party boat with snorkeling. To get on the charter we had to walk through the water and climb up through the bottom of the boat!!! The first step was at least 3ft high! All we had was 2 ropes to hold on to, 1 guy on the stairs to pull you up and another guy behind you to push you bt your butt up the stairs. That was unacceptable! I have Multiple Sclerosis and this hurt my legs and caused me to have a relapse. The rest of my retirement trip was miserable because of this! There were people in my group in their 60's. Why did we have to board and exit the charter this way? We saw other charters that had ramps! When we exited the charter none of the employees helped us. We had to help each other off. A couple of people fell into the water. What we received on this party boat was music being played singing about bitches, sex and drugs, pure trap music and vulgar dancing, pictures and videos attached. The crew that was running this charter had a guide named Nicky who was drunk and about 8 employees who were no more than 21, with no uniforms and they all were high and drunk. They were smoking from a hookah sitting next to some of my group and walking around drinking from bottles of alcohol. They made this excursion absolutely terrible. Most of us were very uncomfortable. We were sold tickets to receive food on the boat that should have included chicken or steak. The people that ordered steak received their plates with chicken. When they inquired about the steak they were told in a very rude way by the only female in the group that they had no steak. This female employee was also spotted making the "rum punch" with nothing but kool-aid water and sprite..NO RUM. I've had the pleasure of going on many party boat cruises and NONE OF THEM WERE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL! Your website is false advertisement we received absolutely nothing like what your website says you offer and your crew is dangerous. I came to Punta Cana to celebrate and your crew made the rest of my trip miserable by causing me a flare up of my autoimmune disease. DO NOT BOOK A BOAT CRUISE THROUGH BLUE MARINE PUNTA CANA AND VIATOR! I couldn't post videos of vulgar dancing because it's to nasty. Avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your birthday party. I hardly know where to begin. 1) The check-in process was chaotic, even though we completed the waiver online. 2) They gave us children's socks for the adults and refused to exchange them. 3) Unlike other parties, they didn’t set up a table for us and told me to do it myself. 4) They refused to bring food for the kids before the cake, so after jumping around, all the kids were hungry and had to celebrate on empty stomachs. 5) When I asked for a knife to cut the cake, they refused and took the cake away, even though I told them we wanted photos with it. As a result, we have no pictures of the cake. 6) Staff kept interrupting our party to enforce their policies, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. There are a lots of small details which I haven't mentioned but overall it was the worst experience of my life!!! Despite seeing that we were clearly unhappy, no one made any effort to help or improve the situation. It was a complete disaster, and we will never return!

The boat was oversold and very unorganized. From pick up to drop off they had no clue what to do. Not sure why there is stop before the actual tour begins as it seems completely unnecessary. If you’re paying for a service you should get that very service and not be inconvenienced for it. There were over 15 people in my group alone and we made the best of it.

This was the worst experience we had. We didn't get the Catamaran we purchased. The one we got was beat up, nor did we get the food or drinks

We did and saw alot. We snorkeled, saw dolphins and went to a shallow area to swim with our family. The staff on the boat was great! Nikki Punta Cana was the best host and even let our lil captain drive the boat. I highly recommend doing a boat tour with them. Snacks (chips and salsa, fruit and drinks were provided. Open bar was a plus!

Horrible experience very very sketchy just a bunch of men waiting and watching to see girls twerk only 2 hours in the water it took 3 hours just to get on the boat they claim they give food vip experience they give two shrimps and two pieces of chicken and it was very salty it’s says open bar and they only gave watered down drinks and also pressured us into buying a bottle of Don Julio for 160 dollars and then started giving out shots once we just said okay and stopped us from buying drinks from the people in the floats and then they have people there putting birds and iguanas on you after you clearly said no and force you to pay money for it

We had a great time! The crew was lively and took care of us the whole time. We loved Nicki, Paula, Alex and Aquaman were great!

I. Am Appalled. We were not informed of the schedule. We were not informed that we would be stopping at a shop. We had little communication on the boat and little food/drink. The music, people and their lack of clothing, and lack of food options were not worth the money. Not to mention our driver ran into another driver on the way. Absolutely not worth the money and it was a waste of our time/money.

I would’ve easily given a 5 star review BUT, I feel as though we were taken advantage of- purchased the seafood plate and pi a coladas and didn’t receive any. Also purchased Mamajuana before going on the cruise and was directed to leave it and to pick up upon arrival- store was closed! Don’t allow the bad behavior of others to rub off on your business.

This was not at all what was advertised. No food was served but they did offer chicken skewers which were an additional $35🫠 the alcohol was disgusting. They only offered a mixed drink which made my head hurt. The music was not giving. Do not waste your time

This is a scam. First lets begin with what they offer for "free' you wont get. We never got an confirmtion email on shuttle pickup times. I had to message them all day the day of our reservation to get an update. We then got on an overly crowded boat (there is nothing simi praivate about it) it was about 50 people crammed into the boat. The boat has no live DJ just someone who doesn't pay attention with a iphone and itunes. Half the ride we yelled for music from said live DJ's cell phone. You do not snorkle they give you used unclean head gear from a bucket and say "jump in" if you decide to jump in your there solo no real "how to", no guide, nothing they also don't have enough life vest for everyone on the boat so lot of people couldn't get in the water. Then they pass out fruit, just know if your sitting upstairs on the boat you won't be offered a thing you won't even know the food that came with purchase is being passed out. They have no signs that the grill is hot (and i mean every part of the grill ) they had us all in a corner to get off the boat and I got a huge burn on my butt to which the staff said "there was nothing there, while the guest all said it was huge and brown" (it was infact s fist size burn I left with) I got nothing but a laugh from the crew for getting burnt. Our boat also ran out of gas so we stayed there for what seemed like hours to get back to land. The cruise was sceduled for 2:30pm we made it back to land minutes before 7pm as we go stranded. They also ran out of food, no open bar, ran out of ice, ran out of toliet paper, force you to remove shoes but the bathroom is so gross you can't walk in without them.

False advertisement! No DJ! Not private at all, super crowded and about 60 people. Super congested and not fun. Our boat broke down and we were stuck for about 45 mins. Not everyone had life jackets, just terrible honestly. I don’t recommend.

Great experience, the bartender Maria was amazing and very attentive. Samuel and Yancarlos were also great and made sure we had a great time. I recommend 100%!

This boat is definitely false advertising. It says snorkeling party boat. The passengers on board had to request music , if not, the dj did not know what to do. No snorkeling gear was provided. You were given a life vest and told you can slide off the boat. They had fruits, burgers, and nachos. No utensils , no plates . People were digging their hands into a big bowl of nachos . No plate for salsa . Just very unsanitary. They provided “open bar”. You had to ask. I was very disappointed. The bartender was not very friendly. Other staff were nice but the boat didn’t give what they advertised.

Love every minute of it! Spice was very responsive and did an amazing job with helping me book this activity for my husband birthday! He said this was his best trip ever!!! Definitely booking again and bringing the family back next time!!
